We have been taking our dogs and cats to All Pets Animal Hospital since moving to Peoria over 5 years ago and are so happy to have found a local family run practice! After moving from California and not having a set vet due to never finding one that seemed to really value or care about our animals, it is so nice and refreshing to find a practice that truly cares! Everyone here from the front office staff to the vet techs and to each doctor are all amazing!

Very nice staff. Explained everything and provided a number of options. They were recommended by someone we trust, and now we can see why.

If you want someone to just agree with you and throw meds at everything, don't come here. If you want someone to tell you real information without over treating your pet, come here. Ray and Elizabeth have been treating my dogs since 2014 through a wide range of issues from leukemia, cysts, diet, shots, dental, broken bones, etc. They do a fantastic job being friendly and informative, and I simply won't take them anywhere else.

So I have been with Dr. Ray Marsh on a bunch of appointments. He was informative but when it came down to the last couple days of my dogs life I found myself going to a different vet. This place does not do good with emergencies. I called, told the front staff I needed to talk to the Dr. It's an emergency. This was around 130pm. So they had 4 hours to call me back because they close at 530. My dog had cancer and I had to put her down that day. So they call me the next day. The front staff here should find a new job cause they have no compassion at all for your pets, they are just awful. There's no payment plans here so that's another thing that complicates things. I would recommend roadrunner animal hospital. They are wonderful and I'm going there from now on whenever I need a vet. They are so caring and have such good vets that actually care about ur animal and you. Plus they do payment plans. USE ROADRUNNER.

Our kitties have all been taken care of by All Pets Animal Hospital since 1999, when I first moved to Peoria. Dr. Ray along with his daughter, Elizabeth now, honestly care about your pets. The whole staff is courteous, compassionate and caring. We have never had a bad experience in all these years. We highly recommend All Pets for the best care of your fur babies.

Dr Shanks is so amazing and kind. She was so sweet and understanding with my puppy who is shy around strangers. She went out of her way to make sure he felt comfortable with her. Both she and the assistant, Victoria, were absolutely wonderful. I am very happy with this office!

Top rated clinic with extremely knowledgeable and professional physicians and staff. The most reasonable pricing 8n the valley.

You couldn't ask for more caring staff. It was time for us to put our 13 year old baby down so she wouldn't suffer and the staff has been nothing but amazing. We have had all our pets come to this vet because they are 1000% honest and give you options and let you know everything. Even if that means less money for them. They are so friendly and love every single pet that comes in. They are more like our baby's other family that's how much they care. Thank you all!

Loved it Doctor and staff were wonderful

Today was my 1st visit time visiting All Pets & I was very pleased. Staff was very friendly and professional. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Marsh was really thorough & took time to discuss his findings & offer suggestions & solutions. My dog was relaxed & comfortable.

They were wonderful with our pup and very knowledgeable and kind.

They have always been excellent and caring for my animals. They are a bit pricey but I would rather pay a little more for great care

Took my Siberian Husky here to get his vaccinations, they did an amazing job, they really care for your animals, they take really good pride in what they do, they also make you feel very welcomed & comfortable as well, my dogs will be coming here from now on, Thank you!

I really like Dr Marsh, however, this office has very poor compassion for emergency situations my dog has terrible allergies all i need is a shot and they are "doing me a favor" making me wait a week how long does it take to give a dog a shot, or even sell me the shot to help my dog in need

I adopted a dog who was having unknown medical issues. All Pets Animal Hospital figured out what was wrong with her and then provided the chemo needed to help her recover. I recently moved, and I considered driving 12 hours each year just so she could continue being seen at All Pets. Truly, I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough!

We have been bringing our pup to All Pets now for about 5 years. Dr. Marsh and all the staff have always done any and everything for us. Recently, our dog got very ill and they were so understanding and helpful. We were a nervous wreck and they made sure we were informed every step of the way, and even called to check on her once we were able to bring her home. They always answer all of our questions and never make me feel ignored. I trust them with my dog's health and they are one of the best. Would recommend to anyone needing good, quality care.

I have been coming here for over 15 years now. Not only are Dr Elizabeth and Dr Raymond the best so is the entire staff! Please go here if you are searching for a vet who actually cares about your animals.

As the human lucky enough to be the leader of a grumble of pugs I am very protective of my babes. They take superior care of all of us and take the time to answer any questions we may have as well as squeezing us in to be seen when an emergency has arisen.

I called 8 different vets in the area because my old man started to have some urinary incontinence. All Pets was able to get me a same day appointment. I’m waiting on results to come in, but all the staff I interacted with were extremely professional and friendly, and most importantly - compassionate. I’m so thankful I was able to be seen, and they alleviated my concerns about my pup. Highly recommend for all your vet care needs!

I wanted to find a vet, near my new house. I contacted All Pets Animal Hospital and spoke with Carol. I had a list of questions to ask her, which she was happy to do. My questions included most of what normal people would ask, when searching for a new doctor. I wanted to feel comfortable with this decision. Carol explained to me about Dr. Marsh. She answered my questions and booked my first appointment. I was extremely happy with how the call went. I arrived to their location and was greeted by Hailey (I think that was her name.). She was really nice and professional. We chatted about her truck. My cat was taken in for her appointment (first time visit, exam). After about 30mins or so, I was told the doctor would be calling to review everything. Dr. Marsh was pleasant and very informative. I was told my cat was really easy and "Did Great!" --------------------------------------------So Far, SO Good! ------------------------------ I contacted All Pets for another appointment. My cat needed a nail trim, which she gets every 2-3 months. I was told by Carol (on my first call ever to All Pets) this was something that was no problem for them to do, it would just be by appointment only. I wasn't able to speak with Carol, it was either her day off or she was busy. I spoke with another female, who's name I don't recall. She was very passive and kept telling me that it's impossible for my cat to be seen. I can't speak with Dr. Marsh and she was very unapologetic. I couldn't speak with the person (Carol) who told me that this wouldn't be an issue??? I asked to speak with Dr. Marsh and was told that it's "Not Going To Happen." I left a message for him to call me, which never happened. I had to call several times to finally reach him. Dr. Marsh told me that he was under staffed and wasn't seeing any animals, unless it was urgent. This didn't make any sense.......He booked my first appointment without an issue, charged me $ 70.00 for my "First Exam" which was required. I think this was a money grab for a struggling business. I think they should've never told me "YES" if they didn't have the staff (or) time for caring for my pet. I spoke with Dr. Marsh again about this issue. I was told that he's not going to make things right, but I can look else where. His communication is lacking and his staff can say whatever they want, just to get people into the hospital. Apparently, the money only matters when it's over $ 500.00. I don't recommend this place. If you read the reviews, you can understand why. Dr. Marsh should retire. He's operating understaffed, unorganized and it takes forever for anyone to respond.
