Great with my older pets

Great work on the pets we love, but was time consuming and hotter then hades as we had to sit outside in our vehicles while the pets were taken inside or treated at curbside due to the covid-19 virus still so much in effect, especially with our beloved pets/family members. Otherwise l would have rated them a 5 star not 4.5. staff is very friendly and treated our animals with great respect too.

Did nothing but try to upsell on a bunch of useless supplements, shampoos, mousses and three different medications. I brought my dog in for swollen bumps on his paws. Was charged 800 DOLLARS for his non-descript "skin allergies" that supposedly caused the inflammation in his paws and nothing I paid for actually helped at all. They didn't explain anything that was wrong with him just brought out an overwhelming list of all these things I needed to buy and hardly explained why they were necessary. The paw issue wasn't resolved at all from all the things I stupidly purchased from them and I will definitely be taking him elsewhere to figure it out. I'm still receiving emails marketing the overpriced supplements that they try to push.

I love, love, love Dr. Burdick and staff. I always feel that my pets are loved and taken care of.

Our great dane broke his toe and has been really struggling with the cast. Joy Fuhrman and the rest of the team have been so kind to our boy. Changing out his cast and problem solving the best way to keep his toe healing while also making our pup as comfortable as possible. You can trust this team with your fur kids. No question.

I adore this vet! She has been so amazing and caring. If your furchild had a problem, she will call you for a follow up and see how they are doing. They are low cost and the vibe is phenomenal.

I have had some rough times financially but they do give discounts and they said my dog was just all smiles when she was inside they do curbside appointments and it did take some time to be seen but all together I will be going back to them when and if needed

Curbside checkup ? They don’t let you in while they check your Pet. They don’t video chat or phone call when they take your pet inside. 32$ for the a regular check up and then why not just see him while we’re all outside . Don’t go here who know even they do the check up to your Loved One.

The place is nice but the neighborhood needs cleaning up ..

Staff and Dr. B are great. Prices are slightly lower than my previous vet, but the Dr. and staff know us.

They’re super good with my dogs and I love Dr. Burdick. She’s very knowledgeable and not pushy. She will suggest something that may help but doesn’t push like other vets do. Potato loves all the techs and never minds a visit!

Was looking for a new vet for my cat. Decided to give Harmony a try. Glad I did. They put the "C" in Customer Service. First there was a miscommunication about the appointment time. They were apologetic and willing to squeeze me into their already very busy schedule. My cat can be difficult at vets. Brittany was excellent with her. Dr Burdick took the time to explain what was going on with my cat. Thanks to the whole team for your understanding and compassion. You definitely have a new customer.

Very kind, experienced and skilled veterinarian. Best prices I've seen in the neighborhood. Very, very dangerous spot though. You have to wait in your car and lots of homeless and druggies walk past your car the entire time from the apartments behind. Pretty creepy.

Awesome staff that care. And I moved my pet care from Madison's.

I really like them, they were fast and my kitten is looking a little better after only one dose of antibiotics and eye treatment.

This vet office could really do a better job in being respectful of people's time. Every appointment my puppy has had they are 30mins or more behind schedule. What's the point of having an appointment??

Dr. Burdock is awesome and provides optimal care for our puppy. She is very caring and goes the extra step in terms of following him closely. However the EMR tends to give incorrect information often and vaccines don't appear up to date all the time which causes some hiccups.

They were quick I'm finding out what was wrong with my cat at a decent price the meds that they gave worked and my cat's feeling a lot better now

I highly recommend this vetinarian office I will always bring my poodles here they are very nice and professional I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you Harmony Vet for taking care of us

My puppy was taken care of so well in emergency and we even got a follow up call. 100 % trust this place ! My baby was so sick and is feeling so much better.

Wonderful doctor and staff. I always get prompt and good service for my pets. Extremely reasonable.

The doctor and her staff here are very talented at what they do. My dog has bad anxiety and the staff was still able to calm her down so that they took examine her. I’ve had great experiences everytime I’ve taken my dog here and will continue to come here. They show that they really do care about our pets.

Best vet in the valley! The veterinarian is super nice, professional, and compassionate. On my first visit I felt like family. All the vet techs are nice and professional too. Prices are amazingly affordable! If I could give them 10-Stars, I would! Highly recommend and wish I knew about their office sooner.

We're very Blessed that our Doctor suggested Harmony Vet for our Doberman surgery. The Amazing Staff explained step by step the details regarding our Maximus. The Surgery went extremely well and 24 hours later he's acting like himself. The curbside service is Absolutely the Best! I love this place I have taken my dogs and cats here before. The entire staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable definitely recommend this place. I drive 30 minutes to go to harmony because they take care of your pet like it is their own pet.

Thy are always wonderful. Got my dog right in. Probably saved her life.

This place tries to upsell, long waits, poor communication, unprofessional and disorganized. The only positive thing I can say is they were friendly. However it takes more than just that to provide good service. Very disappointed.

Compassionate employees in an old open office. Entire building and grounds need upgrades especially unpaved lot albeit no lack of care. Follow-up calls received as promised.Secret tip ..ask for military discount if you can.
