I wish I can say we had the best experience, everything was professional and I’m glad we were able to get scheduled in, but I didn’t feel any compassion or sympathy, my family felt kinda rushed to get it over with so she can get to other things, everything happened so fast, I regret not asking for another minute but she seemed so much in a hurry to take my baby and go when she was able to confirm his heart finally stopped. He was a member of my family, my best friend, my babysitter… I just hope she took care of him while he was in her care. That’s all I can hope for. I would have gave five if it wasn’t for making us feel rushed and the lack of compassion.

They came to my home to help my dog with bone cancer cross the rainbow bridge. They made a sad, and emotional event, bearable.

Had to put my cat Loki down that was only 6 years old. He was recently diagnosed with cancer:(. Very sad day for me as he was supposed to be my buddy for many more years! Dr Kelly Collins was very professional, compassionate, and comforting through the whole thing. Very calming and peaceful way to say goodbye when you’re in your own home. I was able to hold and comfort my little guy to the very end and he purred all the way through. I will miss him. I am relieved and at peace as he is no longer suffering and he passed away happy. Kelly is an absolute angel on earth. We had to put our Boston Terrier down only a week after learning he had lymphoma. It had spread so quickly and his health declined much faster than we were prepared for. If you’re reading this then you’re about to make one of the most difficult choices in life. This decision not only challenges your emotional capabilities but is extremely physically tasking. Dr. Collin’s is a genuine angel of mercy. She was not only empathic and compassionate but a human being who understands the role she plays in a horrific situation. The ability to have closure in a setting we provided was critical in the healing process. In addition to our environment was that her brother had the opportunity to say goodbye. We were truly blessed with Dr. Collins in such an awful scenario.

Kelly was amazing in every way possible with this difficult decision and situation. She was very very kind, caring, and compassionate to my family and my boy Tito. A blessing to have had her in our home to free Tito from all discomfort and pain. Thank you.

When I really needed someone to help me get through the situation, Dr. Collins was there. She made time when there was no time. A truly compassionate professional. I’m forever grateful.

Then explained they do not react the same as we do and they are reacting to us. She asked me to stay calm for our beloved friend. Although you can never fully prepare yourself for the day you have to let your very first pet go peacefully, Kelly was so incredibly kind and understanding. Her soft touch and kind words made the sad tears somewhat happy knowing our sweet girl was now pain free ❤️ I will recommend her to anyone i know with an old pet struggling. We were so relieved Dr. Collins could come within a few hours of calling her. Mia was diagnosed with a mass on Sat. and by Tuesday was very much in distress. We were referred to Pets at Rest and are so thankful for Dr. Collins and her services. She is very caring, responsive with text messages and phone calls and also lets you know when she is on her way. We miss Mia very much and glad Dr. Collins was there for us at that time.

If there is such a thing as a good way to say good-bye to a beloved dog, this is it. Dr. Collins was gentle, compassionate, and kind to us and our beloved dog, Kaiser. His peaceful passing helped us deal with this painful loss in a more peaceful way. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Collins for her treatment of us and our sweet dog.

Our family dog Peyton was the love of my life. I did not expect to feel the anguish that followed watching her take her last breath. Although she was at the end of her life, I was not prepared to see her leave. Kelly Collins met my daughter and I in our home with warmth and empathy. Peyton was drawn to her immediately, like she knew help had arrived. With loving hands, Kelly supported our baby on her way. Her presence was calming and angelic. Words could never express my gratitude.

It’s been two weeks since my bed warmer my comforter through life’s rough patches my co-pilot my bundle of unconditional love and joy took her last nap in our favorite chair. Dr Kelly might not consider herself an angel but she is the most compassionate gentle intuitive “Vet” I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. The experience which I dreaded was amazingly peaceful from the time Dr Kelly entered our home to the time she left gently carrying a bundle that gave me so much joy for over 14 yrs. The only pain that was felt was me knowing she was gone. Every once in a while I do hear her happy little paintings as she’s coming down the hall. Thank you Dr Kelly Collins for making this such a beautiful experience to the very end. All that’s left now are happy and sweet memories. My heart is so full. Thanks again.
