Our doodle, Wrigley, LOVES dogtopia. He goes twice a week and plays in the toy box even though he’s 45 pounds, he’s a big scaredy-cat of the big dogs. I love being able to check in on him with the webcams and see how he plays with the other dogs. In the beginning, Wrigley was a little Overwhelmed with all the play but now thoroughly enjoys going. He even knows the word “dogtopia” and gets so excited when he hears it! The people are very kind and make sure Wrigley is well taken care and has a blast each time. He comes home, eats dinner and sleeps until the next day. He’s even relaxed the next day when he’s not at dogtopia. They really care about the animals. To give you an idea, the first day we dropped him off he was in the play pen with dogs his same size. They saw he was anxious (since he’s used to playing with small dogs) and called me right away and told me he was going to go in the toy box. He was much more comfortable there. It just goes to show they are paying attention to each dog and how they are feeling. They gained my trust big time! We are excited to try boarding services this thanksgiving. Thank you for always treating Wrigley like your own!

Have sent several emails inquiring to have information sent and have heard nothing- visited the facility to be told that person quit and they are short staffed. Made temperament interview all to be told they are short staffed and the internet was out. I can live with the internet being out but told multiple times they are short staffed bothered me. One person at the front taking the dogs from parents and trying to do our interview just didn’t go well! She spent less than 5 minutes with our little one to come back and say she’d like me to bring back on a Saturday when you have less dogs and they are t short staffed. Do you notice a the theme?? Really don’t want to hear that your short staffed every other sentence. I wish those who take their pups to your facility nothing but good wishes, but our experience was so negative! Luckily from this experience we have a place that is better suited for our little fur baby.

Our dog is very happy to go to Dogtopia and is very well looked after.

The facility itself is always clean and well maintained, with a lovely receptionist ready at the front desk to greet and assist customers. All of the employees there are very energetic, educated, and passionate about both the dogs they care for and the owners/family as well, creating a vibrant and warm environment for everyone!

Service is great. Prices are subject to change without warning though.

Conveniently located, hours of operation are great, staff is wonderful. I have a shy dog and she’s taken so well to the environment. The Webcam is pretty amazing too!!

My rating may go up or down depending on how my dog’s condition changes over the next couple of days. Don’t be fooled by the aesthetics of this place. Somewhat underwhelmed that not very inch of the facility isn’t under a camera’s eye, especially when there’s a chunk of my dog’s snout missing that was chalked up as a “scratch” from the kennel until I picked him up and saw the injury for myself. And then once we arrived home, we immediately noticed a significant large puncture wound on my dog’s hip (far larger than a bite wound) and now he’s continuously vomiting. When we called to alert them that there’s an issue, it was immediately marginalized. If it were my business, I would be looking through video and asking employees about what could have caused this. It’s a trust issue for me, and this place hasn’t done much for that. I would not recommend this place.

Finally getting around to leaving a review! Dogtopia Raintree was the first place to take Kota in to socialize. They were patient and kind with her, as she is a flighty Dobie. Now, we take her and she runs right up to the door and back into the playrooms like she owns the place! Dogtopia has skyrocketed Kota’s confidence and given her full days of play and exercise. We know she’s safe and well taken care of there. Thank you Dogtopia Raintree!

They treat the guests as if they were their own dogs. Dozens of visits and always a great experience. Our pups actually get excited when we ask them if they want to go to Dogtopia.

Our girls love going to Dogtopia at Raintree. The team is amazing and truly cares about our dogs. We love getting to watch them on the webcam during the day and we also enjoy all the special things they do such as their monthly events. Thanks for taking care of our pups and helping us by tiring them out after a fun day at daycare. ????

Great place! We bring our pup in several times a week. He LOVES it. The webcams are great and allow you to check in and see your pup playing!

Great daycare and boarding. The only place my dog loves.

When I adopted my dog, I knew he came with some anxieties. He had been dodging cars in Mexico before being rescued. Once he was comfortable and felt loved and safe with me, I needed to work on socializing him. I looked at many options, but decided to try Dogtopia! Here he met his "girlfriend" Gracie and acclimated to a day in doggie heaven. The staff understood his challenges and worked with him to feel comfortable. He will always be a shy boy, but he just loves his time at Dogtopia. They are well versed at understanding a dog's needs, temperament and behaviors and use that information to align the dogs with the like. Oliver is in Toybox and this is a great mix of passive dogs. When I watch him on the webcam, it astounds me that there are 40 dogs in care and not one fight or aggression occurs. They know how to calm the pack and allow them a safe place to play and make friends! I highly recommend Dogtopia!

Very friendly, if you're looking for general daycare, bug thumbs up. It's been kind of hit and miss in the grooming side.

Very understanding and responsive to clients' needs. Management is outstanding

We bring our puppy Arya there a few times a week! We are always greeted with a smile and Arya is always excited to go. We cannot say enough great things about this place. If you ever have any questions try their trial day and all your worries will be put to ease.

My baby Dany LOVES everyone at Dogtopia. Everyone is so nice and respectful and truly have her best interest at heart. They're the best thing ever for a worrying doggy mommy like me!!!

Our pup really loves it here. The people are very friendly and always welcoming to her. I like that they they have webcams and that they are consistent in feeding her lunch. I have some trouble walking and they are extra helpful when I need help getting my dog into the car. I highly recommend dogtopia.

I would strongly recommend Dogtopia to my friends because I believe that it offers dogs a safe, clean, and dog-friendly environment. The webcams provide access to watch our dogs; access that is comforting and reassuring. The afternoon lunch/nap time is great because it gives the dogs a chance to relax and recoup from a morning of activity. Priscilla the groomer is outstanding! The staff members are always welcoming, which makes Dogtopia feel like a home away from home for my dog.
