We have our pups come here every time we don't have a sitter. Very clean, wonderful staff! We also gets out pups groomed here. Michaela is the best, and we followed her from her last salon. Absolutely love this place!

I have a sweet American bulldog. She is 5 months old and has a disability where she is unable to use her back legs and control her bowel movements and urination. Usually when I call asking of they take in speacial need pets lots of people turn us away. Like primary vet boarding, doggie district, Bow wow dog camp, and VCA. The gentlemen on the phone said of course they can watch her for us and we're welcome to come by anytime to look at the location. The location looks great and they have speacial boarding for pets with medical issues.

I have been taking my cat here for 10 years. Everyone is so nice. My cat loves her penthouse.

I want to thank the whole staff for keeping my Pet safe during my trip. He was so happy he wanted to go back in after we came outside.... Also A great Grooming Job Thanks again.

The best, absolute best. I had to leave my buddy in their care on numerous occasions. Including most recently and they made sure my buddy, Schmoney, was treated very well with a lot of attention and care. I can't say enough about Kit and Dawn, they're two of the best in the biz! Love this place!

Very professional and friendly staff. Very clean environment. They will send pictures and daily reports of pet. My dog seems to really enjoy being there he gets very excited when we go and appears to love the staff. They also have very good communication with his vet. No dogs are allowed to board without proper documentation of immunizations which I really like. He even had a bath before pick-up. Would highly recommend. Just book in advance because sometimes they fill up fast and like everything else now a days I believe they may be short staff. However you would never know because quality care seems to be a priority

This place is wonderful Cooper my goldendoodle goes there for grooming and day care. Always excited when he sees where we're going .

My 2 little dogs went for day care on a Saturday and they loved it. The staff are friendly and attentive.

What a great place!!! Every employee that I met was a kind, caring, enthusiastic, pet loving person. The place is truly like a hotel. It is clean, organized, & they really care about what they are doing. They got 5 stars, but deserve more.

Absolutely love Second Home! So grateful to have people I can trust to take care of my fur baby when I'm out town! And, with Baily being an Australian Shepherd, the indoor/outdoor playground during daycare is perfect...she loves it!

I had to leave my precious kitty here for a day while some work was being done on my apartment. It was rather last minute so I was really happy to be able to find a place that was able to take him for the day. The prices are extremely competitive and the place that he was kept was more than big enough for him to have room to move around. I am impressed with the care that every single person that worked there showed toward every animal that came through the door. I felt like they treated all of the pets like their own and if I ever needed to board any of my animals this would be my first choice.

I had to (extremely hesitantly) board our very senior dog - she's blind and on several medications. Found Second Home and absolutely everyone was personable, professional, and seemed happy to be there. I felt she was as safe and cared for as possible. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience - very highly recommended!

They took good care of our pup when we were out of town. Already booked 2 more stays.

I was so pleasantly surprised by Second Home Pet Resort. I called them out of desperation because the usual boarding place by my house was at full occupancy. Second Home is BEAUTIFUL and the staff is very sweet. My pup was well taken care of and I didn't stress at all leaving her. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was our dog Sadie's first stay at Second Home Pet Resort. We had used them previously for our past dogs. They are always professional and take awesome care of our dogs. Would highly recommend them

I boarded four cats for four days at this location. Animals enjoyed Their stay but we're really happy to be back home. Only had one incident with one cat who refused to eat the entire time. However that's not their fault that's my silly cat's fault.

All crew are animal lovers. Feel very comfortable leaving my fur babies with them.

Safe, clean, large facility, complete with pool for pooches who like to swim. Grooming services are outstanding.

We board our pups and get them groomed at SH. Customer service is wonderful, very clean we feel completely safe leaving our pups here! Michaela is our groomer and she does an amazing job! We followed her from her last place bc we love her that much! Highly recommend!!!

We love the drop in play care and outside play area with pool!

We have been taking our dog here for more than a year and they always treat him very well. They work with your dog if he is scared or anxious and we always ask for Amber for our groomer. We trust Amber will always take care of our fur baby.

The people are the best! If you get a chance, take a full tour and you will understand why they call it a resort. When i took a tour I asked the staff if it was an old hotel converted into a place for dogs and they told me no, that it was actually built from the ground up. It's truly a wonderful place with suites, playtime, a great groomer and they even have a pool! Can't say enough good things about them!
