My wife and I have been clients of Dr Heitman and his Son for the past 14 years. They have treated us like family,in healing and times of grief..Quality care with a warm heart!! We have Care available much closer to our home but make the drive because this level of care is hard to find. My adult children and clients trust in the Heitman family.

The doctors and staff here are competent and compassionate. We bring our two doxies here for regular and routine care, and they see them for emergent issues occasionally as well. You will do well to your pets to bring them here for care, and you will do well to yourself to know they are getting the best care they can receive.

Dr. Ryan Buzard is professional, caring and thoughtful. She is a credit to the field of veterinary medicine! Staff is organized and efficient. The facility is clean and welcoming.

I was referred to Adobe Veterinary Clinic by a friend and neighbor about 6 years ago and have been going to them every since. I have two dogs, a Yorkie and a Cairn Terrier who had been to the vet for regular dog issues. About 5 years ago my Cairn Terrier developed some odd behavior so I brought him to see Dr. Phil who did tests and ruled out Cushings and diabetes, and made some suggestions for care going forward. I wanted to get another opinion so went to three more vet clinics (all big and well known) More testing was done with all confirming what Dr. Phil originally told me. I decided to go back to Adobe Vet Clinic, told them where I had gone for further testing, and made an appointment. When I went in to see Dr. Phil, he already had the records/findings from the other 3 veterinary clinics, had gone over them and we proceeded from there. I was thoroughly impressed. When I bring my dogs in, I feel the staff loves and cares for them as much as I do. I primarily see Dr. Phil because he has followed my Cairn Terrier's progress from the beginning, but I have also seen Dr. Brown and Dr. Buzard. All fantastic, all caring. The techs who do the initial check before the vet sees the pups have all been wonderful. The office staff are all busy, but all so kind and definitely know that our animals are special to us. I think Adobe is a kind and compassionate veterinary office and I'm so glad they're there for me and my pups.

Dr. Greg Heitman and his staff are the absolute best. They saved my dogs life. We have 2 Miniature Dachshunds puppies. Oscar & Meyer. They are brothers and are 4 months. They have had 2 rounds of shots and were over due for their 3rd and final. We noticed Oscar (who is the Dapple colored) was not acting like himself last week. We took him to Adobe Veterinary Clinic on Tuesday. I had no appointment and walked in. I was very emotional . They could tell right away that Oscar was in pretty bad shape as was I. Dr. Greg took us back immediately. Oscar ended up testing positive Parvo. Dr. Greg had me go get Meyer to have him tested also. Meyer was negative. They had to keep Oscar for 6 days. They let us visit and gave us constant updates on his status. I am happy to say our little boy came home last night and is doing excellent. There is no way Oscar would have survived without Adobe Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Greg Heitman and their compassionate and caring staff. Will never take our dogs anywhere else. The final cost was much less then we were originally quoted or expected. A very special thanks to Barbra.

Adobe Veterinary is awesome! We have used their services for 1-1/2 years. Each staff member acts professional, courteous and friendly. Unlike some Vet offices, Adobe is very clean. Our dog has GI issues, and they work closely with us to keep his health optimum. Thank you Dr. Phil and Dr. Ryan for your knowledge and care of Finnegan!

Dr. Phil is the absolute best. I have been going to Adobe Vet Clinic since I got my goldendoodle Eevee a little over two years ago. He has taken excellent care of her since she was a puppy. When we got our bernadoodle a year later, he took on his care as well. Bauer was very sick when we first got him. Dr. Phil immediately worked me in and was able to see Bauer ASAP. We ruled out the worst (Parvo) and realized he was severely dehydrated and needed fluids. Since then- Bauer has been healthy as can be! He has spayed and neutered both of my dogs without complications. They both LOVE Dr. Phil. It's difficult to find a vet who has great bedside manner who you can tell GENUINELY cares about his animals. I have been to several vets- all of whom I've had terrible, transactional experiences with. It is never like that with Dr. Phil. He always makes me feel like my animals are his number one priority. Not to mention- his response time is incredible. I am never left hanging when I'm worried about my fur babies. I know for me- it's important to know I can trust my vet. My dogs can't talk so I have to TRUST that they are okay when going through complications or procedures. I never worry when I drop my babies off with Phil and his team. If you are looking for a vet who is personable, reassuring and overachieving- Dr. Phil is your guy. THANK YOU ADOBE for always taking care of my fur babies. We love you.

Adobe Veterinary clinic has an amazing office team and Vets. The Heitman's are top notch. Dr. Greg and Dr. Phil are two of the most caring Vets and take all the time needed to spend with you and your pets. I have recommended this Vet clinic to all our friends and family. I truly recommend this clinic to everyone and their fur babies ♥️

Adobe Vet is awesome, and we are very picky. We see Dr. Phil Heitman, and I have no doubt that the other veterinarians are amazing as well. The whole staff has been very kind and helpful. Background: we have taken our children (two dogs and a cat) to various vets in the area and always end up with more questions than answers, or are unable to go inside the building with our pet, or experience upselling constantly. At Adobe, we aren't pressured, we leave with answers and solutions, and we are able to go inside with our pet. This is huge! Dr. Phil is extremely knowledgeable and so friendly, and he takes the time to explain what was going on with our pet. We will only go here from now on. Side note: at our previous vet, for an existing patient, we would have a three week wait, which is ridiculous. Adobe was able to get us in the following week for our existing pet patient which was great, I dislike waiting almost a month to get in for an appointment, may be a small thing to some but that was also very important for us.

This establishment truly deserves a 10 star rating. The staff is friendly, Doctors are amazing. They truly care for the well being of your animals. I can't say enough and I'm truly grateful for this establishment being here. Thank you all so much for all you do!

I have all good things to say about Adobe Vet Clinic. My two-3lb Chihuahuas Olivia (Livie) and Coconut (Coco) see Dr Phil. His dad leads the Practice so we have seen his dad as well. Both are very knowledgeable and kind. My favorite thing about Dr. Phil is, he not only examines my dogs but he goes even further to educate me on what he/she is dealing with and varying approaches to their current ailment. He discusses treatment options and gives his opinion as if it were his animal, what he would do, or how he would approach the care (tests etc), which I find very helpful as I tend to be a worry wart and go overboard financially with needless tests etc. They are very attentive to my pet's needs and issues. I always leave there feeling empowered by what I have learned, and the advocacy provided to my animals by the medical staff including vet techs. I also want to recognize the front office staff. They are on the ball! It is a very busy office and they're organized and professional. They return calls the same day. I honestly wish I found them sooner before my beloved Lilly passed away, I'm sure Dr. Phil would have been very helpful with her issues.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible Adobe Vet Clinic is. The entire staff and veterinarians are friendly, caring and passionate. Anytime that we need to be seen urgently, they fit us into their already full schedule. They don't rush the visit, answer all questions and do a thorough exam. Our Jaxon LOVES coming to the vet and seeing everyone. They always take great care of our hyper puppy. We are so thankful for all their hard work!

Highly recommend Adobe Vet Clinic. When our dog became ill, Adobe squeezed us into their schedule to see him. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Phil Heitman is skilled, professional, and caring. We were given clear instructions that proved to help our dog get back to normal! 5-star business.

Hands down this is THE BEST vet clinic out there. Dr Phil has been our family vet for many years and his father prior to that. We trust him implicitly with the care of our pets and he’s never steered us wrong. Most recently my 8 yr old dog Abby became extremely ill with many different symptoms that seemed to only get worse. Dr Phil spent a lot of time trying to get to the root of the problem and I truly believe he saved her life! He spent a lot of time following up with us and checking on her progress. You can tell he’s really passionate about what he does and spends time thinking about his patients after they leave the office. I can’t recommend him or this office enough! Thank you for being such a great vet and person.

We live in Tempe but drive to Mesa because this family owned and operated Vet clinic is great with our dogs and does not over charge like places in Tempe

I can not say enough good about Dr. Phil Heitman and vet tech Max. Their compassion and kindness towards our family and our dear dog, Charlie, will never be forgotten. They are wonderful people that can be trusted with your beloved pets. We are so grateful for Dr. Phil Heitman's willingness to stay after hours and wait for our son to arrive in time to say his goodbyes to his dear Charlie boy❤. Adobe is our vet clinic for life.

My precious kitty was diagnosed with diabetes about 8 months ago. From day 1, Dr. Phil has been awesome. What I like the best is that he listens to my concerns and suggestions. I never feel rushed. There are too many vets out there that are rigid and have the "my way or the hiway" attitude. Not Dr. Phil. He treats me as a partner and together we are helping Mickey live his life comfortably. This is a family owned practice and they make me feel like a part of the family. Kind and compassionate describe all the vets in this practice. So glad I found them.

Just moved to Mesa, found Adobe vet clinic, they are outstanding. We have a temperamental German Shepard Dog. One big baby, Adobe understands him and is very attentive. Can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you!

I've been going to Adobe vet for about 5 years now. The vet close to my home was just too expensive. I wish I found Adobe a lot sooner. Their prices are reasonable and the vet care is excellent. Dr. Phil has been my dogs primary vet. He always gives me honest advice on what's best for my dogs. Adobe vet has earned my trust and loyalty.

To say that every single vet (and staff member) has gone above and beyond numerous times to save my sweet albeit not too bright golden retriever is no where near an understatement. It’s rare to find a place that actually cares about you and your pet. Their prices are great and they’re very practical about ordering tests. As long as the Heitman doctors are around we will be going to Adobe

Adobe veterinarian clinic, specifically Dr Phil, jumped in to help out with my pit Bull when the animal hospital down the road did nothing for him, when his calcium levels were through the roof. In a week alone having Dr Phil’s help, Tucker has started eating again and already gained back 6 lbs of the 20+ he lost! I would recommend Adobe Veterinary Clinic to anyone even if it’s just for a routine check up! Thank you Phil and staff for taking such great care of Tucker!

The whole team at Adobe Veterinary Clinic is fantastic. The Heitman’s are an incredible team of vets that really care for the pets they provide for, and they are all around great people. I’ve been taking my two Bulldogs here for years and have always felt they’ve been given excellent care. I highly recommend.

I’ve been a client there for a while. Today I was turned away for an emergency exam because my cat was not in a carrier. At no time was I ever told he had to be in a carrier and never have I ever had a problem with him not being in a carrier at any vet. People with small dogs don’t have them in carriers, didn’t figure a vet would discriminate against cats. There was only 1 small dog there that wan’t paying any attention to my cat. They then tried to charge me an extra fee for kennel rental to comply with a rule they never told me about to begin with. My animals will be seen at a new vet from now on due to the unprofessional front office staff. EDIT: YES, I was told I had to have a carrier in order to be seen and YES I was told they would charge me to rent a carrier for the visit. Your policy doesn't offend me but your not informing me ahead of time then trying to charge me for it does. Your lying to me about what I was told here is unprofessional and offensive as well. I was there, I know exactly what was said.

I have had several dogs that have been patients of this clinic and have been very happy with their service and kindness in the past. What an amazing staff and so caring! My 7 month old puppy ate a sock and they were able to get to the obstruction before it was deadly. They took such good care of her. I am forever grateful to Dr. Phil and everyone at the clinic! I expected an huge bill but it was affordable and I appreciate that they cared about my "Fur Baby" as much as I do! I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Have used them for years. Staff is wonderful & they know what they are doing & do it well. Love them.
