Dynamite Animal Hospital Scottsdale, Arizona

My husband and I moved to Cave Creek in March 2018. We did our research before we chose Dynamite Animal Hospital to care for our four fur babies. We have never been disappointed with our choice. Everyone at Dynamite is so caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Knowing your pets are in great hands takes the stress out of going to the vet for me and my pets. Thank you Dynamite Animal Hospital for taking such good care of us!!!

The staff is very thorough, patient, caring, and empathetic. Debbie went out of her way to get our dog an appointment with an overbooked specialist and our dog is doing much better now. I highly recommend this place. Everyone there is top notch!!

The staff is patient, polite and professional. They talk to you and calm your concerns while waiting. It’s more of a family type atmosphere that allows you to relax and voice any concerns. I’ve called with questions and always get a quick concerned response. Chewbacca enjoys going as well.

It seems like for the first year of your puppy’s life, each visit to the veterinarian is an emergency. Dynamite never downplays your concern, they always listen and are quick to get you on the schedule if needed. They really take the time to get to know you,, the parent, as well as your puppy. It’s hard with COVID limiting access, but they found ways to make it work. Very kind staff and always make you feel like your dog is special. They do a great job.

I have two Shih Tzu “kids” that I take to Dynamite for both medical/supplement needs as well as grooming (Heather). I LOVE Dr Smith and all of the staff that work there (Bonnie, Lacey, Morgan...). They are responsive, efficient, kind and compassionate (esp bc I’m “that” over the top Dog Mom... these really are my “kids” LOL) I HIGHLY recommend and when we have to move in two months I will drive the 30 mins it will take to get there rather than start over at the vet across the street from our new house. My previous vet didn’t compare (multiple vets at previous place so didn’t know any of them) and I don’t want to bother finding one as good as Dr Smith and her team. ~Jennifer A. “Chico and Maya’s Mama” (as I always announce when I call LOL! #crazydogmom)

Been with Dynamite and Dr. Smith and her staff for 15 years and could not be happier and more pleased with how she has cared for our pets (4 in all over the years). They are professional, caring, great fun to work with and just really the BEST!

When we moved to the area, Dynamite had alot to live up to as our former vet was just the best ever. They stepped up and exceeded all my expectations. They are quick to respond using any form of communication you want. They are so kind to both owners and pets. They truly care about the well being of the animal. They are professional, calm, cool and collected. I just love them.

Great clinic with caring, informative staff! They had a room prepared with feliway for my anxious kitties and this extra step definitely improved their visit!

I cant say enough about how much I love this Vet office and their staff!!! I brought my old man Rambo in for a check up because he was limping. The doctor and the nurse sat on the floor with him to exterminate instead of setting him on the table. His legs couldn't handle the table surface so well. They carried him everywhere he needed to go and didn't make him walk. And they were super calm and gentle with my nervous girl Daphne. I found my new home for all medical care needs for the kids!

Brought our very old frail cat in to be put to sleep. It was a hard decision but we knew it was time. Very nice vet tech asked if we wanted to talk about treatment options or if the decision was made. We told her the decision had already been made. In walks Dr. Smith who proceeded to aggressively guilt us in to treating the cat further and hands us a $600 treatment plan. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. We have been using this hospital for about a year now and always felt like they were finding ways to charge us more but this was stunning. We will never go here again.

We have been taking our dogs here for years and have always received excellent care.

Great vet, staff, office. Have not had any major medical concerns handled thru them to review, just routine appointments, but had a wonderful experience. Vet and vet tech (and groomer) took all the time we needed to answer all our questions. Pricing *may* be about $20 higher than we pay back in Ohio for same services but worth it for us to have a caring vet close by with ani-venom in house! And they were wonderful to both us and our dog so we are happy!

This is a caring group of people. They know me when I call and take care of my girl like their own. Clean and effective.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've taken my pets here a couple of times and they were great with my cats which can be a bit of a handful sometimes.
