The grooming experience is always excellent. The groomer is kind and considerate as well as talented.

Dr.Walker is excellent. Staff is great. Very friendly. We are from out of town and only here for a short period of time. The got us in within 2 days to treat my Great Dane. Highly recommend.

Take you into a room were an assistant tries to sell you on services without being able to talk to the vet first like it's a burger king drive through. Tried to get us to take the wrong vaccines (rabies was marked to give to him which is wrong for a 12-week-old until I called her on it) Then refused to allow a new owner with a puppy on a first-time wellness visit to even be in the exam. Are they Ignorant, unaware of proper dog training, or just plain ego drives this irresponsible treatment? Won't ever return to find out which. Wouldn't have gone had I known they are so incompetent as to not offer proper dog training protocol much less the horrendous intake procedure. My fault for not asking more questions when I booked.

The staff has always taken care of my dog with extreme professionalism and care.

Our first visit here as new residents in the area. Brought our little CavaPoo who did have a couple of health issues. The waiting area is spacious, very clean, and the receptionists at the desk were wonderful. Didn’t have to wait very long at all. Everyone in the exam room was excellent - answered all my questions, went over treatment plans and even called the next day to see how things were going. Highly recommend them!

The staff was so friendly and the service for the boarding of my two cats over the Christmas break was top notch! Thanks team.

Dr. Andrea is amazing. My dogs love him. He is very gentle with them. He always presents all of the options and is very patient. He and the entire staff are always upbeat and kind. Everyone is thorough. I highly recommend Pima North Animal Hospital, specifically Dr. Andrea. Thank you!!!

Dr. Chelsea Lohmer is the brightest beam of sunshine there is! She cares just as much as we do for our fur baby. Our experience has been nothing less than exceptional. I highly recommend bringing all your pets to her!

Dealing with a senior pet is so hard. Dr Taetle is just the right combination of clinical and compassionate. Appreciate the approach looking for the most impactful treatment for my old guy, rather than treating him like a statistic or category.

The staff is so sweet and kind. We brought our husky there for a new patient vaccine and they treated him like they had known him forever. You can hear them in the back loving on your pup and showing them true kindness which is awesome! I’m so grateful for them.

They were exceptional with follow ups and taking care of my Papillon when she ate a chicken bone. The entire staff is very professional and helpful!

Pima North Animal Hospital is the absolute best! I have been to both doctors there and they have taken such great care of my pup. They take the time to address and explain my questions and concerns. We board out pets here and it's a great place if your animal need a more personal touch. They are cared for on a very individual basis.

Sarah our tech, greeted my dog Millie with the sweetest welcome. I was able to go inside and wait in an exam room while Millie got her yearly check-up and shots. Dr. Tatel checked in the exam room to ask if I had any questions. I chose Pima North because years ago I used them and recently needed a vet for my new puppy. Dr. Tatel is a favorite!!

One of my pets needs a fairly regular procedure (every three months or so) and they are always responsive and get her in to be taken care of that day. My pet was well taken care of and returned to me so I could take her back home. She is not much of a 'leave the house' pet so the sooner she gets back home the better for all of us!

Thank you for helping me with my baby Zoe. I was so scared and you took us right away. She is now doing great and at home happy as can be. I can’t thank you enough.
