Went into purchase dog treats. I have a training class for my 20 weeks old Lab puppy, and I needed some good enticements for the class.

Staff was super friendly and they had everything we needed to self wash our pet. Highly recommend!!!

Just moved to town, found the store on accident and was fairly excited to find a new food store for my pets needs... As soon as I walked in the door the atmosphere was awful... What I'm supposing were the owners were very rude.. Not only that but they were (what they thought was quietly) snapping at one of their employees because another customer wasn't greeted right away... It gave me anxiety and I just had to get out. Over all terrible experience and was highly disappointed.

I have been shopping here for a few months now, the selection and customer service can't be beat anywhere else in Prescott. I love that I find new gems everytime I come in! If you're looking for something better that the chain stores, this is the place to come. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, its a breath of fresh air to know that you are a valued customer and not just a sale.

Great self wash for dogs. Do wish the water temp was adjustable....too warm for double coated beds hoping to keep their undercoat for winter! Otherwise, very nicely kept and friendly and helpful employees ????

Helpful and courteous staff, with great quality products. Brought my 100+ lb Mastiff to self wash. Easy, convenient and sturdy steps with large bathing areas. Very impressed with the experience, staff and products offered.

I LOVE this place. Don't go anywhere else in Prescott. They are so kind and friendly. They really care about your pets and are super helpful. I just can't say enough. And their products are super high quality.

Sandy is amazing. Truly cares about the health of our fur babies. Not just in it for the money. We support them every chance we get and the food is quality there. That is hard to find!!!

Taleeah has helped me and my dog so much since I’ve moved to Arizona!! She’s the reason I keep going back. She has so much knowledge on nutrition and is dedicated to her job which I loved!! She helped me understand what was going on with my dogs allergies and provided me with what I needed to care for him naturally. Also had a 1st time spa day experience with our Hannah. We all had a great time. The girls were so extraordinarily helpful. Hannah never quit shaking! Was the best ever... For us and our pooch....you can't pass this up. A good time had by all for ten bucks m

Sandy changed our lives and the life of our pet in a single week. Our dog is literally a “completely different animal”, full of energy and the healthiest digestion we’ve ever seen from him. He’s a 6 year old rescue that was poorly treated by the previous owners, and his nutritional deficiencies and lack of care caught up to him. We cannot believe the difference Sandy’s recommendations have made. We had tried everything - numerous vets, foods, so-called “natural” diets, etc. etc. We were tired of “experimenting” on our dog, so Sandy introduced us to her comprehensive test, came up with a plan, and IT WORKED. We’ve never heard from vets what we’ve heard from Sandy. Bottom line is that she is the most competent pet nutrition professional we’ve ever met and her business is the type of establishment that will make you a lifelong customer. If you’re struggling with your pet’s sicknesses, allergies, etc…you may want to consider consulting with Sandy @ Preskitt’s Pawz N Clawz before going elsewhere.

We went in there for the first time today to give our foster dog a much-needed bath. The place was immaculate, the people were really nice and we were blown away by the "spa" and all the choices we had! Amanda was very helpful and we now have a very clean, happy dog (after the bath) and they have lifelong customers with us! I would also like to mention that their prices are very reasonable!

Love this place. Owner & staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Their self service doggie wash is always clean, well stocked.

You've got to check-out this amazing pet shop! They have tons of treats (even homemade ones), pet food, accessories for your furbaby. And they have a do-it-yourself pet spa! Such a bright spot over the big box pet stores! Reasonable prices! Friendly staff! Very knowledgeable.

Stopped here on accident while I was waiting for my dog to get done at the vet and I am SO happy I did! This store is beautiful and clean and the employees are knowledgeable and caring. I have a dog with dietary restrictions and they have such a great range of products that they had multiple things that she can have! I am so happy I went in here definitely will continue to stop by!

Wonderful Family owned business. The owner and his wife are very knowledgeable about dog and cat food plus supplements. It’s so great to have a store so close to home. They also have a top notch self bathing and grooming section. I am a groomer, now retired, so appreciate the facility to bath and groom my dogs and cats. The tub is at waist level with stairs that make it so easy for me and comfortable for my animals. I will always support this great Ma and Pa business.????
