My dog as just need a cytopoint injection normally after see the doctor one time for that they told me I don't need to see the doctor again for this problem, just pay the injection, today I came and they told me I have to see the doctor, I tell them my dog ​​is fine, no need for the doctor.He forced me to see him otherwise no injection so I saw the doctor who told me that my dog ​​was fine So I pay the doctor $ 59 on top of the injection

We will not be using this vet in the future. The prices are quite high when balanced with the level of service. It is worth noting that this vet KNEW that our epileptic dog was running out of medication and has FAILED to send authorization to the pharmacy in a timely manner. They placed the blame on us, but the appointment for labs was also a Rx renewal appointment by default. This office is 100% more interested in money than your dog.

Dr Jones and all the staff here are amazing and are taking such good care of my kitbull with each visit. I love the way they take their time with her, it really shows they care. Especially the little notes about how well she behaved or how they love her on her medical notes. They make sure she has her meds in a timely manner and take good care in explaining the prices of each exam and treatment. I really appreciate the extra time that’s been taken in explaining my babies medical issues and all the help their providing in keeping my bestie happy and comfortable.

I can’t express how grateful I am to have found Family vet care of chandler. My dog woody had a ACL tear and needed surgery. I was really hesitant about the entire procedure and all because of fear of anesthesia and if I was making the right decision of going the surgery route instead of conservative treatment but Dr. Wodiske was very thorough and answered every question I had before the surgery. I left feeling more Certain than ever. Even through the recovery period Dr. Wodiske and the entire staff have been so helpful with any questions I have and I can’t express how appreciative I am. Thank you!!

I cannot express how thankful I am for Family VetCare of Chandler. All of the staff are compassionate, empathetic, and friendly. In March 2020, Dr Nemeth saved my sweet Lola’s life. Lola had a massive tumor on her ovary and Dr Nemeth removed it and took amazing care of her. When she crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this year after having a grand mal seizure, Dr Jones called to give me their condolences. They take amazing care of my Coco and always give me multiple options on her care and respect my decisions on how to treat my fur baby. We saw Dr Day on our last visit and she is amazing also. Coco and I always feel welcome when we walk into the Chandler office!

Just like the Mesa location, this place is AWESOME. The staff is friendly, and they treat my Leia like she is their own. They are patient with her when she's spazing out because she's nervous, and they just offer great care. They explain exactly what needs to be done, and go from there. I'm proud to say both locations are where I'll be taking her, as long as I'm on this side of town.

I’m never going back. I feel they try to get my money and are never consistent with pricing. That’s not honest, and it’s become a visit I dread because I know there will always be some new charge appearing somewhere or some expense that I have to get. My estimate for my dog cleaning doubled from the original visit. For no reason. We had discussed everything thoroughly. It should have been a simple teeth cleaning, drop off, everything was already discussed. But nope, so I’ve had enough now

I finally feel ready to post about it, but the staff and doctors at Family VetCare of Chandler were absolute angels to me and my sweet, senior fur baby who ultimately crossed the rainbow bridge :(. They were informative and so compassionate during such a scary time, I was really impressed and truly thankful. If you’re looking for a Vet that you can take your fur family to, this is the place!

They are AMAZING!!! I have been trying to get my fur baby in to see a vet for her allergies for a while but everyone has been booked ... I attempted to help soothe her allergies but today I woke up to my dog shaking and her feet were very swollen due to dog socks I placed on her ... I called PANICKING and they were able to get her in and helped me set a plan up for her Thank you!!

Family VetCare of Chandler has always taken excellent care of my dog. My dog actually enjoys coming here.

I could not be more disappointed with family vet. I have taken several of my dogs here for a while, and have not experienced kind people who are interested in the health of the animal instead of money. Even taking my dog in for a UTI, they tried to send unnecessary labs and fees and testing that cost hundreds. One star is not only for the fact that they do not care at all about your animal. The receptionist did not want to help us at all with our recent appointment and only wanted to get us off the phone. I called for my dog before it developed to a medical emergency and we ended up taking him to an overnight vet. The receptionist however did not see our concern and tried to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out, saying same day appointments are reserved for pets in need. Overall, I'm glad my dog got the care he needed somewhere else from people who care. Please do not trust your pets here, there are plenty of vets that will actually care for your animals.

Staff is very friendly and caring towards my dogs. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and go the extra mile towards making me and my puppies at ease.

4 stars because the staff is very kind and you can tell the genuinely care about pets. Loss on one star because they are double, sometimes triple the cost of equally great Vet offices. I feel like they really do try to “sell” you on a lot of things pets don’t need. If you have money to burn - I genuinely mean it when I say go here because there reservation system is great and they are very responsive and knowledgeable.

Family VetCare of Chandler is amazing!! Our Blue Heeler fractured her tibia bone and required surgery. The emergency vet we initially took her to was not personable, tried to rush surgery and price gouge. A friend highly recommended Dr. Wodiske. He is the absolute BEST!! He made a phone call to me personally to discuss her injury and had his staff call to transfer records and x-rays from the emergency vet. After reviewing everything, he called me back to discuss his recommendation, cost range (which was almost half of what the emergency vet quoted!) and even made accommodations to get our furbaby in with a surgeon who specializes in her type of fracture. It’s been 5 weeks since surgery. Everyone has been absolutely amazing during this entire process. Very personable during each office visit, even with limited contact due to COVID-19, friendly and informative each time we called the questions and they have reached out multiple times just to check on Pepper. This is definitely our forever vet! Thank you so much for making a very stressful time so it easier on our family.

Family VetCare of Chandler was the BEST experience I have had since moving to Phx. Especially during COVID! I could not image not going in with my dog Jesse! They had their office setup so perfectly and I felt so safe. I was the only one in the office when I came in. They go by appt only and I was taken to a room right away. The staff is beyond kind and caring. The measures they took for social distancing, treatment and examination overview was amazing. I will continue with this new Vet for sure!!!

Drive up service was great. They came out for our puppy took her in for everything done and we're back out with her very quickly. Nice work, highly recommend ????????

I can not say enough good things about Family VetCare of Chandler! My little puppy needed a pretty big surgery and not only the cost was significantly lower but the quality of care was so much better than any other experience I've had. Everyone is super friendly from the front office, to the vet techs, to the Veterinarians. They all seem to genuinely care about animals and treat me with compassion and support. I never feel rushed in my consultation and was able to cover all of my questions and then some. I accidently showed up at the wrong time for an appt and they kindly worked me in so I didn't have to come back later. Im blown away by the 'customer service' we have recieved. Its worth the 25 minute drive to come here!

Hi We took our beautiful little fur baby to get a routine physical exam. Our Dr. Nemeth helped us overcome any fears we may have had before. Our visit with the technicanian was great too! They came up with a plan for my little one and it really made a difference. Our dog was very itchy from allergies. The remedy made a huge change in her behavior I am so glad we did the visits this way because our dog needed to be spayed but we treated the allergies first, got those under control and when it came time for the spaying our dog did not suffer from the allergies during the healing time. That was a very smart plan. The spaying went well the staff really cares allowing me to talk to Dr. Nemeth before the procedure. The very next day they called to ask how our girl was doing. Post surgery with pain meds and sedatives since our girl is very active made the healing process easier. Thank you so much. We have been taking our beloved dog Daisy to Family Vet Care for the last 4 years and have had only wonderful experiences. They made us feel like family every time we needed to bring Daisy for a check up or appointment. This was so important to us because when we discovered that Daisy who's was 13 had become extremely ill over night and was unresponsive to our voices we rushed her to Family Vet Care and knew they would care for her. They got us back to the exam room right away and Dr Patrick was there waiting to see Daisy. Even though during the visit we made the decision because her condition had gotten so bad to put her down, Dr Patrick along with the Tech were compassionate and really took care of me as I had to say goodbye. Thank you to Dr. Nemeth and the entire staff at Family VetCare of Chandler! They truly went above and beyond what we expected from a veterinarian office. When we brought in our sick cat, Dr. Nemeth thought of everything possible to help him and help us take care of him. She is awesome! She took my frequent phone calls and listened to all our concerns. She even worked through her lunch break to fit us in one day. They are all very friendly, caring and professional. We are grateful to have found Family VetCare of Chandler. We highly recommend them to any pet owner!

My cat Sterling has special needs and we had trouble finding a vet who seemed to genuinely care about our concerns, I seemed to get dismissed or labeled crazy animal mom. My animals are my family. This place made me feel so comfortable about bringing my cats here. From the front desk staff to the technician to the vet Amanda Nemeth..every single person seemed to care!!!! They understand that my animals are my family. They went over everything and answered all my questions without making me feel silly for asking. Thank you!!!!! Honey and I, just love this place. We came to this practice after recently relocating to AZ, from TN. I found a vet that my sister went to, but after a visit was not a huge fan of. I felt Like another dog owner that wasn't being heard, and they didn't want to bother with. When My dog got a UTI, and was starting to pee blood. The Vet I already was not fond of couldn't fit us in for a few weeks and told me if I was that concerned take her to an animal ER facility. Which I would have gladly done, but there had to be another clinic that was open,. That is when I found Dr. Patrick at Family Vet Care in Chandler. She got us an appointment that day, with in an hr. Listened to all my concerns and questions. Made Honey and I feel like we mattered and that she truly cares about the dog and the Owner. I have since been back several times for her shots and overall care. Each visit living up to the first encounter where we have always felt so loved and welcomed at this facility. Even when they had an animal ER going on around us, we still had staff letting us know what was going on and asking us if we want to reschedule, or wait. Needless to say, We LOVE Dr. Patrick and the Vet staff and as long as we reside in AZ, she will be our Vet.

They are not very cooperative on the phone to answering questions like other clinics I called for information. They only want people to come in and pay for an exam.

Never have we ever had such an empathetic veterinarian. Dr. Jones was the sweetest Vet we’ve ever had. In our desperate time of need, she showed compassion, kindness & understanding towards our crisis with Lily: our 5 y/o Great Dane. We feared the worst when she got very sick, very fast. They took care of our baby & while she is on the mend, their compassion & loving nature as a whole facility truly made us forever fans of this particular clinic. We’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you taking care of our baby & extending the same amount of love towards her as we have & treating her like your own family member.

All the staff and the doctors here are very friendly and they seem to genuinely care about the patients! I have been to several vet offices and this one is by far the best.

I've been bringing my dogs to Family VetCare (various locations) for about 8 years now as I was referred to them by AAWL. Sadly, I had to bring my dog (Payton) in for an emergency as he suddenly wasn't able to walk normally with his hind legs. Dr. Jones was great in interacting with him as he tends to be a nervous dog, and explained all our options while being mindful that surgery is financially not an option for everyone trying to take care of their pups. Unfortunately, Payton took a quick turn for the worse and was put down. While it was a horrific experience having to do that, I appreciated the staff's compassion, consideration and professionalism. They took things into consideration that I hadn't thought of, such as having a separate entrance, room ready, and taking care of finances ahead of time. Overall, Dr. Jones is great at what she does. The only negative thing I'd have to say about my recent experience is when we showed up for the initial emergency, the front desk staff almost sent us away. She explained that they don't take walk ins and were already treating an urgent case. I was surprised by that given I've taken him to Family VetCare since he was a puppy. It seemed like when the front desk staff noticed I was crying and looked over the counter to see Payton not being able to walk normally that it changed her sense of urgency.
