Very nice staff and wonderful selection of raw and natural dog food. They have an awesome rewards program too. This is my go to store for my pups!

Great product great staff and reasonable pricing

I was very, very disappointed in this store because of their unprofessionalism. Upon entering the store, I asked them to accept 4 pouches (individual servings) back of a cat food that my cats refused to eat. These were in unopened, perfect & sellable condition and was food they carried. I explained that I did not want to travel to the My Pet Market where I had bought them originally. Then I went and picked what was probably in excess of $100 worth of cat food, litter and toys and brought them to the counter to purchase. Not once had they said they wouldn’t accept the 4 little pouches of cat food THAT THEY SOLD to exchange for any of the food I had brought to the counter. At that point, however, they rudely and loudly told me that not only could I not trade in this food, but they implied I had stolen it and/or was trying to pull something! I was mortified, humiliated and then I became angry. If that is the way they are going to treat customers, then I don’t need to ever be one of their customers and I told them that, then I walked out without buying ANY of the products I had picked out and instead went to The Fetching Dog, who was more than happy to trade in my 4 measly pouches of food and accept my payment for over $100 dollars of other food (canned, raw/dried, pouches, and frozen). Guess who has my business from here on out? Certainly not My Pet Market!

Been buying my pet food from here for years. They keep me updated on any recalls. Food is a little pricey, but they only carry good brands.

Prices were outrageous but I did find what I needed after multiple searches.

You you know exactly what you want all the time, go to a major chain and pay a little less, maybe? If you appreciate personal attention and expertise, go here. As my dog gets older, her diet needed to change. I was so impressed with the effort they put in to help me find the appropriate products.

Always pleasant staff, and they have a good selection of fresh and dry pet food, treats and supplies. I've been going here for years.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My puppy loved the personal attention that was made to him. I really appreciated that I had concerns about his diet and my questions were answered. Definitely recommend this place!

Went in there for frozen (raw) and their prices were at least 20% higher than other stores and the guy was unpacking boxes and THROWING them around, right by my small dog. Scared the bejeezus out of both of us. So rude

I stop in and get our dog food here and everyone is so helpful and always offer to carry the bag of dog food out to my car each time! Love going here!

My favorite pet store. No it’s not cheap but neither is the quality. My two dogs finally agree on the same dog food from Granny Mae country naturals. One of the gentlemen there introduced me to it, no more dander, extra shedding illuminated and less bowl. They love their food. Their coat looks amazing and no stomach issues. Night itching stopped. Very happy!!! It’s now been a year so consistently happy.

Nice store but it is so overpriced. I guess you have to be if you are a small store and not a chain.

Haven’t actually been into the establishment but any company who makes their employees stand outside in a full dog suit in over 100 degree weather is a business I definitely question

This place is the BEST! I can find everything I need here for my pup! They have great and healthy dog food choices as well as many dog poop scoopers to choose from! Customer service is on point and friendly! Wes is the man!! He hooked it up when I didn't bring in enough money! I can't thank you enough Wes you saved the day!
