Took my dog here had several issues. I paid $110 just for them to give my dog a bath, when I go to pick her up they tell me she had a scab and was bleeding. That wouldn’t have happened if you only gave her a bath and blow dryed her? Those people are pathetic. Poor attitude as well. She does not have skin issues.

NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. WHY HAVE A PHONE IF YOU CANT ANSWER???!!

My dogs are here all the time, love the caring staff! They are great with my dogs, plus they do a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!

I just picked up Ollie…. This is the first time in the 3 years I have been bringing him that I was so disappointed and aggravated at the way he looked. He was cut too short. It doesn’t look like the carpet sample we agreed on. He has absolutely no mustache left which totally makes his face look pointed. His visor wasn’t trimmed up it was cut off. His toenails could have been shorter, they have been cut shorter by you guys before. I will say he did smell good, his eyes were super cleaned and thank goodness his ears weren’t cut, as I instructed. I paid $60.20 which included a 15% tip. I behaved myself in front of the salon because you had clients there, one of which was a first time client. I didn’t want to make a scene. At this point I am undecided if I will bring either one of my dogs back. $60.00 is a lot money to be so

I am new to AZ and after adopting my little lovebug I was looking for a good place to take my mini dachshund who happens to have extremely dry skin and bad dandruff. I was given Tatum as his groomer and that was the beginning of a beautiful relationship. She has great product knowledge and offers great suggestions as to what he might need in order to soothe his itchy dry skin. Needless to say both Tavi and I are grateful we met her. I would have given 5 stars but the prices can be a little steep at times...but worth it.

We take our dog to get groomed and we love Tyler she always does a fantastic job!!

The staff here at Pin Ups in chandler was great for my fur grandson. I took my sons dog Buddy up to them because he was feeling left out and a little bit of jealousy after the new addition of a baby to the family. After speaking with the staff to set up the appointment who was amazing as well and gave me all the information needed for his visit. She won me over when she told me she had the same breed of dog at home herself I knew he was in good hands. When we got there Buddy was a little nervous since he came from the pound. I had a feeling he may have felt he was being dumped again because of the baby. They took care of him calmed him down and when we picked him back up he was so happy. He looked and smelled amazig his nails were trimmed and they had majorly reduced the amount of fur he was shedding. They sent us off with a treat bag for him and I promised wed be going back. I think my favorite thing is they know that not every pet is physically able to be vaccined due to age or whatever it might be. They dont make the pet accomodate for their comfort and schedule but in fact they much rather them accomodate for the pet and their needs. I mean isnt that trupy what a groomer is there for in the first place. Theybassured me that in between each pet they groom they are sure clean and disinfect the area before another pet is brought in. I recently moved to Gilbert, AZ from Indiana with my Papillon Annabelle. I did a lot of searching on the web for groomers and was impressed with the reviews for PinUpPets. Annabelle is 14 years old and doesn't hear too well, so I take that into consideration when I look for a good groomer too. When I arrived at our appointment, the staff was very friendly and made sure Annabelle and I were taken care of quickly since they were operating under the COVID-19 restrictions. They made sure to discuss how I wanted her trimed, and took the time to make sure they knew my expectations. Our appointment was at 10:00am, and I was quite surprised when I got the call at 10:45am that Annabelle was ready to go home! Talk about quick service! When I picked her up, she was extremely well groomed, trimed exactly as I wanted, and had a pretty Autumn colored leaf in her hair. The price was extremely reasonable, and I was very happy with the service and the entire process. Kudos to the entire staff at PinUpPets - you did an outstanding job, and Annabelle and I thank you!

They got my pup cleaned up and were polite and fast.

Very reasonably priced, efficient, and reliable. Two dogs are in and out within two hours, pets aren’t booked with multiple other pets, and they leave with little goodie bags. All this and they’re still cheaper than PetSmart.

I just moved here and thought I’d give this groomer a shot based on the great reviews. I brought both of my dogs here to get groomed, with handwritten instructions from my last groomer on how I like my dogs cut (blade length on certain parts of the body and all). One looked great while the other was very uneven and some areas not cut. I called and wanted to bring him back in to get recut and the groomer argued with me about how he cut him and said my dog was biting. I’m looking at him right now and one side of his face is longer than the other, the top of his head is barely cut, and the underneath of his neck has sections that weren’t cut at all. When I got home, I trimmed some of it myself to try and even it out. Unfortunately, one employee ruined my experience. I will be returning Tuesday to have my dog trimmed again by Annie, the owner, and hopefully my experience can be redeemed.

The grooming was fine. Waiting in line outside in 115 degrees is awful. Confusion at door was awful. No chairs for waiting.....yup.....awful. customer service flunk

My dogs got a bath and their nails trimmed. Quite pleased with the service. Only thing was there was a discrepancy in the prices.
