Favorite vet ever! Everyone is super nice, patient and friendly. Dr. Wood is my kitty Archer’s doctor and she is amazing. She listens well and helped Archer heal from a skin allergy we couldn’t figure out at prior vets. Archer also boards here when my husband and I leave town and Archer is always calm and knows where he is going. No freak outs or crying (haha). It is a must for cat parents in the area! I’ll always recommend Scaredy Cat Hospital for our feline kin. Thank you everyone at Scaredy Cat Hospital! We love you!

Amazing amazing amazing. I love the drs and all the techs. They make my cat feel so safe and get on the floor with her. The prices are great and they give you tons of saving options and they are up front with the pricing.

The best cat clinic in the valley! The level of care my cat is given is unmatched. The receptionist, the vet techs, the vet itself… chefs kiss! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Also, the pricing is amazing for what you get. Cheaper than banfield and VCA, AND much better service. A++ 11/10

I love the Scaredy Cat Hospital staff. From day one they were warm, friendly, caring, and professional. They keep me posted every step of the way in my Annabel's treatment and procedures. We just moved to the area and have brought both of our cats here, and we absolutely love it! Their lobby is still closed, but the staff has been nothing short of amazing to us and our cats. We had problems with a vet in the past, and it's so refreshing to come here, to a place that clearly cares about our cats. I can't recommend them enough!!!

I like EVERYTHING about the SCARDY CAT HOSPITAL!!!! 9 years ago my cat came down with irritable bowel syndrome. I went to another vet who could not provide a diagnosis. I was recommended to go to SCARDY CAT HOSPITAL ( cats only) where I met Dr. Grant. With in several days, I received a proper diagnosis and treatment was begun. My cat responded very well and continues to do well to this day. So grateful for the entire staff at SCARDY CAT HOSPITAL. Caring, knowledgeable and very professional. We felt very comfortable boarding our 18-year old kitty with Scaredy Cat for 2 weeks. We worried about leaving her but after visiting the facility we felt relieved and happy to have found her a "home away from home".

Such a wonderful experience. Staff was such gentle and considerate with our three legged girl. Definitely a less stressful environment for cats compared to a traditional vet office. You can see they truly care about our feline companions. Will not go anywhere else!

Definitely set itself apart from other veterinarians I have visited in the past. Taking care of a feral cat colony, I've had many great veterinarians, but Scared Cat hospital was above and beyond. I have a Cornish rex, and I had taken it to my feral cat vet. Although, they are amazing vets I did not feel comfortable with their knowledge on this particular breed. Scaredy Cat hospital was able to address all of my concerns about my particular breed and showed knowledge of the breed that the other vet had not displayed. This Hospital only deals with cats. So to me, their are knowledge of specific breeds makes total sense.

I finally found a place to get answers about my cats health! I find most vets are more dog oriented and just couldn't get to the bottom of what was making my cat sick. Thank you so much!!

Everyone here is really caring and compassionate, which I really appreciated when I had to put my cat down.

My husband and I had to put our sweet Maybelline to sleep a few months ago. The Scaredy Cat Hospital provided the best ever care for her till the very end. Dr. Wood and staff was very compassionate and helped us to let her pass peacefully without suffering. I am so grateful to them and now our other two senior kitties are getting the best care possible in their old age.

Dr. Grant is PHENOMENAL. The entire place is the perfect combination of light hearted good humor and utter competence -- I think they've all found their calling. I'm comfortable sending my cat to live with my parents in Tempe while I travel, because I know if she needs a doctor, she's going to Scaredy Cat Hospital. THANK YOU ALL!

Great vets who specialize in cats

I’ve only had very positive experiences in the 7+ years of taking my kitties here. As a former ver tech, I’m pretty picky about where my animals go, and Scaredy Cat is one of the best clinics for a cat. After an acute Sunday morning illness and 1/2 day at the Emergency vet, I knew I wanted my 2 year old Juniper seen for follow up care. She was better, but still not feeling well. I called first thing Monday morning and asked to drop her off for the day. The clinic already had the Emergecy vet report, so I just provided an update on her condition. After talking with Dr Wood, and agreeing on a plan to keep Juniper overnight I was totally confident and thankful she was where she needed to be, and I didn’t worry about her. Dr. Wood called me every evening and every morning with Juniper’s status. At the end of the third day, I picked up a healthy, happy cat, who was relaxed and non stressed from her illness. I expected the bill for 3 days in the hospital and tests and X-rays to be double my $1000 emergency bill, but it was far less! Truly, this practice is in it for the well being of the cats by providing expert care with a professional and loving staff.

I brought my cat in who was having difficulty breathing they quickly assessed her and prescribed her an inhaler. I was worried over the weekend when she was still having breathing trouble because I knew that they were closed. I wrote an email and within a couple of hours I did receive a response from the doctor which was very helpful. She walked me through a couple things that needed to be done and before you know it my cat was breathing better again. I really appreciated that the doctor took the time to communicate with me over the weekend I will be bringing all of my cats here for any and all of their medical needs

The wonderful folks at Scaredy Cat Hospital are family for us. Reliably friendly & marvelous care for our 4 legged family. OK, you may call them cats but they're just the little people in our home. You can trust & rely on Scaredy Cat Hospital as we do - no worries ever!

Very knowledgeable about cats. I wouldn't want to got to a mixed-specialty vet after this. When there was a very rare condition to deal with, Dr Grant even did research and emailed me after hours about it.

I’ve been bringing my cat here for many many years. I’ve had emergency situations to routine checkups for my cat and they’ve been there for all of it. The ENTIRE staff are genuinely the nicest people and they do everything they can to get you what you need. I HIGHLY recommend!! Shishi and I thank you!!!!!! (even thought she doesn’t act like it sometimes)!

I can not say enough nice things about the place. We had two cats that everywhere else had to sedate them to get blood. Scaredy cat was about to do it with out. They treated our cats like family and they were up front on everything. Prices are right in line than everywhere else we have been. I have recommend this place to everyone I meet that has a cat. I wish I could rate this higher
