We needed services last minute and could not get anyone locally to assist. Trails End was professional and caring during pick up. Will definitely be utilizing their services for the future ????????

I contacted Trails End for the first time a little over a week ago, I was answered almost immediately and they got right back to me with a quote and answered all questions I had. Although I hadn’t lost my baby yet, they treated me with kindness and were very sympathetic even though at the time it was just a discussion and preparing for the worst. Today the day came way earlier than anticipated and they were timely, kind, and honest. He braided his tail so beautifully and asked my Mom our color to make it just that much more special when holding it together. Today was very hard but the part you’d feel was the worst was better because of you guys. Thank you to Jeff and the kind lady I spoke with on the phone who was patient and understanding. ❤️

This company is amazing and so compassionate. They were so professional when I put down my senior gelding and even provided me a braid from his tail. They were also extremely helpful with picking up an expired beef steer. Having not been in this situation before I really appreciated them answering my early morning call and helping me with the situation.

No one wants to call a company like this, but we found ourselves needing to last night. When Jeff came out today, he was fast in the removal, swept up any marks left from the removal of our calf, and was kind and thoughtful enough to hug my girlfriend goodbye, while telling her that a prayer will be said during the burial. Definitely will recommend them to everyone in need of this type of service, and will call them again, should the need arise (though, of course, we hope to never have to call them again). In short, I'm touched by the caring shown, and very pleased with the company and staff.
