Great Vet! Dr Giffors helped me with getting my cat cleaned up from the street. I took White Boy Rick into my home. He was feral and now is a part of my family.

I could not have asked for better care and understanding at the end of my Buster's life. They showed the warmth, compassion and understanding we all need when losing our fur babies or any animal you love. Thank you seems such a weak word for the appreciation and gratitude I feel. This is the veterinarian that I go and take my dog to and I trust them very much they've helped me numerous times they did dental work on my dog and they've given him vaccinations and other things and I trust the people the staff the veterinarians and the products at this dog cat and bird hospital it's very good the very courteous and every time I go in there it feels as if I'm gone home but it's real good that I appreciate going there

My little Chihuahua was treated so well the first time she got her full shots there, that when we went back weeks after to get her ID chip put in, the reaction from the staff was like when Norm walked into the Cheers bar!! This is THE place "where everybody knows your name"!!

We began our relationship three years ago when we adopted our first cat Austin. Little did we know this kitty would earn the nickname of $10,000 cat. Honestly, the care, devotion, and help the staff gave to figure out what was going on and come together with a solution was amazing. Our bills did not amount to $10,000 but the service was well worth more. Over the years we have adopted another cat and saved one from abandonment. Each time they have been treated well and every effort made to ensure their health. Simply the best!

What a wonderful Vet Clinic, our little fur baby does not like going to these but this place was just so nice. The staff is really nice and concerned about your pet, the location is clean and the doctors are really nice. They truly care and it is nothing link the other vet clinic we use to go to. Very happy we found this place and will be going back for more checkups.

HORRIBLE. Absolutely horrible. Blamed me for miscommunication between themselves & Walgreens. Several months in a row, I had to show up at the office and request a last minute, hard copy of my dog's seizure medications because they wouldn't refill them digitally days prior when I requested it. Last time I showed up, the vet refused to sit on hold with Walgreens to have my prescriptions refilled online because "she's busy and doesn't have the time in her day to sit on hold" but has no issue requiring me to take 3 hours out of my day off to run back and forth between the pharmacy & vet office to get it done. IT IS NOT MY JOB TO DO YOUR JOB. I repeat: IT IS NOT MY JOB TO DO YOUR JOB. Front desk staff are incredibly rude and unwilling to help. Seemed to not care that my dog could experience breakthrough cluster seizures if he misses a dose of his medication because they wouldn't refill it, even though I'd sent in the refill request almost a week prior. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this practice. Far, far away.

Very kind and helpful staff and surprisingly affordable!

Everyone here was so patient and kind with me even though I was completely flustered. They took the time to explain everything to me and they handled my scared kitty so well. Appropriate treatment plan that had my cat feeling better in a couple days. Absolutely recommend this place, they care about you and their patients

Very impressed by the techs, the doctor, and front desk workers! They were very nurturing to our two cats, Sol and Luna. A few days after the neuter we were able to come back for free to ask about a concern, which was very comforting to us!

I love this place! :) They got my dog in right away when he was having an issue that needed immediate care. They were very friendly and professional and the veterinarian was very helpful in discussing options.

I would most definitely recommend this vet hospital to anyone and everyonee ! They have the best service and Amazing Drs/Techs/ etc.

No hate to the staff as they were very nice & kind but I will not be bringing my cats here anymore. We recently adopted 2 kitties earlier this year & needed to finish their shots. Our first kitty was taken in & got her rabies & final feline combo no problem. Then less than a month later we adopted our other kitty & this is where it got iffy. He was only 1 month apart from our 1st kitty in age. When we went in, we thought okay he will get his shots & everything should be fine. We provided vet papers from the shelter vet & everything for BOTH cats. They kept telling us we can't get rabies now & kept pushing it back every time & on top of that he was given more shots of feline combo than he needed. We looked at the papers provided & NOTHING was adding up. It said Our first got rabies shots at 12 weeks & we were dumbfounded to why our 2nd one had kept getting pushed back & we had to pay for all of these other shots. Come to find out there were a lot of miscommunication between staffs & none were made clear to US! Please be aware and ALWAYS keep your papers on file & LOOK through them. This felt like they were just trying to get money from us & not give us proper communication. We went in to confront them & they just kept blaming a former tech that they "fired" and still wants us to come back! The vet who tried to "explain" left in such a rush. No compensation or even a proper explanation. Just please be aware guys. I'm glad my bf caught this because nothing was adding up at all.

The staff was great. The service was quick and thorough. DVM K. Schisler was very professional, they maintained communication and my doggo felt comfortable with them. I'll be returning.

I have been bringing my sweet pets to this office since 1995. But I have always had problems with getting my animals rabies vacs. To the licencing dept of Az. Humane Society.But the clinic has always been there for my pets.Through surgeries, dental cleanings. Whatever was necessary. I always appreciated the location.

Took a feral cat here for treatment of Stomatitis. They were excellent.

They listen to me !! Everyone spoke to me in a nice tone and manner. They treated my fur babies gentle and loving. Thankful to find this place

Caring, compassionate staff. Even though we booked an appointment by mistake at a different vet, they still made time for us. Clean rooms and office. Add these pros to your emergency rotation.

Dr. Giffords has gone above and beyond for us and our pup! Our dog has been having seizures on and off since December and we have seen tons of vets for her trying to get to the cause, and find a solution that works for her. He has been so helpful in the process, and has given us such peace of mind. He is just an absolute pleasure to work with everytime. I couldn't be happier about all he's done for us and our dog! If you want a vet that will go above and beyond and actually cares about every animal this clinic is amazing and everyone who works there is the sweetest. I could keep going forever how thankful I am that I found this vet, but I will end it there and just say you can't go wrong with this clinic!

My cat, milo, had to be put down but before that, I tried desperately to save him. This team of doctors and nurses did everything they could to save him; did everything they could to make him comfortable but still kept grounded in reality that this might not be a thing and prepared me for what would ultimately be his end. I can't thank them enough for everything that they did and the comfort they gave before, during and after everything was said and done. I plan on being a forever client whenever I find my second best friend because I know that they are gonna have the best care possible no matter what.
