I am beyond happy with how they have treated both of my late sisters dogs. With there help the dogs are doing great. They treat the animal as I like and understand that I may want the Cadillac but can only afford the Ford. They don't make you feel bad but instead figure out how to do what is needed with out totally breaking the bank. They also don't do something if it looks like not the best for the dog at the time even when that loses them money. I can't say enough good about them. They will be all my dogs vet's now. I never want to have to use anyone else.

Everyone very caring. Love the veterans and staff. My dog has a certain cancer and they call to check up. ????them.

The services, kindness, and support from Dr. KB Siens, Chantel, Donna, and Pam goes above and beyond. Highly recommend their services, they make the entire experience fun and joyful (never have I felt that before with other vets). Best service, best people.

Best vet ever, followed her from another clinic. She listens to the pet as well as the pet parent. We need more vets like her ! I just wish she was closer!

Handled veterinary emergency extremely professionally and with gentleness needed towards grieving pet guardian. They did an excellent job with the unplanned surgery, and gave detailed guidance regarding post-surgical instructions. All staff showed incredible patience throughout this ordeal. Brand new vet to me, and they've now gotten a satisfied client for life. Couldn't give a higher recommendation if I tried. Caring, compassionate, expert veterinarian. Full of gratitude for their handling of this traumatic experience, on behalf if my dogs and myself.

I took my 4 month old kitten (Squirt) to Dr. Sarah Bason dvm for her first vet appt today . What a great experience! The staff was wonderful and Dr. Basom is very caring and informative. As an added bonus I was telling them my plans of doing my Walmart shopping after the visit and taking Squirt in with me in the carrier as it is very hot! Dr. Sarah offered to let me leave Squirt with them while I shopped. They were my lifesavers today! I live 45 minutes out of prescott! Thank you Granite Mountain Vetrinary Hospital!

New staff. Great place to have your pets treated and maintained

This is the best vet I have ever visited!! They charge such reasonable prices and I feel that they really take care of my boys.

After several negative experiences with reception I have chosen to go back to the clinic where we originally found the Doctor who we followed here to begin with.

I left a clear message as a new potential client asking for two things with my dog needing to be done and no one ever called me back.

This office has dramatically improved in the care and information it provides since the change of ownership. Even the waiting room has been cleaned.

Most rude customer service I have ever seen. Completely unprofessional. I do not think it is terribly difficult to be a decent human being.

The staff and doctor really do care for the animals. They saved our dog and treated her like their own. The staff goes above and beyond for the animals and set the bar really high for vets. Our dog loved everyone there and was sad to leave. We were sad to leave the area thinking no vet can compare. Best office.

The best doctor ever. Very satisfied

The staff here is great. Their follow up is fantastic. Our golden retriever was just neutered here last week and they did a great job. Our dog barely noticed he even had a surgery. The surgery was done by the new vet in the office as our previous vet there just retired.
