We have been taking our pets here for veterinary care for many years, we have never had a bad experience here. The staff is helpful and friendly and the Veterinarians are knowledgeable and compassionate.

I have been bringing my pets to Animal Clinic Del Rancho for over 25 years. They have always exceeded my expectations in delivering the highest quality care for my beloved pets. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Especially during times of distress they have always been comforting and kind while delivering the highest quality of care with the utmost compassion.

The staff here are by far the most compassionate ,caring and loving we have ever seen. We have been with them for over 15 years and on two occasions had to use a different vet because they weren’t open, the staff wasn’t even close to Del Rancho. I would highly recommend them to not only family & friends but to anyone who has pets they love. Bill

Dr. Adrian originally saw my critically ill 8 month old kitten, Jax, on very short notice as my normal vet wasn't available. She and her staff stayed late on a Saturday holiday weekend to care for him. She has continued to inquire about his progress while he underwent experimental treatment elsewhere. He recently had a follow up visit with her and we anxiously await his test results. She's excellent with felines and this particular boy just loves it there! Thx so much, Lisa Bosch (Jax' mom)

Had a Horrible experience. First we were put into a very tiny, dirty looking room. We were there because our dog Dillon had a lump on his right leg. The tech proceeded to take Dillon to a different location, which I've never experienced with any of my animals. I'm used to my pet being examined in front of me. Well after some time, Dr. Chloe came in and said Dillon was overweight. I knew that before we got there, I asked about his leg. She looked as if she had no idea what I was talking about. She had to leave again and check his leg. We never got a straight answer, maybe, allergies, maybe staph, still dont know . Then proceeded to try to give Dillon his yearly booster shots, which aren't due for 3 months. And up-sale various products. BEWARE**** Never spoke about his teeth, ears, or his basic check up. I still don't know as I wasn't present through the so called exam, if one happened. I'm going to request my money back.

I had a wonderful experience at Animal Clinic Del Rancho! The moment I walked into the clinic my dog and I were greeted. Our technician was Ashley, and she was very thorough during the whole exam. She answered all my questions, and was very caring with Oliver. Dr. Adrian was immaculate! She went over all the necessities with owning a puppy. I didn’t leave Animal Clinic Del Rancho with any unanswered questions. I’m very fortunate I found Animal Clinic Del Rancho. The hospital is clean, and it is a positive environment. I know my pets are being treated with the best care! I highly recommend this animal hospital for anyone with furbabies! They are an amazing team!

Caring professionals who are sensitive and thoughtful to my dog's needs.

Myself, my sister and my parents have all been taking our dogs to Animal Clinic Del Rancho for years. Even with some changes in staff over the last few years, the professionalism and exceptional care has continued to be some of the best we have ever experienced. My husband and I recently had a scare with our senior German Shepherd and were turned away from an emergency vet late one night due to them being at capacity and the severity of his symptoms not being immediately life threatening. Mind you he had a temperature of 105F, was vomiting, not drinking water, lethargic, had bloody urine and was not steady on his feet for upwards of 10 hrs. I'm an ICU RN and fully understand the triaging process but I now have a new perspective on the patient's viewpoint when it comes to the sense of helplessness when you're "not sick enough" to earn a spot to be treated. My husband and I were left feeling like we were right back at square one and afraid of the possibilities of what was to come with the night ahead. That same night, I sent appointment requests to several animal clinics including our tried and true, Animal Clinic Del Rancho, online. They called me promptly at 7:30AM the following morning and were able to get our Chewie in within a few hours. Not only did we feel a huge sense of relief that he was able to be examined, we were confident that he would receive the best care and get exactly what he needed. Sick pets make for stressful situations and this staff calmly walks you through the entire process putting your fears and self thought up hypothetical situations to rest. The staff at Animal Clinic Del Rancho is a step above and they truly understand that to us pet owners, our pets are our family. My family and I can't thank you enough!

Dr. Adrian is by far the most talented and thoughtful vet we have ever brought our pets to. We have lived in California, Maryland and Florida and she is by far the best. She is upfront about potential costs and gives you reasonable options to make sure you are comfortable and fully informed with the course of treatment. She also spends time explaining things, emails after hours, and it’s obvious her love of animals is what drives her to be great at her job. Her staff are very efficient, friendly and also so loving of animals. Just can’t say enough great things about Animal Clinic del Rancho. Highly recommend this as a trusted and loving place for your pets!

This was the worst vet I have every been to. My dog was diagnosed with a torn ligament, she did NOT have. They said they took blood work said it was good, they did NOT take blood work! Found an excellent vet that diagnosed her properly. Don't recommend the vets here! Be aware!
