Honestly, I was looking forward to taking my new rescue dog her because the reviews were great! Unfortunately the blonde hair lady at the front desk was extremely unwelcoming and rude! I have no desire to go back as they also messed up my dogs nails. Don’t believe the reviews!!

I went in to pick up my dog around 1p today and one of the female groomers was yelling at a dog. The dog was getting his/her nails trimmed and was scared so they were whining. The groomer was visibly irritated and yelled at the dog “stop it”. When the woman who was at the front desk went in the back to get my dog the other one immediately came towards the front to shut the door quickly that separates the front and the back to try and make sure I did not see/hear. I know she didn’t work on my dog, but i don’t know how the other groomers are so I won’t be back.

I've tried different groomers in the area for my miniature schnauzer and Betty's Dog Wash & Grooming is absolutely the best! Thank you for doing such an awesome job and always being so caring with my pup.

We took our pup to Betty's for a groom and are quite satisfied with the results. The groomer came out both before and after yo ensure they understood our expectations and to convey any difficulties they had. We paid $80 for our groom and plan to come back again in the future.

My 7 year old shih-poo Rocki has been getting groomed here since her very 1st puppy trim. Last year we moved 20 mins away but continue to see Felicia at Betty's because she's that good and Rocki loves her and the facility

These guys are great I called in told them I was a truck driver and even though their day was booked they opened a spot for my dog. I dropped off my dog and about 30 min. Or so the groomer called just to make sure of they way I wanted him groomed. When I got him back he looked great!!!!!! Thank you guys so much we will be back when needed!!!!!

No appointments needed for nail trims! I would definitely bring my her baby back here for a full service, everything was extremely clean, the owner Jill super friendly and everyone seemed to love taking care of the dogs!

Took my dog there for the first time. She was very nervous. When I picked her up she seemed very relaxed. They did a great job calming her down. Great cut too. Prices reasonable.

They made my 5 month old puppy look like a old man! They cut him and hit his skin and now it has marks. They also charged me 50 bucks for this. Here is a before and after.

Maddie was recommended to me by a friend to bring my dog in for grooming. I cannot say great things about how the treated me and him. I’m a stickler on how I like his hair cuts and she took great care of him! He loves her and I cannot wait to bring him back! They ask questions on how you like their groom to be and they listen! They also call you when they’re ready or even before. I’ll definitely be bringing Gizmo back to Betty’s! Thank you Maddie!

If you have an anxious dog, do not bring them to this groomer. I got my dog back with multiple cuts all over his body from what I assume were the clippers they used. I was visiting Phoenix and needed my extremely anxious rescue boy groomed, who normally gets groomed with no problems at my regular groomer back home. You have to be patient with him and it takes a little longer than normal, but he has no issues otherwise. He comes back home totally fine with his normal bounce to his step, which was absolutely not the case with Betty's. I called Betty's before I took him in to talk about my concerns with his anxiety, and they reassured me that they dealt with anxious dogs all the time and they would be able to handle it. With this reassurance, I took him in trusting that everything would be okay. I dropped him off, and was called within a little over an hour with them telling me he was done, but that they could not finish him because he was BITING them. My dog has never bitten anyone in his life. I have had him nip at me when I've accidentally pulled his fur or something like that like any dog might, but he has never bitten anyone, ever. Shocked, I went and picked him up. They had managed to do most of his body save for his face, so I wasn't too upset about it, but the fact that they said that he was biting them was a red flag for me. Fast forward a couple of days and I start noticing scabs forming all over his body that were clearly from the groomer. It looked like they had nicked him all over his body with the clippers. He had scabs on both sides of his face, under his chin, on his neck, and all over parts of his legs. And then the picture came together for me - they repeatedly cut and nicked my poor dog's skin, so obviously he was going to nip at them to get them to stop. He looked so miserable when I got him back and I am sure these people have done some lasting damage to his comfort level when it comes to going to the groomer for his future visits. I really fail to understand why they would say they have so much experience with anxious dogs when they clearly have no idea what they are doing when it comes to anxiety. I would have preferred that they had stopped and given me a call instead of hurting him and giving him anxiety about yet another thing, and accusing him of biting like they were faultless in the situation on top of that.

First time bringing my dogs here, sorry I hadn't found them sooner! Will coming here from now on!

I was visiting and my daughter found this groomer on line. I took my goldendoodle for her first visit to a groomer and when we picked her up she looked gorgeous and seemed so proud of herself. She had long hair and mever complained. I came back home and took her to groomer yesterday in my home state. She came home shaved because they couldn't handle her hair. This made me give Bettys 5 stars and appreciate them even more.

Maddie does an awesome job with both of my dogs! In fact I have been going to Betty’s dog wash for a long time now and I have never had one complaint! Your animals are safe and they will definitely come home with a smile and smell a whole lot better !
