The lady that came to help me was very knowledgeable on leopard geckos and told me exactly what I needed and how to set up my habitat. I had done plenty of research, but as a first time leopard gecko Dad, I was still nervous about what the right substrate to get was. She definitely made me feel confident in what to buy and put my fears to rest.

I came in, very stressed and worried about my pups. I was running around the store aimlessly when Stone asked if I needed help. Stone spent 20 minutes with me finding exactly what I needed to make my babies comfortable. He also helped me save as much money as possible in a very stressful moment for me. Stone was a godsend, an incredible employee and a wonderful person who truly cares for the animals he is helping. Amazing service. Give Stone a raise!!

I always find what I am looking for. On this particular trip, the clerk, Stone, I believe, went above and beyond and was able to save me a substantial amount money by finding the items I purchased for sale on line.

All your fish die within 8 hours of purchasing them!!!! The plastic bags to take them home smell like toxins from them sicken. Never going back for my fish

If you get the Petco app and start purchasing dog food their, you will get the 8th bag of dog food for free! Sounds great to me ????????

Staff is great but management is less the desirable but the staff that matters are truly amazing and will go above and beyond for the customer whereas management can't be bothered
