easyvet Veterinarian San Tan Valley Queen Creek, Arizona

My husband recently brought our Staffordshire Terrier, Rusty, in for a comprehensive check-up. Rusty has some pre existing conditions that are well managed, but we wanted to have his tests updated. He will be 12 in May, so we signed up for the Preventive Deluxe Wellness Plan. The fees are reasonable, and their website breaks down everything included in their plans. The staff was helpful and professional, from our first communications via email, all the way through to check out. The techs were gentle and accommodating with our nervous boy. The Vet was thorough, and suggested a new med for Rusty’s arthritis. We could definitely see a difference after just a few days. Rusty practically ran down our stairs a couple days ago. We got our boy updated on all his vaccine boosters, tests, and meds. Easy Vet followed up to check on Rusty after his visit, and answered all our questions. Our sweet old man is doing great.

What an amazing group of animal loving people! Not to mention a group of professionals that truly care about not only your pet but you as a pet owner as well! Dr. Hanzi is the best! So personable and easy to talk to. Also, I never cringe after paying my bill. It’s very affordable.

Great experience, my young dog woke up constantly sneezing. Called and was able to get appointment that same morning!

Easyvet is doing business the way it should be done.

It is super unfortunate they got rid of their walk ins and stand by appointments. Even though they obviously advertise as a walk-in clinic.

Called every single morning for 4 days straight to get my dog in for an itchy body rash.. they tell me the exact same thing every time.. "we want to get her in as soon as possible" , but we don't have any appointments.. try again tomorrow for a "same day" I would call & NOTHING! Also... they are 2 weeks booked out .

I called on a Saturday and was given one of their emergency appointments for an ear infection for my dog. They are extremely helpful and caring. I will continue to go there

Had my 14 yr old mini pom put to sleep here back in April, they did a wonderful job and were kind, compassionate and caring through the whole process. Thank you all I am forever grateful!

Going to vent for a minute. Don't quite understand the selective mask policy of requiring your customers to wear a mask (which I didn't have a problem with) when one of the employees/ manager?is talking with her adult son for 20 minutes a few feet from me and neither 1 is wearing a mask. My Vet tech was awesome, no complaints about my dog's care

I went in to take my Nikki because I know he wasn't feeling right. Talk to Alana and she was so awesome everybody that I was with who helped me with my bub was really awesome I'm so sorry I don't remember names right now I wasn't in my right mind earlier but I just want to say I love all you guys. I know it was a little bit difficult but you guys made it okay. Thank you so much and God bless you.

Kindest most loving vet I have ever been to.

Covid phobic. Be prepared to wait outside.bring a mask( maybe two). You will not be present during the exam.if you are breathing, you must be infectious so probably best to wear a full face respirator or SCBA. They dont offer all services you might expect from a " full service" vet. More like a groomer with a vet on staff with full service pricing.

The team here is awesome all very nice and responsive, for a family with 3 kids and 2 dogs we are busy so working with this clinic was easy and so helpful. We will definitely be back .

How do you not have a veterinarian at a vet clinic. I went in 2 weeks ago with a new rescue dog had issues with the check up due to anxiety, ordered sedatives and was told to give them to him and call for an appointment on that day. I call in and no doctor, this would have been wonderful to know prior to today. I will be finding a new clinic which is a shame because I did like that vet.

I just called this vet to get my two dogs in, the receptionist sounded just thrilled to be answering the phone. When I told her why I called she was very rude for some reason and told me I had to go online to put my name on a waitlist to get in. Didn’t ask if I was a new patient or anything. What a rude woman. If your receptionists are rude, I can only imagine how the rest of the staff is.

Absolutely friendly! The vet and staff are Absurdly friendly and are so kind and knowledgeable. My dogs not friendly and they took him on with no hiccups, he loves them!

We take our dogs in regularly to Easy Vet in San Tan Valley for their shots and checkups. Everyone at this office is very pleasant and they seem happy to answer my questions. They are also good with our dogs.

They always treat me and Darby well.

Waiting times are not accurate at all, but you'll get a good and not expensive treatment for your pet.

I came to this clinic today because I was told they take walk-ins about 2 minutes prior to 9am. I was told at first I didn’t know what I was talking about regarding testing for my dog to travel over seas although I spent several hours already researching this. The woman was cold and seemed irritable when I came to the desk. She told me to go back outside and sign in on the website then call and come back in??? Really? So I go outside there is no way to sign in to the website and as I walk in the door the second time, it’s updated so I can. She had an attitude at this point and told me now it’s ready to go back outside and do it. This time an Asian woman was next to her at the front desk and it just turned 9am. She started scolding someone in the phone and I don’t know if it was an employee patient or friend but all I heard was “why aren’t you here. You are late” in a berating angry voice over the phone. Even though after calling 25 vets they are the only one who can see me today and our issue is time sensitive I wouldn’t go back there. If they act like that at the front desk to the public who knows how they’ll treat our dog behind closed doors. So much anger I felt coming here and apparently got caught in the crossfire. No thanks. I’ll go elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Very rude.
