Because my dog was very sick and I could not get a quick appointment with my vet I called them. They came to my house and were very compassionate but very expensive. When I got an appointment with my vet the next day, it was difficult to get the lab results in time for the appointment even though I spoke to them on the phone hours before and they said they would email them. I would use them again in emergency circumstances.

Fast, easy and loving! These veterinarians were amazing!! Very professional and respectful to the home and the animal. I can't think of a better service for your pet. My Yorkie hates going to the vet and has major anxiety. This group made her feel safe and no medication needed for her anxiety. I truly suggest checking them out for all of your future fur babies needs. You won't be disappointed!

It was convenient not to have to take my 15 year-old cat in for labs. Dr. Sadie was friendly and got down on the floor to pet him, and he warmed up to her right away. The first visit went great, but the follow up care is very poor. My cat was seen 6 weeks ago for a $562 visit. I requested a refill of his eye drops on Chewy yesterday, and Valet Vet declined the refill request. I then emailed to inquire as to why they denied it, and they stated that he needs a follow up visit first. I'm sorry, but why? The medication I requested was an antibacterial eye drop that he has been taking for years before I ever used Valet Vet. His labs came back beautifully from his first visit. Nothing is wrong with him but his eyes are having drainage again and he needs a refill on a simple eye drop! I'm not requesting a refill for a new medication or a controlled substance that could require a follow up. It takes nothing away from them to refill the medication, but they chose to decline it because they want more money first. $562 apparently only gets you 1 visit and 1 month of medications. Be aware that if you need any help from them after the first visit, they won't help you unless you dish out more money. I submitted a refill request at my old vet's office in Gilbert today after Valet Vet declined my request, and they had it refilled for me by the end of the day :). Valet Vet is a joke, the value is extremely poor, and do not expect any help from them after you pay a substantial amount of money for a visit. They won't help you unless you keep paying for $500 visits once per month. This was never made clear to me in advance, by the way. If they would have told me that they don't do refills, I would have gone to another vet...I prescribe medications to humans and I can tell you that this is very rude. It wouldn't have taken anything away from them to refill my cat's eye drops when he had just been seen 6 weeks prior. It's not like his first visit was a year ago! This is how you lose customers!

I love Valet Vet! They have been great with all of my animals and allowing my animals to stay home but still get veterinary care is amazing. It reduces my animals stress and makes it a much easier appointment. The vets and assistants are all very kind and truly are about your fur babies.

I recently moved back to Arizona and my previous veterinarian had done such a wonderful job taking care of my furbabies that I was nervous to find someone new to take care of them. However, when my 13 yr old cat Dutchess started showing signs and symptoms of arthritis I knew I had to get her checked out and that lead me to finding Valet Vet Mobile! They were so kind and caring with her, I'm so thankful to have found a place like this and I look forward to making appointments for my other two. If anyone has a nervous or anxious pet Valet Vet Mobile is the perfect place for them!

Valet vet has been caring for our 8 dogs for many years and they always uphold their service to the highest professionalism and passion. Lauren and Dr.Jordan today were amazing for dealing with our crazy little fur babies but back to back they did annual check up and vaccines. I am so blessed and recommend anyone to choose them as their primary animal health provider.

I cannot tell you how great it was to have Valet Mobile come to my home to check on my cat. They are great! It saved putting my cat through the stress of driving and making his pancreatitis flare-up worse! I will continue using them.

When first calling Valet Vet it was very easy to get an appointment scheduled. The office staff are courteous and responsive. I had Dr. Jordan and Sydney show up to my home to see my two cats. They were caring and incredible sweet and gentle with my two boys. Dr. Jordan was sure to answer any questions before leaving. I wish that I had looked into having a vet come to our home a long time ago. It made the process so easy and my cats didn't get scared or stressed with having someone in our home to see them.

I had used Valet Vet for the first time and was very pleased with the whole experience. Going to the vet had always been stressful for my two dogs. They get leash aggressive so when we are in the waiting room they may start barking at other dogs. It was sooooo nice to have the vet come to us. Our dogs were relaxed and were loving on the vet and the assistant the entire time. Both the vet and assistant were great with our dogs. They also saw my mom's two dogs at her address and we're great with her dogs, too. They were even able to fill a prescription in the spot for ear drops for my mom's golden who had a slight ear infection. They did mention that they carry some meds, but if they didn't have it in stock they can write electronic scripts- I think for an online pharmacy. It's a bit pricier then going to a vets office, yes, but honestly it's very much worth it to have our dogs be comfortable. Also since they're only seeing your dogs, you don't have to wait for the vet like you often so a vets with a physical office. Overall, the experience was great and I hope to use them again.

This is a mobile pet doctor so to speak. Anyway well worth the money. Excellent service there staff is fantastic. I will only be using them from now on. They come to your house and take care of your animals. I have a Pitbull and she is very protective and very hyper and can be a hand full. But no problem for valet vet. They were cool calm and patient. The vetinerian who came to my house is highly experienced and was able to handle my dog very smoothly. I honestly can't be more pleased with there service. They treat us like family and im very happy I discovered valet vet. Thank you again valet vet.

Sadie, thank you for your patience and professionalism. I could not be happier with our first visit. You have earned my business. …

Our dog is terrified of going to the vet, so having someone come to the house was such a relief. Got an appointment for the next day. Dr. Sadie was friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle with our dog. Her assistant, Allie, was equally as competent and pleasant. Highly recommend.

These guys are excellent. Every interaction I have with them is great. I have a very fearful dog and they are so patient and caring, she warms up much faster than previous vets. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I needed a mobile vet who could do surgery for a street dog I rescued. I explained when I called to make the appointment the traumas this dog had endured and that I could not take him to a vet’s office. When my appointment time finally came after a couple of weeks, the vet did a needle biopsy on the ulcerating growth (which made it bleed profusely for over a week) and she wanted to do pre-surgery blood work. When I asked when they might do surgery, she only then informed me that they would not do surgery because “their mobile unit wouldn’t make it this far.” Huh? They knew where I lived when they agreed to come out. They knew I had another vet look at the growth at my home prior to my appointment with them. And they knew I only called them because I needed a mobile surgery unit. So why the change? But more disturbing is they wanted to run up the bill with pre-surgery stuff knowing they had no intention of following through with surgery. We were shocked when they said they wouldn’t do the surgery. And every vet I ever went to wants to do their own exams and testing before they do surgery. So basically they wasted my time and money and I had to start all over putting this poor dog through more exams and invasive testing. And when we asked for an owner or whoever ran the place to call and discuss what transpired, they didn’t even have the courtesy to call us back. Real shoddy treatment of a client and lack of compassion for an animal.

We were extremely happy with the services we received from Valet Vet. We have 3 big dogs and it becomes hard to get them all in to see the vet when you work full time. Valet Vet came to our home and really took the time to get to know our dogs we did not feel rushed like they got our money and they wanted to get to the next client. They did an extremely thorough exam on each one. The ladies were extremely pleasant and professional as well as made you feel like they truly cared. The only thing that could make them better would be if they were available on the weekends. Thank you ladies for the great care of our furbabies!

My dog gets stressed and has seizures when she has trips to the vet. My dog started having stomach issues and quit eating. Valet vet came to our house, the Vet was great and explained everything in detail, prescribing meds and doing tests. The tech was kind and my dog was great with them. Going forward, I will call only Valet Vet! No seizures was a great great bonus.

Wow, $150 to come see my dog. Any diagnoses costs more. So I'd ever just have a vet come see my dog; for just a visit? Pricing schedule could use some work I think.

My Vet of choice. Punctual, professional, knoledgeable, and really kind to my dog. My experience with dr. Megan has been wonderful. Last year I called for help with my dog Cena who is 13 years old. She had been lethargic, didn't care to go for walks anymore, had no energy for anything. She also was coughing continuously, and her coat was cursed and no longer shining. I couldn't take her to the vet because after a bad experience she had in California every time we had to go to one the visit would be very difficult for both her and the Vet and she would returned home traumatized. After some research on line I found Valet Vet and called for an appointment. Dr. Megan came to my home, she was so kind, calm, and patient my dog took to her immediately and we were able to finally have her examined. Blood work and x- rays came back and we found out Cena had a thyroid issue. Dr Megan placed her on Levothyroxine and gave her an antibiotic for her cough. My girl went back to her playful self. She will continue to stay on levothyroxine for life but I have her back healthy and happy. Dr Megan followed up with me consistently and Amanda at the office calls and reminds me of upcoming appointments. Best decision I have ever made I am so glad I found Valet Vet. I highly recommend this Veterinarian not only for help at end of life but as a regular vet especially if like Cena your pet isn't so found of going to the vet office. You will get the same services you get at the vet office but in the comfort and safety of your home and by a professional that is loving, caring, and knowledgeable.

I would give no stars, but I can't. I called the az state board for a list of mobile vets, this seemed like the closets to me. So I called, let them know what part of the city I'm at, and they said no it's to far. I looked it up online, and it said I was 24 miles away from them. For being a mobile vet, and saying 25 miles is too far seems unreasonable, I would have paid extra if I was giving that option, since 24 miles is like driving to Tucson. To be truthful that's not away to conduct a mobile bussiness since I got this information from the board, based on my zip code...

They are great. My cat gets super stressed when going anywhere. They came, gave the cat a shot, drew blood and Mawzer came out of the room chill and his normal self. They are wonderful. Will be using them from nos on.

I met with Dr. Gina and her team, and was touched by their compassion and commitment to client and patient care. They are a team of individuals with huge hearts, striving to provide the best that veterinary medicine can offer. You will be hard pressed to find a more dedicated team to care for your pets.
