Recently had an emergency with our little Yorkie. Even under staffed they got him in and provided Great care for him.

The entire staff was amazing; Dr. Gudrun, Kelly and Julie were wonderful to a very scared kitty. I have found my vet after visiting several other businesses in town.

Very knowledgeable staff. They are pricier than other vets but you get what you pay for.

We have been at New Frontier for almost 25 years. They are always professional and friendly and have taken care of 7 of our pets. I would highly recommend any of the Vets and techs there.

Best veterinary office in town!! The front desk staff are the absolute best, the techs are always kind and compassionate, and the vets go above and beyond for our furkids!! We trust them completely and actually enjoy going each time!

I would like to say thanks to everyone at New Frontier Animal I have been going to ever since my kids were in elementary school here and my dog had gotten parvo and second stage parvo and serviced it I don't know what I would have done if I had lost him you guys did an excellent job and I will always take my pets to New Frontier for ever thank you guys for taking such good care of my dogs they are my kids Hank you again fo doing suck an excellent job.

I love Dr. Drake. She really cares about what's best for your pet! I take all 3 of my dogs there. The staff is really great to! They always talk to you and are so good with the animals. I'd recommend them any time.

They're a good veterinary service their prices are extremely high that they admit to telling me they're the most expensive that office in Sierra Vista they're very money hungry they'll nickel and dime you to death but they are very good when I brought my son Cosmo in my pit and Mastiff cross

Excellent care for my Caique parrot. Dr. Weston is amazing. So knowledgable and gives great advice. I have his yearly exam and beak & nails done throughout the year. It is always a enjoyable experience for both of us. She & her staff provide a very safe environment so he doesn't feel scared at all.

Lived in Sierra Vista for three years and New Frontier took care of my dog, Shadow, like he was one of the family. Awesome staff and they were very patient with me calling all the time with concerns and questions! Highly recommended! ❤️❤️

I have been going here to have my cat seen the past year since getting him and the staff has been nothing but kind, professional, and knowledgeable regardless of how busy they are. The facility is always clean and staff has always been willing to help or answer any and all questions I have had. Furthermore, they willingly took him for an emergency and were able to get him right in time for the help necessary to avoid surgery. Also, grateful for how serious they have taken precautions for everyone's health in regards to the pandemic. New Frontier truly cares and has always aimed to make our experiences as pleasant as possible. This is the only place here in town I trust with my furbabies and would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely the most friendly pet oriented Veterinarian clinic I have encountered. Very knowledgeable and accommodating! My little buddy absolutely adores going there. We often stop in to just visit regularly as all the staff are super animal lovers.

Very poor service......would not even answer a question without a fee. The most non professional vet in the area.......money grubbing corporate owned, STAY AWAY !!!!!!

I have been taking my dogs there for quite some time and the entire staff is always compassionate, professional and caring. Today's visit was a sad one, I had to say goodbye to our beloved Budha, but they made the best of a sad day.

We brought our puppy in for exam and rabies shots and absolutely loved the place. Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable answering all of our questions. They even provided a leash since we forgot ours. Parking is plenty and the building is easy to find. Would 100% recommend.
