They replied with a resource for another business and when asked if they were interested in my business, they replied with a rude response, which I posted below: Hello, Our inquiry says you want to interview pet sitters. We are a pet sitting company. All consults are performed by the owner of our company. We have a large team of sitters(actual employees) and thus can guarantee service. We cannot guarantee a specific sitter will perform your visits but one of our sitters will. Also we have no idea where you reside and if we have sitters employed in your zip code. This company by far is the most reliable out there. Very responsive to emails and requests with the online booking system being a bonus. They sent lots and lots of photos and updates with each visit. During my last time out of town my lock broke entirely during a visit and at the time my phone was turned off. The owner went to my home to remedy the situation as my dog was stuck inside with no other way in! Needless to say, across the country I was in a bit of panic. I called as soon as I got the message and he waited for an emergency locksmith on a Saturday evening to ensure my pooch got food, water, and a potty break. I could not be more blow away by their service and I will continue to use them with all of my trips out of town. They put my mind at ease knowing even if there is a problem, my dog is in the best hands possible. Thanks so much!

This is only the second time I have ever posted a review of anything online, and the first time was when Randy cared for my 2 dogs and 1 cat the last time he was here! I am VERY picky about trusting my animals and my house to a pet sitter and I always worry every second I'm gone, but once I found Randy's Sitter4Paws in Scottsdale I have traveled and never looked back. My "kids" adore him, and my neighbors do, too. In fact, I think they are all a bit disappointed that I'm back and Randy is gone! He sends me extensive updates from each visit, including 20-30 pictures of all activities. He leaves the place spotless, and my animals absolutely adore him. I'm telling you -- give this guy a call and take your trip completely worry-free. It doesn't get any better than this!

Sitter4Paws is AMAZING! Randy and his team are seriously fantastic! We have had them watch our dogs and house on four occasions, and every time has been an easy, wonderful experience. Randy is so professional and trustworthy, and so good with our (somewhat wildcard-type, unpredictable) dogs. Everyone who works there is awesome. They are all very patient with our old dog who uses dog pads constantly throughout the day - changing them out at every visit. The best part about this company and team is how communicative they are: every visit they send you an update with pictures so you know how everyone is doing. So much peace of mind. This service is outstanding! They took great care of my dog, from the first consultation to sending lots of pictures at each stage of a visit. We loved getting daily updates on vacation with her experiences on a walk. I liked this over dog sitting apps I have used in the past, the structure is more professional and accountable.

Randy and his team are the best EVER. He keeps you updated daily as to status of your pet and gives updates with details and pictures. We never worry when we leave our kitties with his team- we know they are being cared for as we would. We sincerely appreciate his attention and dedication to our pets when we are gone. We LOVE Sitter 4Paws. Both of our cats require special care with different medicinal programs, varied food and lots of love. Randy and his team are able to deliver this to our babies with no problems. For the first time our cats are as happy as when we left them. One of the best things about Sitter4Paws is that they will record their entire visit in a photo journal and send it to you with a detailed email of how the visit went and any potential concerns. This allows you to enjoy your vacation or focus on your business trip without worrying about your precious kitties. Randy and his team are the best!!!

Last week we interviewed 4 dog sitter companies that serve Scottdale and Sitter4Paws were by far the most professional. They started with us this week and they are terrific! We love the pictures and notes sent immediately following a visit with our Ginger. Their on-line portal is so convenient--you can book and pay through the portal. Fees are extremely reasonable. They are obviously pet-people, trustworthy and really nice folks! Highly recommend.

Used Sitter4paws while I visited some fam in the midwest for the holidays. They were very friendly and professional. They took great care of our 2 cats, Liesl and Ripley. They seemed to enjoy it much more than a kennel.

This service is awesome!  I have had this service now for a week and they do such a great job.  Hillary has been my sitter and my dog loves her.  She is always on time, very respectful, and takes photos and writes a message for me each time she walks my dog (which I love). I feel lucky to have found Sitter4Paws.  I love my dog and wanted a dog walker who would also love my dog - and they are it!  They are responsive to my and my Bella’s needs and are flexible and respectful, and most of all, they care.

Sitter4Paws came to the rescue for my mom and I. My mom lives in Scottsdale and I flew out from Los Angeles for a planned trip to Sedona. Last minute my mom's neighbor who usually watches Cuddles (my mom's poodle) had a family emergency and could not take care of her. Earlier in the week my mom met Randy at the local dog park. He had given her a $5.00 off coupon for new Sitter4Paws clients. We went to their website and signed up for a consultation. The website was very easy to use and they got back to us immediately. They were able to come for the consultation that same day and finalized our service. We were really pleased with how easy it was to book the service and the visit updates we received were so great. They included photos of Cuddles and a message from the sitter describing how everything was going. They really made us feel at ease. I would recommend Sitter4Paws, and my mom is planning to use them again when she comes to visit me in Los Angeles this Thanksgiving.

This is a fabulous pet sitting service. We decided to try them out over the holiday because our friend who looks after our cat was out of town. They were able to accommodate us on short notice which was impressive. They sent updates and pictures after each visit and cleaned up messes they found. We really appreciated how easy everything was to set up. Someone came out and met us and our pet including a walk through the house to get familiar with where things were. They have you leave the key in a lock box on your door which is great. I really like that these sitters are not just good with dogs but are also as good with cats, and they really care for your animal the way you would. The staff are very nice and friendly. They get back to you quickly which is great customer service. I highly recommend this pet sitting service! It is wonderful to know that your pet is in good hands while you are away.

Sitter4Paws Phoenix is absolutely the best. I work long hours and needed a midday walk for Barney. I have piece of mind because of their service. They really as good as it gets. You will not find a company that is as dedicated to service and peace of mind. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
