My dog had pneumonia when he was a few weeks old. They gave me over the top care and when he required more extensive treatment they provided me with the best resources and information to ensure that not only he recovered, but that it would reduce my costs. Continue to see them in the last three years for regular pet care. I'll always remember the care they showed for me and my dog. I really appreciate their care and my Domino absolutely loves them.

The Doctor and her staff are kind and genuine and treat my Rudy boy like I would!

Hard to fairly rate Kierland Animal Clinic because of all Coronavirus restrictions. The little time that I spend and talked to the staff there. They were very professional and responsive with the care my dog received before and after his surgery. I recommend them highly ????.

I finally found the best vet and staff here in the valley. I have been taking my two kitties, Gizmo and Shadow to Dr. Gibson since she was kind enough to donate her time to a spay/neuter fundraising event. After losing my vet of many years I went from vet to vet trying to find the quality of care that my cats deserve. Dr. Gibson has met every expectation when it comes to her care. She is thorough but doesn't overcharge or add on extra "tests" that other vets routinely run unless she deems them absolutely necessary. She is very communicative and is treating my elderly cat effectively for his various health issues. About a year ago Gizmo was hospitalized at the clinic for a week. I got constant updates from Dr. Gibson. During that week they stabilized him and he has been doing well ever since. I seriously did not think I would have Gizmo during that ordeal but Dr. Gibson's expertise pulled him through. I also cannot say enough about the entire staff in the clinic, from her office manager, front desk staff and the vet techs. They are timely in responding to calls, they are professional when you are in there and they truly care about your pets. I am in cat rescue so I have recently found myself in the clinic much more than I wanted to be. Each and every time they found a way to help me and the cats I brought in. Dr. Gibson and her entire office are a God send. I highly recommend this clinic.

Our cats have been treated at Kierland for over 3 years. Our oldest has thyroid and intestinal issues. Dr Gibson has more than once made time to treat him. The services and staff are professional. Dr Gibson will spend time answering your questions and discussing options. This is definitely a 5 star operation!!

The Kierland Animal Clinic was the first vet visit I’ve made with my new puppy, Kobe. The wife normally is in charge of vet business, but she was out of town. Kobe needed his shots and to get his nails done. With more than a little anxiety, I entered the Kierland Animal Clinic and was immediately put at ease. The friendly staff was not only professional but courteous and respectful. I instantly felt my dog was being taken care of by knowledgeable, caring technicians. I couldn’t be more pleased with the Kierland Animal Clinic. It was a great experience.

We have been with Dr. Krista for years, before Kierland moved to its current location. They have taken great care of our pets over the years.

DO NOT take your family members to this clinic! The receptionist was so disrespectful. If we were treated with this much disrespect they were going to treat my dog even worse… My girlfriend went in first to see if the lobby was clear because our dog is dog aggressive. The receptionist without a hello asked “where’s your dog?” when my girlfriend explained that our situation the receptionist responded with a “oh boy”. When I entered with my dog the receptionist was busy trying to find our dogs Bordetella vaccination. My girlfriend and I knew that the records should have been there as we just changed boarding facilities. Instead of explaining to us nicely that the Bordetella vaccine was only good at that location for 6 months. This receptionist was trying to explain to us the difference between influenza and Bordetella??? Uh…My girlfriend and I have common sense. The receptionist said that they were going to call our previous vet clinic to find out if our dog had current Bordetella vaccination. As the receptionist was waiting for our previous vet clinic to answer they told my girlfriend and I not to “so defensive”. My girlfriend and I have been in the service industry long enough to know that’s unacceptable. Even if we were being defensive the right thing to do was bite your tongue and vent about it later.

They are so, so kind and helpful and have taken great care of our babies!

Update: Both of my girls got a bad ear infection brought them in for an exam and got them on medicine. My one pup need some lab work done and was able to do on same day. I got her lab results two days later and everything looked good on lab work. If you want great quality and a team that loves your pets as much as you do! I would bring them here because the staff makes you feel welcomed and help with all of your questions! Thank you Kierland animal clinic staff for helping my girls feel better My poor pup had a bad ear infection and a eye discharge. I was able to get her in the next day and they took very good care of her. Some medicine to go home and she is back to herself in a few days after her visit. Highly recommending to all my friends and family!

We rescue dogs, foster dogs and have 8 of our own. We always go here for their spay and neuters because the dogs heal quickly and they take such good care of them and us!

What a terrific, dedicated staff at Kierland! No matter what else is going on behind the scenes - which is A LOT - I feel like my pet will be their "one and only" when I arrive. To Dr. Stastny, Dr. Gibson, Erin, and the rest of the staff working tirelessly on our behalf, thank you! You saved the life of precious Clarice, Mimsy, Scully, Johnny and countless others in your care. The comfort you bring to them, you bring to us❤????.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED. Price changes all the time. Don’t believe the quote they give you on the phone. The office manager is absolutely horrible to deal with. After 4 years of taking both of our Golden Retrievers will be finding somewhere new to visit.

Kierland Animal Clinic has been amazing at answering all my first time puppy mom questions. They always offer the best advice and point me in the right direction for all my puppy needs. They greet my pup, Echo, by name each time he comes in! Kassandreia has been a big help with Echo as well. She is a ROCKSTAR at all things Doberman. I was worried about the ear posting process and she has made it such a great experience for both Echo and I. Kassandreia treats Echo as one of her own and I truly feel lucky to have found this clinic and her! Thank you to the Kierland team :)

Really disappointed. My cat was spayed here and we asked for a cone when we picked her up but were told that cats don’t usually lick the incision site. I also thought it was odd not to be sent home with any antibiotics. The first thing my cat does is start licking the stitches when I got her home. So I had to leave her and immediately run to the pet store to get a cone. But too late. We ended up in the ER two days later because it’s infected and she stopped eating/drinking. It’s now been four days and she still won’t eat/drink and just hides in my closet. So looks like we will be taking another trip to the ER vet tomorrow. A routine procedure is putting my poor cat through hell and has turned into $1,000+ expenditure. Would not recommend taking your cat here.

I still cannot get over the quality of service I received here. Everyone is so incredibly nice and communicative and solved the problem my cat was having AND fixed it all in one day!! The previous vet I went to before coming here would have taken at least a week to solve this problem (if they even solved it). I will be coming to Kierland Animal Clinic forever now with every pet I ever have in the future because I am so impressed with how well they took care of my baby and the fact that they actually care about you and your pet. Thank you all so much for saving my baby boy!!

Compassionate caretakers and addressed all my questions/concerns.

We have taken two of our dogs here for a few years. They have always been really awesome, helpful, supportive and communicative. They were very compassionate when we had to put our beloved pitbull down. We have since had to choose a vet closer to our home in the southeast valley, but I wanted to show my appreciatation for Kierland Animal Clinic here on Google. Thanks for everything!

I have had a great experience with the staff. Super responsive by email/phone and very nice. Pricing is decent. My one complaint is that I have asked at least twice, maybe three times to update the spelling of my cats name plus I have spelled it correctly on all paperwork and it is still not fixed. Please update it to “Zoey”, not Zoe. Thank you!
