Very friendly staff. Taking new patients. Called at 4:58 on a Thursday afternoon. They got me right in the next morning at 8 am. All others couldn't get my sick dog in for 3 weeks. Thank you all so much! Transferring to this clinic for sure.

I bring my dogs here and the staff is always friendly both in person and on the phone. Appointments made with ease and accommodating usually due to my forgetfulness and fault the staff always comes through. Great care for my dogs, clean, comfortable atmosphere with the only drawback being parking can be scarce, however people come and go pretty quick making way for another spot without much wait.

Staff are very friendly! The veterinarian we saw was very informative. We are new to AZ and she explained lots about what to watch for that is in AZ vs. Midwest. Thank you for making our first visit positive!

Rec'd reference from my boss. Went in for initial consolation for needed surgery. No pressure, they help address tumor with drugs while I saved up money for surgery. Fast, efficient service and my furbaby is back to her self.

Higley Groves is my favorite vet in Phoenix. Dr Alber is open, honest, and to the point. He accurately diagnosed 3 of my cats and performed 2 dental surgeries which went very well. My first cat I brought in, Taimi, had the worst stage of stomatitis. While other vets had immediately jumped to extraction or euthanasia, Dr Alber suggested an immunosuppressant. This worked well for a few months and helped ease her pain however in the end she needed full dental extraction. While I checked other hospitals, Higley Groves offered the best pricing as well as I trusted their expertise. Dr Alber performed the extraction and Taimi bounced back, happier and healthier in 2 days than she had in months with little or no pain in her mouth. He also performed a tooth extraction for my 11 year old cat, and helped get medication for a skin issue for my 3rd cat. Everyone at the location has been helpful and kind. They have even had a same day opening for an emergency issue which ended up being an abscess they were able to perform surgery on same day. I highly recommend this place for their skill, expertise, open communication, and great prices.

Dr. Alber sincerely cares about your animal and does not push you to spend more money on what most vets want you to do (test after test)

The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. One of my cats was beyond stressed and they gave her a lot of attention. The Drs are wonderful! I highly recommend them!!

Been there twice now and the experience I have had both times is far superior to any other vets that I have ever gone to before. I've seen two different vets there that both take the time to see your pet and make it a great experience every time. I can always get in when I need to.

Our experience with Higley Groves Animal Hospital was amazing. There really isn’t much more they could do to make it any better. All of our dogs receive their vet care through Higley Groves, and we’ve never had a bad visit. We know our babies are in good hands with them!

I made an appointment for my little Yorkie/Chihuahua, Rosie because her paws were red and irritated. She was able to get in within a couple of days. When I got there, due to Covid, we had to wait out in the car. But within minutes she was in and the vet let me know it was allergies. I was able to get her meds and relief for her all in about 15-20 minutes. Very efficient and helped me to put my mind at ease. It's been a couple days now and Rosie is doing great and is happy.

Higley Groves Animal Hospital is the best!! Today's visit was with my kitty Darwin and everyone treated him with utmost care. The staff is really great and caring. Very polite! They took really great care of my little guy who had surgery there. The place is really neat and clean and I will absolutely be back. Only reason for 4 starts and not 5 is because I usually end up waiting a really long time in the room for someone but I know they are busy, it's just an observation.
