Fluffy Butt Cuts Queen Creek, Arizona

My usual groomer was booked and my poor Aussie was in need of a haircut so I thought I would try Fluffy Butts grooming. I asked Kevin to give my dog a cut and showed him the picture of her after her last groomers appointment which is the picture posted next to the other dog. When I saw the end product it was much much shorter and definitely not the cut I was hoping for. Later that night while giving her a close examination I found spots where the clippers cut and burned her inside her back leg and cut unevenly. Needless to say I have a very poorly groomed dog and a very unhappy me. Though very nice I will not be asking them to groom my dog again.

I would not get you pet groomed by this business. I’ve used them twice and the first time, I noticed What looked like to be little cuts around his ears but I wasn’t sure what it was so thought I’d try them again and pay close attention to my dog. They canceled the appointment we had set, due to some water pump issues, fine. We rescheduled and when Kevin comes up to my door he immediately says he’s not going to charge me because there’s a cut on my dog. He downplayed the issue and said he didn’t know if it was there before the grooming or not but regardless he was not going to charge me because he wasn’t sure if the clippers had damaged my dog. Here’s the picture of my dog and his wound. Clearly he is not OK and I can’t believe this happened. Read other reviews! This is not the first time a pet has be hurt. Please do you research before assuming someone is properly caring for your pet. So sad!

Kevin is great with my Sassy FeeBee, she was a rescue who was mistreated at some point because she really doesn’t care for many people, Kevin took his time with her and now she loves him. His grooming salon is clean each time he has come and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you

Kevin took good care of our dogs. We were so pleased with the service and his professionalism. One of our dogs hasn’t ever been groomed and isn’t good around strangers. As soon as Kevin picked him up, he was ok and came back looking adorable. Highly recommend!!

Kevin is a true dog whisperer. I have used him twice now for my three (3) goldendoodles and he does amazing work! It’s so convenient for him to show up to my house, take a dog one at a time, and return them to my front door looking beautiful/handsome! He’s extremely gentle and nurturing to your dog and makes it a point to remember their name and you as a client. I had never used a mobile pet groomer before and I ended up going with Kevin after researching a few and I’m glad I did. He is the best! Call/text him today if you’re even remotely thinking about it!

Kevin is the man!!! Due to current social uses I needed my dog to be taken care of, and let me tell you something I've found the groomer for my Bullseye.

Today this company came out to do the hair of 3 dogs. Well it was horrible. They were half cut, had cut Knicks all over them. And they smell like wet dogs. It took 2 hours to in the end just argue about his amount of 180.00 full price was quoted at 50 each. They aren't even half way groomed as his voice became loud and demanding. We gave him 150 reluctantly. He felt threatening we were little and he was oversized. No one should use this groomer he needs to attend a school for groomers and get a certificate of some kind . Now it's going to cost more and he wasnt wearing a mask or gloves. He should have been wearing both.

Kevin does a great job of taking care of our two dogs. He is dependable and always has a smile on his face.

Fluffy Butt Cuts is a very safe and professional service for your fur babies. All three of my babies love their experience each and every time. They are cared for in such a safe and caring environment. I have never been disappointed with my service and I have referred out to many of my friends and family members who are faithfully using this service now as well. Don't let this man groom your dogs. I have a rough collie and he did the worse rushed job ever.

Kevin was excellent with our three dogs! They can be a little rambunctious but they were great with him! He treated them with great care, was a reasonable price and was fast! We will absolutely be using him again. Also, I love that he gives a military discount.

Very disappointed in this groomer, will not be using them again. The cut they gave my dog is extremely uneven and they cut her leg while grooming her! She is a 3.6lb dog who is use to being groomed so them telling me that she put up too much of a fight to avoid cutting her is ridiculous.

Thank you Kevin for taking care of Jackson and Beau. They are much happier now! We will be in touch....
