The staff is very warm and welcoming! The wait was minimal and Dr. Madi was so comforting and thorough and knowledgeable! Our shepherd is a bit timid and scares easily but Dr. Madi eased her fears straight away. The problem we brought her in for was diagnosed swiftly and the medicine given was quite effective! Thanks SRAH and Dr. Madi!

We have been going to Scottsdale Ranch for over 25 years and have progressed from Sr. Dr. Nick to Jr. Dr. Nick. We have also watched many of their best people start to retire over the last few years and we will miss them. However, the newbies are wonderful. Maggie loves the clinic and all the people there and you can't get a more dedicated, kind, responsive doggie doctor than Travis Nick.

The best vet I have ever been to! The facility was very clean and the staff was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the vet assistant to the veterinarian. I have seen Dr. Daniela a few times for my dog Emily and I couldn’t be happier. She treated my dog with such care, was a great communicator and I knew my baby was in great hands. I will not be going to a different vet, ever!

My dog always looks great and is happy when she is done with her grooming. She acts like she feels so much better being so gently handled in her grooming session.

What a positive experience! -Friendly staff, and they didn't make us feel rushed at all. They took the time to get to know us and I was impressed by how patient and sweet they were with my nervous fur baby.

I can't say enough great things about Veterinarian Dr. Taylor McCoy! My family has been bringing our cats to Ranch Animal Hospital for many years with the outstanding care of Dr. John Nick, who retired last year. My own 2 cats are now 16 and 17 years old, with my 17 yr. old in the early stages of kidney disease, so excellent veterinary care is absolutely crucial. Dr. McCoy provides exactly that! He is thorough, so knowledgeable about everything, and most importantly, has such a friendly and positive attitude! He's a wonderful listener and communicator-- so patient answering my (many) questions-- I never feel rushed or ignored, so I have total faith & understanding in his judgments & treatments. In fact, since consulting him, my cat is improving - verified by her recent blood test results! Dr. McCoy works a full schedule of hours at the Hospital, which gives me such peace of mind knowing that prompt, even immediate care is also available. A key member of his care team is his outstanding Vet Tech, Tina! Tina previously worked with Dr. John Nick, so her experience and skills are incredible! And, she is the most amazing kindest person-- so caring and gentle with my cats-- so even they aren't stressed! From nail trims to medical procedures, Tina does a Perfect job! Everyone is SO nice, and greets my cats and me by name! And-- an extra "thanks" to Brenda, who is so delightful & amazing, and manages everything from appointments to office workings to perfection! She's Great! Dr. McCoy has found his calling caring for animals, and does it so well. My "Thank You" is to recommend everyone see Dr. McCoy at Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital.

I was so disappointed when our regular vet could not fit us in for 2 weeks for a problem my dog was having with her eye. I was referred to Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital by a friend who is insanely in love with her two furry kids- so I KNEW she would have the BEST vet! I called that day, late afternoon, and they were able to get me in the next day! ☺️ Upon arrival, the staff were so friendly, efficient and kind. We were taken back on time.Tanner, the tech was very friendly and patient. We met Dr. Mc Coy, the new vet there and we’re so delighted! Dr. Mc Coy was so very kind, patient, and professional. He spent a lot of time with Karlie and was extremely knowledgeable! Karlie has a new veterinary clinic now! Thank you all for being so wonderful! ????????❤️

Dr. Maddie was referred to me by a good friend. I took our little Yorkie for an exam and consultation this week and was very pleased with the customer service I received at Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital. Dr. Maddie couldn't have been sweeter and her follow through on tests performed was prompt & professional. We will be boarding our little guy there when we travel this summer. It's the 1st time we've boarded him and Dr. Maddie has made me comfortable with this decision. Thank you, Dr. Maddie!!????

Took my two dogs, Harley and Hugo, in to see Dr. McCoy for updated vaccines and a dental estimate. From check in to check out everyone in the office was lovely. Dr. McCoy and his technician both made my dogs feel comfortable and safe. I can’t say anything but good things about our experience. We will definitely be back.

Negligent and unprofessional leaving our family rescue dog suffering for weeks. This veterinarian and pet groomer operate in tandem at the same location, but has failed numerous times with appointment schedules and communications. There is usually a 2 week backlog in appointments, so we finally get our appointment at 8 AM for the vet to medicate our mid size poodle mix to prep him for grooming. Jax is a loving rescue dog, but very nervous when it comes to grooming or treatment. At 8 AM appointment we were told that we should have arrived at 7:30 am to allow time for the vet to prep Jax for grooming. Well, they failed to communicate that detail to us, so we politely took it as a misunderstanding and they told us that they were going to coordinate the vet and groomer schedules and we should expect a call to firm up the next appointment. One week went by and no call received, so we called back and they told us that they were still working on it, gave us more apologies and promised a call the next day. Again a few more days had passed and no call. At this point we began to realize that the receptionists were just careless about it, but we gave them another call. This third time, more apologies and another promise to update us the next day and once again we verified that they had the ability to reach my wife or myself on our cell phones. In total, over 6 weeks and we still have not been able to care for Jax.

Very impressed with everything at Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital! We always get 5-star attention and every one of the Vets is very thorough. The staff truly loves their work and love animals. Our two mini Schnauzers are taken care of with the utmost professional care every time.

My dog hurt her leg and needed fast medical attention, they got us in the same day. Doc was amazing, carrying, took his time to explain every thing what needed to be done and why. He went above and beyond, highly recommended. No hidden fees, all information was given upfront, detailed. My girl is now feeling much better. Thank you Scottsdale Ranch hospital!

Reached out to Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital after finding some abandoned kittens and wanting to get them checked out. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Tina was incredible sweet and loving to the kittens. Dr. Taylor was also very friendly and helpful at explaining things. Would definitely recommend if you are in need of a vet!

This vet is wonderful! My family members have used them for years and been very happy. So, when I moved to AZ during the pandemic, I took my corgi here. I've used them now for a checkup, vaccinations, teeth cleaning and grooming and all experiences have been great. Brenda is always super nice and helpful, and Michelle does a wonderful job grooming. Dr. Nick did a great job on the dental work and called me several times during the procedure to keep me updated. I really appreciated this as it was the first dental cleaning for my pet, and I was a bit nervous. I can tell they really care about the animals, and their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

Michelle is an exceptional and skilled groomer. Michelle and grooming staff communicated well. Coming curbside to discuss and explain the service. Michelle did a PERFECT trim and full groom on my 6 mo Yorkshire terrier . This was Bella’s first groom and will be kept in a full coat. Had trepidation with a new groomer even though Michelle was highly recommended. Michelle truly “knows” the breed and how to groom a Yorkie. Everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. Very considerate of my pet. Will be taking Bella to Michelle for every groom in the future. Highly recommend Michelle and Scottsdale Ranch AH.

I'm very lucky to be able to have Dr. Maddy to care for my dog Macy. I highly recommend her. Great and caring vet and person. The staff is great.

We are new to the area, and picked Scottsdale Ranch Animal Hospital based on the location and reviews we read online. We were not disappointed. From the ease of making the appointment request online, the prompt phone call from the office to set the appt, the friendliness of the ladies who came to the car to get my dog, Sammy, the very knowledgeable suggestions and advice provided by Dr. Madi, and the whole process from arrival to departure, we were very pleased. For us, there is no reason to look further, we've found our vet.

Just want to thank Dr. Klein and her wonderful staff for all they have done for Diego & Zona. Today they went above and beyond to take care of Diego (pit) who absolutely doesn’t do well at the vet. 100% best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a vet. The level of professionalism & care they showed for Diego today was above and beyond. I’m a customer for life. Thank you all sooooo much!

Our 15+ year old Golden Retriever Hudson was increasingly showing signs of failure due to aging. Dr. Maddie examined him and helped lead us to the inevitable conclusion that his time had come. We really needed her help in making the decision and she was awesome. Thank you Dr. Maddie for Hudson's care over the years and special thanks to Dr. Ryan Pearce for his in-home euthanasia service.

I have had the pleasure and honor to have three different pets cared for by these talented folks. Each animal is treated with utmost care. Often the doctors have called me after hours just to check in. I consider these folks Family.
