If you want a vet who takes the time to listen, explain things to you, and take good care of your pet, this is the place to go. Prices are reasonable (NOT overpriced like most places) for the services provided, and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. They also allow you to schedule appointments online and respond super quickly. I couldn't believe how fast they called me back to schedule an appointment. They also called me back into the office incredibly fast when I went in for our visit. They also answer questions and concerns over the phone. Highly recommend this vet!

I have known Dr Amy Comer for many years. She's very knowledgeable about our four legged friends, small and large, and birds too!! She's one of the BEST vets in Phoenix in my opinion.

Took Beans here to make sure she didn't have FIV so I could clear her to interact with my other babies and everyone was so sweet. She just walked around the room like she owned the place so I'm guessing she felt pretty safe. Thank you so much!

This place has been great. I'm fairly new, but the regulars they seem to know by name, and genuinely care about them. They don't do unnecessary testing that can cost an arm and a leg, but take good care of your pet. Highly recommend this place.

From start to end, the experience was seamless and swift. I started by requesting an appointment online through their website. They called back within 2 days to approve my request, so quick! Coming from a different state, I was used to waiting up to weeks for a call back or appointment. A few days before my appointment, they called to verify I'd be going in and as a reminder, which I super appreciated. The day of, I arrived and was taken into an exam room almost immediately - a good sign already. The tech came, collected the required info/vitals and was very gentle with my pet. Shortly after, Dr. Cromer came in to give her diagnosis and treatment. Hearing her professional input put my mind at ease. My pet and I left Valley West Animal Hospital 100x better than when we stepped in. Thank you SO much!

Every other hospital and vet office werent concerned with my dog being sick. Valley West made time and room for her and were legitimately concerned. I thank them so much.

Dr. Cromer always goes above and beyond with her clients and patients. If you have an animal that has to visit frequently, she soon treats them as family. This is a vet with a heart!

Great place. I was regularly going to 1st Pet Vet just because they're down the street from me, but way too expensive. Valley West Animal was affordable and speedy even when short handed. Dr. Jordan was very knowledgeable and asked all the questions she could to get to know my senior dog. I went in for an exam, vaccines, blood work, and a nail trim.. my dog was done within in hour.

Dr Cromer and her staff are always so wonderful and attentive. My furry kids have been patients of Dr Cromer's for many years and I have found that they are all very caring animal lovers with a comforting demeanor with all types of animals. My dogs are always calm in their care, maybe in part because there is no turnover of staff - everyone is like family to us. She has had the same people working with her for as long as I have been taking my fur babies here. I travel 30 minutes each way because I love this veterinary office - I very highly recommend Valley West Animal Hospital!

They fit me in on a Sunday when my pet wasn't eating. They stayed late to make sure I had been treated with patience and compassion. Really appreciate the service I get here every time.

First visit and the staffe was amazing. They took the time to show me how to give the meds my kittens needed. And where very accomdating in regards to my wheelchair.
