Our poor kitty passed away on Saturday and we wanted to get him cremated so we could keep him with us. The vet tech that came out to us to get him was very caring and compassionate. She allowed us to take our time in saying going bye and handling our emotions. The pricing was affordable as well. It’s always hard to have to say goodbye to a pet especially when it’s so unexpected and they understood that. I felt like they really cared from the moment I called and explained the situation, all the up until they took him inside. We will return for check ups for our other kitty and our terroir. I highly recommend this office!

Clean and very friendly staff

Just took my dog there for an ear infection.Other clinics could get us in between 7 and 14 days ,but they got us in same day ,at regular price which was only fraction of what other clinic would charge for same day "emergency " visit. Everybody there was very nice ,friendly and fast .The cost of treatment was very fair.Would definitely recommend to everyone !

Took my baby in for her annual exam, shots and heart worm test. All good. Clean facility, professional staff. Very friendly. Great doctor.

Best veterinarian in my opinion and great staff. They go above and beyond. My pets, never excited about vet visits, they also aren't timid and know they get calm, quality people around them no matter the reason for the appointment.

I had the best experience when I took my pregnant yorkie mix in to be checked and x rayed! The staff was so friendly and was generally concerned about my dog! It wasn't just about the paying it was about the animal! They called often just to check and see how my baby was doing! They are genuine animal people! Thank you Superstition Animal Hospital!

Although I didn't have enough money at the time to get my buddies blood work done, the team here at Superstition Animal Hospital is my new go-to vet for my buddy Rosho. The team is extremely professional and loving. Compared to other vets, they actually care and make friends with your animals. Rosho was happy to meet everyone here. I will be returning for all future procedures and checkups. They are reasonably priced, cheaper than most vets around! If you don't have a vet, or are looking for a new one, I strongly suggest Superstition Animal Hospital :)

Dr Heffelman is awesome. He's cared for many many pit bulls for me and he loves each and every one of them as he truly cares for animals. I highly recommend Dr Heffelman. I won't go anywhere else.

Please do not bring your dog here. They ruptured our dogs eardrum and she has had so many problems since. They were very rude and accepted no responsibility at all. There are some greats vets in the valley but this is not one. Edit: yes, I am too dumb to know where I took my dog. Seriously?

Dr. Heffelman definitely saved our puppies life. He showed genuine concern for our dog. I'm certain he wouldn't have made it through the weekend without his guidance.

We discovered a sore on our dogs tail. We were concerned about infection. They got him in next day. He is a rescue with fear issues but the doctor was very calming with him. He is on the road to mending with antibotics. Really appreciated the quick response and loving service for our fur baby. We will be returning for vacines in January!

We live in MN and winter here and never needed a vet in AZ, but our dear Marley had a couple issues that needed attention. We were able to get an appointment and hour after calling and everyone here was wonderful!! Marley is a large dog and the vet got down on the floor to his level and was great with him!! And they are great with calling and checking in on Marley too!!! Wonderful bunch of people!!! They care!!!!! Thanks so much, Linda, and Marley ????❤️

My 12 year old Matese had extreme infection in his mouth and needed some teeth pulled. I was very skeptical about taking him to another vet because my last experience with a Vet was not good. As soon as my first appointment all that went away! The staff was very nice and caring. Doctor Heffelman is very companionate and honest! So glad I found this Doctor for my babies! Oh, and the pricing is very reasonable.
