First time visiting changing over from scottsdale veterinary clinic. Much more personalized. A lot more recommendations that cost more money but nothing that didn't make sense.

They are wonderful. Always take great care of my cat. I live 30 minutes away now but there's nowhere else I would entrust my cat's care to.

I’ve visited twice so far and I’ve been happy with my experiences. I have a special needs elderly cat and I specifically wanted a cat only practice. Conveniently located, easy parking and competitively priced - seemed like a win. Everyone was super friendly, they have an app to use to make appts, etc. Happy to have found a new vet home for my cat.

The first time I brought my cat to this place, they misdiagnosed, even though I told them the symptoms looked like the flu, which my cat already had in the past. Did a bunch of tests and sent us home with a medicine that didn't treat the flu. 2 days later we were back to the clinic because my car got worse, they finally agreed that it was flu. However, it took over $400 in bills. Every time that I stepped into this clinic I felt pressured to purchase services that are accessory and in the best interest of the clinic, not in the best interest of my cat. Definitely not going back.

Felt comfortable with them handling my cat, Ari. The vet showed compassion and worked from the beginning of the visit to help my cat relax and make it a less stressful experience for him. They initially wrote up a treatment plan for him based on the physical exam and my reports of his symptoms, but after diagnostics, they adjusted the treatment plan and it showed to me they really cared about the outcome for my cat.

Staff here is always friendly, I've taken my cat here for all of her appointments. Never had an issue with this clinic, the veterinarians are very informative about my cats health needs. Love this place, would reccomend to anyone.

I know that my cat is in good hands when we take her to Scottsdale Cat Clinic.

I am so grateful that I found SCC! The Dr. found a serious ear problem that the Dr.’s at the Humane Society missed just days before. The help I am receiving to get us ready for an island move has really taken a lot of the stress out of a complicated situation and the knowledge, care and assistance we are receiving has been fantastic. Our cats, Suki and Midna, have been patients at Scottsdale Cat Clinic since 2019. The doctors and staff here are so genuine and thoughtful in the care they provide. We’re lucky that neither of the cats have required intensive care thus far, but should anything happen, I’ll be able to rest a bit easier knowing the level of care I can expect them to receive here. The doctors and staff are always quick to answer questions or schedule urgent appointments (if needed), and, after a visit, they always check in to make sure the kitties are doing okay. Dr. Menke and her staff are absolutely amazing! They are great with cats who are terrified of being at the vet and treated all of my kitties like they were their own. Dr. Menke is incredibly thorough and not only called and left a detailed voicemail about my cat’s bloodwork, but also sent me an email with more details and an article to read. All of my kitties also received a report card at the end of their visit that showed Dr. Menke’s findings and recommendations. I have never been so blown away and impressed with a vet’s office before. I HIGHLY recommend you take your kitties here! You won’t be disappointed.

I've been coming to Scottsdale Cat Clinic for years now. Even when I moved out of the immediate area to downtown Phoenix I keep returning as I've found their services to be unparalleled. The veterinarians, vet techs, and office managers all sincerely care about your cats and it's obvious in the way they connect with their feline patients. They actually remember your cats and their stories and that's a comforting thing, particularly if they're dealing with life threatening circumstances. I really can't recommend them enough!

After spending thousands of dollars on a hospital stay and follow up visit for our cat Tyler, we thought we had exhausted all resources and were preparing to say goodbye to him at the young age of 4. He hadn't eaten in a week and was declining. The animal hospital had given him fluids a few days prior which picked him up a little but he still wasn't eating and we were told the next steps would cost upwards of eight thousand dollars more. We elected to bring him home and not put him through another hospital stay and several invasive tests. Then, we found Scottsdale Cat Clinic online and saw they had great reviews so we decided to take one last shot to save our boy. They didn't have an available appointment for a few days but after hearing all we'd been through with Tyler, Tara got us in that day as an emergency appointment. The staff were all so amazingly wonderful and kind. Dr. Luke Fitch spent a significant amount of time examining Tyler and his records from the animal hospital. He prescribed the appropriate medication and sent Tyler home with fluids and his first doses of the meds. He also made sure I understood everything and all my questions were answered. As soon as we got home, Tyler went right to his bowl and ate. He has continued to eat and drink and is improving every day. Dr. Luke is regularly checking in for updates on how he is doing. While Tyler is not out of the woods yet, I am confident that the only reason he is still here today is because of the amazing team at Scottsdale Cat Clinic.

Traveling full time with two kitties we never know who the “good vet” in the area is… well, we found Scottsdale’s! Seriously, they were amazing with both cats and we feel the pricing was very fair! Highly recommend.

Theyvare very Communicative and amazing with the cats. The cost of treatment is Pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Very professional and detailed. Dr. Finch took the time to thoroughly exam my cat and make recommendations. Within 2 days he is already feeling better. Had a run of bad experiences with vets in regard to a difficult diagnosis and now feel that I have found a healthcare partner to help manage my cats chronic condition.
