People with puppies beware! We got our puppy from a reputable breeder. Not only do we know the breeder personally but she is also recognized by the AKC, shows dogs and breeds service dogs nationally. Unbeknown to us, Pet Paradise does NOT ACCEPT ANY breeder given vaccines & rudely turned us away at the door. This was infuriating, as Pet Paradise had a copy of our pup's vaccine record a week prior to her stay and never reached out to let us know there would be a problem. They also had a copy of her first vet visit records where she received the remainder of her vaccines- which should have been more than sufficient. Our dog is is fully vaccinated. Honestly, it's probably better off that she didn't stay here as we walked into a chaotic lobby & witnessed 2 employees who clearly weren't pleased to be working at all, at least 3 puddles of dog pee on the floor and an employee that looked pleased to have one less dog to care for as she declined our stay. We will NOT ever be going back here and sharing our poor experience with all. ****PS- all of the positive Google Reviews you see were from a promo they were running a few months ago where they gave discounted stays for 5 stars.*** Beware

I live in the apartments directly next to this place and there is constant barking and screeching noises coming from this place. The barking starts early at 6am and wakes my family up. It’s disrespectful to the buildings/businesses next door and especially with an apartment complex. Now with the nice weather we want to leave our windows open but can’t because all we hear is loud barking and screeching

Pet Paradise is amazing. I'm a flight attendant, so I bring my dog Reese in quite a bit. He gets so excited to see everyone when we walk in, you can tell he really loves it there. And you can tell they really care about him, I watch him play on the webcams when I can, which makes me feel better about being away from him. Check in's are always quick and efficient, the ladies at the front desk are great. I've recommended it to a couple of my friends so far, they do an awesome job. Thank you!!!

Website does not work correctly when making reservations. Got to the store today and they said they did not have the reservation. The lady behind the desk was dismissive. I had to say I wanted to sign up right then and there otherwise I would have wasted my time. She was not welcoming or assistive. This place has changed since I was last here, think I will consider going elsewhere.

I recently starting taking my pup here & I've been really pleased. I've watched him playing & he comes home happy & ready for a good nap.

Clean place and courteous staff

We left our pup and cat here for the first time this summer for almost a week. They had a good time as far as we know. They were VERY full, as it was a holiday weekend, so I think it will be less hectic the next time we board. We did get a call during our trip that our pup was “in a fight” (she was not the aggressor), and had a small puncture, so that was scary. They handled it well by calling right away, and being up front!

This place is the best place to take your animal. My dog piper has been going there for 6 years. Most of you could agree that your dog is like your child.. and they take the best care of her. We forgot to give them her Specific food. They called us within minutes right after we left to remind us that we forgot. We were able to turn around and give her her food. But they already had a plan even if we were not able to turn around. Every single staff member is amazing there please thank them for me.

Checked in my beautiful tuxedo cat last week for 2 nights. He was totally traumatized and ill. The next day he was throwing up and had to have a very expressive emergency vet visit. This is not the first poor impression I've had about Pet paradise, but for me sure the worst. My vet recommended keeping him at home with daily visits from friends and family, he seriously seemed to have a nervous breakdown... You may not know this but....there is no one on site to look after the animals in the evening...they are on their own. Good luck Pet Paradise! You won't see Tiy again.... They care more about the dogs than cats....

Very helpful & informative over the phone. They made sure all my questions and concerns were answered and addressed fully & completely. I feel completely comfortable my puppy will be taken care of here when I'm on my vacation!

I scheduled my 2 dogs and 2 cats for 1 night. The dogs were wait listed and I found better care for them. And they claimed they didn’t have immunization records for the cats (I wasn’t asked for them) so they could not stay. In hindsight I’m glad, after reading about all of the kennel cough (negligent disinfection procedure). Grateful it didn’t work out for us!!

Holly seemed to do well at her get acquainted visit. She was very thirsty, though, when we got home. I'm glad it went well. I'll use them again next month.

My Lab just loves it!! She does get much socialization in AZ summers, so this is a gift. Employees are kind...Web cams are great! Clean place. Highly recommend.

The counselors are friendly, polite and very caring for the animals. Noel is exhausted when she comes home from a stay. Thanks for taking great care of her. ????

We let our dog stay for 11 nights and were kept informed about him. We received a really fun report card about him and his interaction with the other dogs in his group. We'll definitely let him stay again for our next trip. He was pretty messy when we picked him up so maybe the optional bath at the end will be a good idea.

This place is amazing from their facility to their service everyone was so caring and helpful I couldn't hasn't asked for a better experience the ladies behind the desk, the nurse and the doctor were all understanding and compassionate my little yorkie wasn't feeling well I came in a total reck crying after going to 2 other places that couldn't get him in. They made the time for him the doctor listened to everything I said and was very confident. The location itself is easy to find visible from the street the parking lot isn't very big but outside and inside the facility is very clean. I will definitely return for all my veterinary needs and would recommend anyone to them.

We are so thankful for the amazing support and care at Pet Paradise! My dog Lucky spends his weekdays in paradise with all his friends splashing in the pool with a giant smile on his face! My 2nd grade students love watching him play with the other dogs on their webcam every day! When I’m on vacation, my dog and 2 cats all spend their time in Paradise where I know they’re going to be looked after by the best care! The staff is so amazing, friendly, and supportive and has the best communication. Pet Paradise has truly become our second home. They have made my working life and vacation life so easy knowing that my fur babies are being taken care of by the best!!

I have been bringing my lab here for about 2 months now for day care services. All employees take excellent care of the pups. Mine always comes home happy With a specialized report card stating how he did and who he played with in the day. Also, if you want a good way to pass down time throughout the day, they have webcams posted in the play areas where you can watch your pup play with the group and chaperones.

Our fur baby started feeling badly while being boarded at Pet Paradise, the staff was very helpful in calling me to keep me posted as to how she was doing. They also gave her some probiotics to help settle her stomach. They were fantastic!

Great place to board your pet. Great staff that are true caring animal lovers. Have been using them for a year or so and they are Great. If you are in the area stop by and visit the facility. Lots of services as well. I highly recommend Pet Paradise
