This place is run down and stinks. Took my puppy in for an orientation and no wonder I couldn’t go back and look at it before and had to do it after she stayed. She would have never been left. Although, the office staff was nice, but what shocked me is what one of the workers said. She wouldn’t leave her dog there either. Wow.. great advice for a new customer. My puppy couldn’t wait to get outside to go to the restroom. When she got home she drank a whole bowl of water. So I guess the employee was correct. Don’t take your animals here! Thanks to your own employee she saved me and my puppy a lot of grief!!

Our dog absolutely loves this place! He bangs on his leash hanging on the wall to let us know he wants to go play with his friends! The team at Phoenix Dogs 24/7 is super friendly and they love our dog…almost as much as we do! ???? I highly recommend them!

Our family absolutely love Phoenix Dogs 24/7 and our babies have been “regulars” since we arrived in Phoenix 2 years ago. We initially purchased package visits and would pay for baths separately. However, after speaking with Madison (manager) and reviewing our statements, we realized the monthly unlimited membership is more economical, plus it includes a weekly bath! That’s awesome because they do some serious playing! The staff are top-notch and trained in animal behavior so they’re knowledgeable and truly care about their dog and human clients. We trust our pups to Katelynn, Hannah, Brittany, Andrew, Laura, Elliott, Madison, and all the other staff that I know faces but not names. All the staff we have interacted with are personable, professional, kind, and compassionate. Phoenix Dogs 24/7 is THE BEST and do not hesitate to recommend them when anyone asks.

I just picked up my dog Kenny after his second time boarding there. He was there for 4 days. He was happy and relaxed when we picked him up. We were told he also enjoyed playing yesterday with other dogs, which is amazing since he can be very shy at first. I appreciate that the place us cage free. He is a rescue and can get very anxious when locked in a cage. Kenny will definitely be staying there again when I go out of town in the future!

Lorenzo is the best along with the entire staff. The love of our 4-legged fur babies shows!

10/10 my dogs favorite place in the world. For all my health care workers you NEED to send your dog here. I’m a pediatric oncology nurse working 3 12 hour shifts a week. I ran into trouble on places that would keep my dog longer then 12 hours without charging me to board him (I have a 9 month old lab and he isn’t ready to stay home alone nor could I ever leave him that long). Everyone here has been so accommodating. They only charge me for daycare even though he’s there longer then 12 hours cause my shift is 12 hours. Plus, I want to cuddle my doggo while I sleep so I don’t want to board him! PLUS they let me drop him off for daycare while I work night shift also. Seriously a health care workers dream place to send their dog. So grateful everyone is so nice, accommodating, and work with my crazy schedule. To top it all off, Jet loves this place. He RUNS to the door and doesn’t look back walking in. He wags his tail for all his daycare parents and will run to kiss them. He comes back happy and exhausted but always wanting more. If you’re looking for your dogs new fav place this is it! I love this place so much I even bring crumble for the workers. 10/10 recommend and will always have an unlimited package here! ????

The whole Dogs24/7 family is fabulous, been with them at every location for almost a decade and love them BUT Brittany…oof. Dismissive of customers, had a whole (non related)conversation with her coworker instead of attending to the *two* of us in the lobby. Clerical work done while people were waiting, yelling at dogs (I shouldn’t hear you shouting at sophie), and…my dog is wet? The Dogs24/7 family is the best, and have been setting the standard for years. Their staff is warm and attentive, and those who aren’t…don’t need to be there.

I've been taking them to the Dogs 24/7 locations for years now, and love the convenience of being able to drop them at any location when I need it! Staff is amazing and they always come home tired. We love Phoenix location and all the fun they provide!!

I'm a crazy dog mom and I took my dog for the first time. They exceeded my expectations; Very friendly staff who made my dog and I feel welcomed. I received a call half way through his 4 hour evaluation which made me feel at ease and not worried. I picked up my pup and he was so happy and exhausted (just what I wanted). I would definitely recommend this place.

I recently boarded my dog Carson there for a two night three day stay. I dropped off a healthy two year old golden retriever and was returned a limping dog with no explanation as to why. With vet bills totaling over 1000$, after two weeks of back and forth they told me they weren’t responsible for the bills even though the injuries occurred at the facility. Carson is a certified psychiatric service dog so it is difficult enough for me to even be apart from him. This situation has been emotionally and financially draining for me. The lack of support from this facility has lead me to pursue legal action unfortunately when I feel this could have been handled properly. I strongly advise that if you plan to board your animal within any of their facilities to have a pet insurance policy.

The staff and group at this facility really know how to handle dogs and it shows. My 2 German Shepard's are a bit of a handful and have been to other facilities in the valley and we've not been as pleases with the service there as we are here. MY 2 GSD's come home exhausted every time they attend a session at 24/7. The staff here are excellent at sensing which dogs should be packed together, what dog might need a break from pack activity or what dogs are good together or not. Imagine junior high and kindergarten all rolled into one, that's what pack management is and they do an amazing job keeping the dogs safe and engaged. The cost and services offered are on par or lower than other facilities in the area and to be honest, they have a much nicer staff than these facilities as well. Don't be tricked by fancy 'Mountain Side Suites' and a pool into thinking that your dog will enjoy that, those facilities are profit driven and don't have your dogs well being in mind. AS for boarding....the cage free approach is amazing, I let my dogs wonder my house at night, why shouldn't they do the same when i'm out of town or need to board them? Again, one of my GSD's has space and crowding issues, and he does extremely well with boarding at 24/7. I would recommend any of the valley locations to anyone who's looking to get their dog out for half a day, an entire day or a long weekend. Madison and her group at the Phoenix location are some of the best I've seen and I'm thankful they are around to help with my daycare needs...

Been their. 25 or more years. They must be doing something right. Lorenzo is the Best Groomer in Phoenix & He works on Sunday. My Dog loves getting groomed.

Love taking my dog here. And I’m certain my dog equally loves going to Phoenix Dogs 24/7! The staff are so kind and really know their stuff. And have been a real saving grace for me in times where work and life can take up quite a bit chunk throughout the day. Aside from day care, overnight boarding has been a fantastic experience for the both of us and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to take their dog for type day or overnight. You guys rock!
