My dogs love it and they always look great! Very cute set up and I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs here.

I’ve been taking my dog here for several months and she seems to love it. She’s gets super excited when we pull up and they do a great job of cleaning her up. I love the bandanas and bows they put on her and she always looks so cute after her spaw day. The prices are good and the people there are really friendly too.

They use to be so good- too busy for TLC. Picked up my dog, Receptionist was upset & kept saying my dog peed on himself. Well that happens with dogs. They kept him in the back area behind a door, ok that's fine. However he was hot, panting & drooling when he came out. As the receptionist brought him up front she almost dropped him "twice" to the floor. She had no leash on him. We got home and he was so thirsty & distressed. He's been groomed for the last 6 years of his life, so a groom is nothing new. His care is of "utmost" importance to me. Honestly it didn't matter what his groom even looked like after this. My fur baby is my little Best Friend & I won't ever take him back. - Disappointed

Fantastic, friendly staff. Visible angles to watch your dog while groomer works it’s magic. Clean of dust and random oddball collectibles/Knick knacks found at other groomers

I brought my little dog in to have him groomed. I told them he was a vicious little guy and wasn't going to be easy. So they gave him a bath, did nothing else and charged me $30. I can bath him at home. That is not what I brought him in for. They should have called me to pick him up if they couldn't handle him.

Dog looked great, nicest pet grooming facility we have seen.

My first time here and my Morkie named Rex left so happy! Love his cut he looks so handsome! Our groomer was so nice and friendly. I will be coming back next week with my other dog with same groomer.

Amazing experience everytime I take my Airedale Terrier in for his regular haircut. Speedy and communicative service each time. I truly trust them with my pup! He is always excited to go into the dog spa when he is greeted by his stylist!

So now that they're the ONLY dog grooming place in the Foothills area, they have too much business and don't take care of the animals because they're rushing. Our dog has come home with an inured back TWICE! First time we thought it was something else, but 2nd time isn't a coincidence. Try somewhere else where they have the time to properly handle your pet.

Our dog Luna loved her grooming experience. Andrea was so great to work with and very patient with all of my requests. Luna usually gets an allergic reaction because she has very sensitive skin, but she did not get any reaction at Shampooch. The products used were of good quality and sensitive. I would highly recommend this place.

They are always polite and professional and do a great job at taking care of our Siberian Husky. She always comes out happy and looking great!

Super nice & patient groomers at appreciated good prices ~ espcly patient w the smaller dog with the Big personality???? **Not a complaint..just a comment.. sent my girl home frm her bath w/a Blue scarf and of course 1st person to see HER commented on how "handsome HE is.." ???????? Good place though

Got a groupon for here, customer service wasnt the best but they did an awesome job on my border collies cut. He was cut very evenly
