Tina slaughtered my dogs for the second time after clipping their nails. They bled all over their bed and my carpets despite adding pressure. She is extremely unprofessional and makes rude remarks about your pets addressing one as “ fatty” and said other “ stinks”. I noted I had been ill and waited a few weeks later than usual to get their paws clipped and she had the nerve to ask if I had Covid ? In short, she was more interested in sharing about the large bruise on her legs than taking care of my two dogs.

Tina insisted on shaving my long-haired dog’s coat extremely short. I told her this is not what I want, and that my veterinarian said this can actually be harmful for dogs with double coats. She rudely replied that vets are often wrong and implied that I’m an irresponsible owner. This lady should NOT be handling anyone’s pets!

Sent pic and all details requested, waited a week..... never heard a word. Time to move on.

used her twice with both times being left very disappointed. first of all, she was late and didn’t give us a heads up that she was going to take a bit longer. we had to call her multiple times and even then, she didn’t pick up. we got a text message shortly saying she was 10 minutes away. based on these reviews, we were lucky she even showed up at all. Tina herself is ignorant. when I explained to her that I didn’t want my double coated dog shaved down like the first time I used her, she grew upset saying that not shaving double coated dogs was a “tree-hugger” statement and discredits vets for this. she claims dog coats grow back but it does NOT grow back the same and additionally, she doesn’t seem to know that dogs’ coats help them regulate their temperatures and protects them from the sun. she also criticized the way I raise my dog and tried telling me how and what to do. while Tina is respectful, she is also somewhat snarky. she handled my dog very aggressively the whole time, to the point my girl tried nipping at her multiple times. at one point Tina said “I’m not sure why she’s doing that. she’s doing it for no reason!” her work is mediocre at best. left my dog’s coat choppy and uneven, it was not worth the $125 she charged. I highly recommend you do your research and take your babies somewhere else.

Tina~ was amazing! She did a great job shaving my Cat. I felt very confident that he was being well taken care of. Explained what she was going to do, and How he needed his claws cut more often. ( I had no idea) :-) Thank You Tina, it was a pleasure to meet you. You are now my go to groomer of choice.

She came on time and promptly and took care of both my dogs all their problems all their issues were taking care of and she even gave me a vet card for call at home vet very satisfied will be using her every month

If you want your pup man handled and ears plucked so bad you end up with a vet bill, then she is the one for you.

Tried calling to make an appointment. No answer left a voicemail never heard back. Called another day while I was driving beside the owner. Saw her decline the call so she could continue to drive and FaceTime with someone.

If could do zero stars I would!! She set an appointment with me and she no showed and no call!!!

We had our first appointment with Tina and she was great. On time and treated our boys great. We are very happy.

Tina cut our dogs hair yesterday morning. As a result of her butchery, we had to take our dog to the vet yesterday afternoon, and again this morning. I am absolutely disgusted. Do not let this women near your beloved pet. SHE does not care about your animal. My wife reached out ter her, but she has become a ghost. TERRIBLE!

She never got back to me after first call. Waited for appointment date but no call.

Texted when she was on the way. My dog is usually profriendly but was protective when the truck pulled up. Tina talked to her the entire time and noticed one of Poppy's dew claws was curved almost att the way into her pad. I hsve tried to trim it myself with no luck. Tina has no problem. She also educated me about the yeast infection in my dog's ears and how to treat it!

Super disappointed and upset. I’ve talked to Tina twice. She spent twenty minutes on the phone with me one time about my dog and her business but when it came to make an appointment something would come up and she had to get off the phone. She told me to text her my address and she would get back to me about what day and time works for her. This happened twice!! She clearly doesn’t want my business. I just moved to Arizona and have recently found out she does this to MANY people. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Spoke to her the first time I called, she informed me that we could get my dog scheduled in the next day and that she would text me later after she was done grooming the dog she was on currently. She never texted me, I've tried calling back 3 or so times and even texting her, with no response. Very unprofessional, especially since it's on the day she said she had available. Poorly organized and managed.

Great when it comes to cutting the dog. But horrible with a schedule, told us she would be here in a few days, then yesterday said she’d be over in one hour, then never heard from her again. So today, for half the price of a cut, and bought some clippers, and it took a little longer than she does, but got the cut I wanted and saved money. Sorry but we won’t be using this service anymore. She might of saved a customer by a simple text of not being able to make it.

Professional service through and through, I have a senior dog with health issues and Tina was great with providing excellent care and service. Informative and knowledgeable while also personable, I highly recommend her.

Spent my day off waiting for my grooming between 12-2 today tried calling at 2, its now 3 and haven't heard from Tina. Waste of my time should have trusted her reviews. I text or call tar she wasnt going to be able to make it would have been nice.

I love having this groomer come to my home. I have 3 dogs and she does a wonderful job on all 3. Tina is a lovely lady and she loves all dogs.

She came to my neighborhood, did some work for someone, then used a blower and pushed the hair out of trailer onto the streets. When a neighbor confronted her, she said "birds and bunnys will use it to make nests, and that the dog was hairy …

Tina did an amazing job on my 2 large breed poodle mix dogs. They look fantastic! She was professional and fast. My older pup had gotten matted over the summer being in the pool so she got them into her schedule right away knowing he was probably uncomfortable. I will definitely be using her again for my boys!

Tina answered my call the first time I tried calling. She was on time and asked me exactly what I wanted for my dogs cut. She listened and did exactly what I asked. My dog is a big yelping baby when getting her nails done and Tina was able to get my dogs done and with out any stress to my dog. I will definitely be using Tina with Claws & Paws from now on.
