Best vet we've ever had!

There is no other vet I have met like dr.kelly. always empathizes with you and your pet. This places deserves to thrive

Amazing staff throughout. They are very caring about the animals and never push any additional tests/ medications unless absolutely necessary. You can tell they do this job out of love for the animals, not just profit.

They are always great during checkups but this time my dog was having health issues. During these concerning couples of days, not only did they show compassion and urgency but also wanted to make it as inexpensive as possible. Dr. Kelly is amazing!

They are really good with our cats and always explain everything. We recently brought in one of our cats for a nail that never stopped growing because of old age and when we told him we were nervous when we cut their nails he showed us exactly how to cut them. I have never had a vet explain it in a way that made it make sense.

Love this place! The staff are always friendly and really care about my pups. They always squeeze us in if there is something going on so I don't have to pay the automatic $250 for an ER vet visit. Even though I live a ways away. I drive all the way across town because I know they will take care of my pups.

This animal hospital is full of caring people. Friendly and great with animals.

We have always recieved the absolute best standard of care and are so greatful to be able to take our dogs here. One of our dogs needed an emergency surgery for bladder stones that caused a blockage and we had absolute trust in Dr. Kelly and the staff here taking all the right steps to keep our pup safe and healthy. Our boy has been healing well and we are so impressed and thankful.

Best vets I have ever seen. I travel far to have my pets treated there.

Awesome professional and ethical service.

During this Covid 19 pandemic our dog needed to be seen by a Vet as she showed signs of ear infection....Canyon Animal Hospital arranged for Bella Sophia to be examined outside on a table as she was very nervous as were we. The young nurse came outside and weighted her and then Dr Kelly came out to examine her..,.,she did have an ear infection and medicine was put in her ear. The visit was very reasonable in cost. I would recommend this Vet to anyone....

I have an 8th month old puppy who has not been to a vet before but needed medical attention. At first they said they could help but then declined to help after they found we hadn’t been there before. I was just looking to help my puppy and it’s sad that a company would refuse for such a poor reason. Any real vet would NEVER turn away a puppy in pain when they can have the availability and staff. Safe to say we will never support or recommend this place.

I love Canyon Animal Hospital. I’ve been going to them for years. I started when Dr Foster owned the practice. I was just as happy when DrsKelly and Laura took over. Dr Kelly always gives me good advice and is great with my dog!

Dr Kelly is an outstanding vet. He not only understands my "daughter," but listens to her "mommies" He has taken excellent care of my previous lab and is now doing the same for my new "daughter."

Dr Hehn and staff are amazing. I drive from Cave Creek to have my Doberman taken care of. He saved her life as a puppy when she accidentally ate a rock. She is now 3yrs old and without Canyon Animal Hospital we would’ve lost her. I would never take her anywhere else. They truly are the best in the valley.

Perfection! The doc is always timely, polite and really cares about dogs as if they were his own. There’s nowhere else is ever consider.

Out of town and was recommended to this Vet and Hospital. Front Desk was so friendly. Low key atmosphere. My dog responded well to the tech and the Vet was fantastic.

Alway make me and my dog feel welcome and important

We tried this place out after another wanted to amputate my dog's tail if antibiotics didn't clear up him chewing on it. I went to an animal dermatologist and turns out he just had allergies that are now very well managed. I got 2 new puppies and I didn't want to take them to the same place that wanted to amputate for allergies. Came here and it's amazing! It's not just an "in and out" and bill you for 2 seconds of their time. They take the time to bond with the dogs before poking and prodding. It's a very positive experience which helps scared pups. They listened to everything and took the time to answer any questions. They discussed everything before they did it. My pack of 6 will all be going here from now on even though the drive is 3x as long! We are very happy to find a vet that takes the time to care and are recommending them to everyone!

Canyon Animal Hospital is the BEST! They are even worth a 45-minute drive.
