I had to take our pup, Halo, in one evening in December after she had diarrhea for a couple days. Everyone was great-from the front office staff, tech and the Dr. It was a few hr visit, but it's to be expected as an urgent care visit. We were just so grateful she was able to be seen and get her started on antibiotics. We've had to make some adjustments on her food, but she's doing awesome! Thank you all so much!

What can I say! The care from Dr. Greenwood was outstanding. She called me every step of the way with our little kitty. Even late at night after his surgery she kept me informed! All the staff at GQC was AMAZING. Very caring and knowledgeable to our needs as well as our pets! Thanks so much for all you did for our T'Challa!! Will come here again if we ever need an ER service. Highly recommend!!!

Didn't know the vet industry was so in need of more people and vet offices untill I had an emergency. Thankfully I found you guys. People were nice and professional. Price and wait time as expected for an emergency facility.

We had to take our new 8 week old puppy in for an emergency visit and as soon as we walked through the door we were very impressed. Friendly helpful staff, very clean and inviting and no wait time. Amazing and reliable hospital! One of our pups was very obviously stressed out and couldn’t stop moving her head/pacing. We took her in Wednesday morning and got taken back to a room immediately, Dr.Hille came in and sat on the floor with us. He was very calm and reassuring, decided to do a drug test and found she had most likely found a loose pill on the floor and was having a bad trip ???? she stayed over night, we got a phone call that night saying that she was doing good and should be able to come home the next morning. Immediately you could tell she was feeling wayyy better, she actually made eye contact and was happy to see us. Now she’s just happy to be home and is resting up! Thank you so much for your amazing care! Definitely recommend coming here for your pet emergencies!

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. They made us wait SEVEN HOURS to be seen by a doc, who only talked for 3 minutes, and then they tried to hit us with almost $900 in bills. I'm beyond appalled. I'll be letting all my fellow pet owners in the area to keep away from this place.

I really enjoyed my experience here (even though I was there from 7pm to 10:45pm). I brought my puppy Gemini in because she was very bloated and not eating. With her being a puppy they took me to a room right away so she wouldn't catch anything from other dogs. I loved the rooms super dog friendly the seats look like they are more for a dog to walk up and down on which I love! A little pricey to find out my puppy only had a stomach full of food lol paid to get tested for parvo only for her x-rays to show up with a bunch of dog food she got into (naughty girl!) ???? but she's healthy and doing much better since our visit! Not only were the ladies at GQ helpful they were life savers. They talked me into making the right decision and moving forward with treatment with my puppy Brodi when I thought there was no hope left.
