Seville Veterinary Hospital Gilbert, Arizona

Our experience with Seville Vet Hospital was nothing short of incredible!! After trying to get our sick dog into our regular vet and were told to just go to the ER (which had an 8 hour wait), I thought I would try here. Not only did they get us in very quickly, the level of care our dog received was exceptional. All of the staff and Dr. Selland were a real pleasure to work with. They all showed caring and compassion, and did a very thorough job with our dog. They presented all of the options and let us choose the treatment path with their guidance. There is no doubt we have found our new vet clinic!!! As a physician, I only wish most clinics for humans were run this well!! EDIT/ADDITION: After our visit, Dr. Selland followed up which was great! I was glad she called personally to see how things were going. Just another reason I think this is a great office!!

We’ve trusted Sevile with the care of our dogs since 2017. This is a great practice. Well ran, efficient and the vets all care about their patients.

Seville Vet has helpful and compassionate with our older dog who is ill. Thank you to Dr.Bowie especially and to all the staff. We have been customers since we moved to Gilbert and will remain so.

What a nice place to bring you pets. I'm new to AZ and I was lucky to get an appt today, but I'm very impressed with how clean & professional this place is. I was early for my appt, but got in at my scheduled time and wasn't kept waiting either. When Odette has any vet needs this will be our go to vet hospital!????????

Been coming here for years. Dr. Bronz is the best. Always makes me feel I am the most important patient there. Really cares for my dogs. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t take my dogs anyplace else!!

I was not able to get into my regular vet for WEEKS and my dog was having some back issues. They were able to get me in same day and provided the best care. Dr. Bowie was very thorough and very patient with all of my questions. In addition, the report that was provided was so detailed and included every piece of information from our visit. We will absolutely be back.

Great people that love dogs

Fantastic practice, every vet is kind and competent. Office staff make it easy to schedule appointments and techs take the time to know your pet. No pressure to have tests or procedures. Our pet has a chronic condition and even when we can't see our usual vet, the vet we see is fully aware of our situation. We've heard some complain that this practice charges higher prices than others--you get what you pay for in our humble opinion, and we are happy to pay for the best!

This vet was there for me on my worst day. They did everything they could to help us make my best friend better. But in the end we were not able to. ????. They helped him cross the rainbow ???? bridge. They were caring and let me be a basket case with no judgment. And believe me this fur mom was ugly crying.

I've been taking my pets here for about 7 years and have always had an amazing experience. I adopted a puppy last year who is currently a little older than one, and he has horrible anxiety at the vet. They are always very patient with him and super accommodating. I would definitely recommend Seville.

I cannot say enough good things about this vet, I am so glad we found them. We struggled for 6 months to figure out what was wrong with our dog, taking her to different urgent cares and vets. Seville finally took the time to find us a diagnosis, which we are so grateful to be able to treat medically. The staff is SO caring and sweet with animals. UPDATE JANUARY 3. Received notification that it was time for our pup's annual check-up and shots and her rabies vaccine was also about to expire. Their system automatically scheduled our visit. We were greeted and made to feel welcome. We were given a list of recommended services along with the price - UPFRONT. We were then given the opportunity to discuss each one, make revisions, and/or cuts. It costs money to operate a veterinary practice and so this visit could have cost over $700. Without jeopardizing our dog's health we were able to agree with staff that several treatments could be skipped. Ultimately we spent half of the proposed amount. The time spent with our pet was impressive. At no time did we feel rushed. Explanations were thorough as was the advice on how to trim our dog's weight. Another professional, thoughtful, caring experience. We switched to Seville two years ago and have been pleased with the level of professionalism, cooperation and ease of scheduling appointments for our pup. They've adapted very well to Covid and I have to wonder if the modified process will remain after this pandemic is behind us. It may have been the big box home improvement chains that created curbside pick-up, but Seville has adopted the concept for your pets. While parking spots directly in front are limited and usually full when we get there, they'll come find you even if you're in the lot. Hang out in your vehicle and get business done on your smart phone, listen to music, whatever. It's a good way to stay productive while your pet is inside.

The office made room to fit us in to check our pups ear infection even though we aren’t even clients. We originally called our vet who we have been going to for 20 years and they could not accommodate us. Not only did they fit us in at Seville, but we were extremely impressed with the care and professionalism of the team especially Dr Richards. We are considering switching our pups to Seville permanently! Highly recommend
