Low-cost care when you need it. They have fixed several pets for me. Never an issue. They are always busy.

I can tell right away all the ladies that work here have their hearts and souls into doing their best work for all the animals. The prices are the lowest I could find in Mesa. I love all the great advice the vet sends me home with.

Useless! Can never get a hold of anyone! They never answer the phone so you leave a message and no return calls.

As long as you are prepared to wait in a crowded waiting room with strangers and animals, this place is great. The receptionist is clear and friendly, and the vet and techs are gentle with the pets. It's nice to have a place that does specific things for low prices.

Our Charlie went into heat earlier than expected, we were able to get her an appointment the next day.

Everyone was great..Didn't need to stay after all..Our cat had already been Spaded..She had a Clipped Left Ear...

Wonderful people. Wonderful doctor. Well run place. They are doing a great service for all of us. I hope people will be alot nicer to them because they are a hard working and honest business. I would and do recommend them to everyone who cares about the population and safety of animals.

Staff is incredibly rude and condescending. The Dr that saw our cats prior to spay and neuter was nothing but rude. We will NEVER return to this awful place. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Save your time and take your pet to a place that actually cares and won’t intentionally harm them.

DOCTOR A IS THE BEST! SHE CARES ABOUT YOUR PET AS IF THEYRE HER OWN. SHE IS GENTLE WITH YOUR BABIES. SHE ALSO GIVES TOP QUALITY CARE IN EVERY WAY. SHE WILL NOT SUGAR COAT THINGS WHATSOEVER AS SHE SHOULDN'T, SHE SPEAKS THE TRUTH BUT IN A CARING AND RESPECTFUL WAY. ANYONE BASHING ON HER AND LEAVING PATHETIC OR LYING REVIEWS, NOCK IT OFF. PEOPLE WHO GO TO HER CLINIC AND GET THEIR FEELINGS HURT AND TALK DOWN TO HER OR GIVE HER A HARD TIME STOP IT, YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO THERE IF THATS HOW YOU FEEL. DR A IS THE MOST DEDICATED, SWEET, AND PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR IVE EVER KNOWN AND IVE KNOWN AND WENT TO HER 15 PLUS YRS. I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.

It was a long wait checking in and waiting to drop off my cats, but the staff were very cheerful and helpful. It was fun watching the other pets going in and out. I was able to get a consultation for my two cats and spayed and vaccinated and are recovering well. The staff also called ahead the day before my appointment to confirm my appointment and make sure I knew what to do and ask if I had any other questions. The prices are affordable compared to other vets.

Was here at this location this morning and witnessed the previous review by Desi Johnson and Ms. Johnson your review was completely false and incorrect. You acted like a spoiled, rude, confrontational person. The lady at this front desk kept her composure as you tried to keep arguing and belittling her in front of everyone in the lobby. There is a fine line in how much a person should deal with when dealing with people like you and you crossed the line. The Spay Neuter Clinic should be glad that you left, because as a business owner I would not want to do business with people like you. She did exactly what she should have done, however if it would have been me, I would have asked you to leave once you started running your mouth. Good luck to anyone that has to deal with you in the future. The staff and doctor here have always been kind and caring and i will continue to bring my pets here and continue to refer them to others. This was my first time I was introduced to this establishment. I was under the impression my appointment was confirmed, when I received a confirmation call. I was scheduled & go to go, unfortunately that was not the case. After explaining this to the woman at the front desk who was not only rude, but just down right mean. I was completely appalled by this type of human behavior, especially since was my first time at Mesa Spay & Neuter. The lack of unprofessionalism & rudeness that was displayed, makes me concerned if my fur baby is even safe. Then when clarifying my appointment, the same woman pushed my form to the back of the line deliberately. Proceed to roll her eyes, then advised, I would still have a 45-hour wait, after being told, she’s not sure where my place in queue was less than 15 minutes prior. Mind you, I just needed to know where my place was because I have to get to work. I’m VERY disappointed in Mesa Spay & Neuter. If this is how you allow your staff to treat first time customers, I could just imagine how they treat the patients. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This is not how you treat people at all.

Took my boy, Beardsley, for his annual vaccines. Professional and polite staff who took great care of getting us in and out. Took longer to wait than it did to get his shots and his nails trimmed. ???? Definitely not complaining because overall it took only about 30min.

I'm too crazy about how long I had to wait to get my cat in, but I know they are busy. They do things differently than other vet places I have been too.

I love this place! They got my Bengal cat in very quickly for a neuter when all other locations had a good wait before the surgery. They were also the cheapest I was able to find in that time frame. They did a great job, even though my cat was so grumpy after the surgery which was super weird to witness, lol! But he healed up perfectly and we had absolutely no issues with the entire process. They also treated my cat appropriately with medication, ect, due to him being an exotic feline. So, thank you!!

Great low cost clinic, skilled caring staff. Kind of like Southwest Airlines, no reserved seats, line up to board, low cost no frills service. Walk in first come, first serve for vaccinations, relatively short times for spay and neuter appointments.

Love this place, just not the scheduling.

Great prices only downfall is you have to be there really early to check in for appointments and for some services it’s on a first come first serve bases. Easy to schedule and staff is very friendly.

What a God send! The DR. was great! She was to the point, sincere and professional. I brought in a feral which will now be my little baby. I had the whole enchilada done. It was so quick. As recommended I got there early around 6:15. I hate crowds and at that time there was only about 10 people. After looking over our new little purr baby she said to come back at 1:30. I did! Everything was taken care of at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend. I will be going back for check ups! Thank you Easter bunny!

This locations is definitely a pay for what you get kinda service. They NEVER answer there phones so if you work a full time job like me good luck! I played phone tag with them for weeks, I called they didn’t answer I left several voicemails and finally got a hold of someone when I was on my break at work and they called me back. And when they did pick up the women was very rude. I don’t have time for that, I’ll be giving my money to someone else thank you. For perspective I’ve brought both of my dogs here before as previous clients and was trying to get my cat in for an appointment. I will not be bringing any of them here anymore. The prices are cheap, but so is the service you get. I’m spending a little more if my money somewhere else for a better service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I waited for about 1:30 but that's because they're first come first serve and its a very busy place. Also no appointments needed for just vaccines.

They're wonderful! My kitty was so calm, the dr. looked her over, gave her a clean bill of health, and gave her her vaccinations in short order! Get in very early! 6:30 AM recommended!

I have been using them for years to have animals spayed/neutered. Hope they start doing dogs again.

This place never answers phone ????

This place is a little run down on the outside however once you get inside its a warm greeting and a small waiting area. There is plenty of space outside to walk your furry family. I was there for shots for my dog. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even had snacks for my pup, so they could check his breathing, heart, and ears. I was very pleased with the service. I have it a 4 star only for the fact that it is a little run down and could use an updated sign. The staff was a 5 ???? .

Took two pups, 1 spay and 1 neuter. Very friendly and the most cost efficient, by far!
