Found a feral kitten in a tree Friday night and took it home with me. Saturday morning I’m calling around to try to get in to make sure he’s okay and that he doesn’t have any disease (as he’s staying in my house). BFAH got me in within a couple hours! They treated him so well and the vet was so helpful Update: 2 months later Pickles is doing great and has no issues seeing Dr Olson for any of appointments

Staff is very friendly, understanding, and helpful. They also listen to the concerns that you may have about your baby and/or babies. Have been taking my babies for years to see Dr. Brady. Thank you for taking care of my babies and answering any and all questions and concerns.

Wonderful place, I take all my animals here and the vets and staff are super friendly. Always have a wonderful experience coming here. Highly recommend.

Just recently started taking my cat to this vet. Friendly staff and doctors, even over the phone as they practice safe covid protocols (which is appreciated!). Highly recommend for your furry family.

Staff is very friendly and great at helping our dogs feel calm. You can tell they care about your pet and are not simply trying to get done as quickly as possible to get to the next patient. Our dogs love Dr Olsen and you can tell she loves all of them too.

I've been to a few vets in the west mesa /tempe area and this place has impressed me the most. especially dealing with a very very sick and likely terminal cat who's pretty young still. Everyone want something a little different in a vet; so are my criteria: compassionate and professional (willing to show affection to my pet, even if he's got a gross bloody head tumor) , good value (aka inexpensive even without bundling unnecessary services together with common ones and not pushy about extra diagnostics), honest and realistic (tell me what you Can do, while being forthright about how much it will actually add to my pets quality or quantity of life). thanks to best friends animal hospital for being the vet that satisfies all these needs for me!

Took my dog yesterday the place was clean and the ladies there were super nice to me and my dog we have been going to best friends for a few years now my dog and cat are seen there prices are reasonable and they always get me an early appointment.

Got in quickly to see the vet. Great staff who work very well with my "shy" dog.

I was going to the same vet for 26 years and I had an emergency with my dog. They could not take me for 2 days. They even told me she needed to see someone right away but would not squeeze me in. Called best friends and they took me right away. They were awesome and will go to them going forward. They diagnosed her problem right away.

Caring office staff and a wonderful doctor

Very friendly staff. Took me in last minute and were very friendly and helpful. Really feels like they care about your pup. And their bedside manner was the best I got from a vet.

Slow eventhough no other clients. Very friendly staff and Vegetarian Dr. Bradly. Medication unfortunately did not work.

Dr Brady is amazing! She took the time to make sure my VERY anxious dog was well taken care of.

I really wanted to like Best Friends. We had a good experience during the exam although it seemed a bit pricey. It's clear now that they have no interest in actually helping our pets or their clients. For some reason they had trouble getting through to me via phone and didn't bother to attempt to use another phone or send me an email. Because of this, I was not aware of something I needed to know prior to my pet's appointment. They said they would take him anyway but it would be an additional $56 fee! If the procedure that my pet was about to undergo wasn't already over $1,000 (plus the fees for the initial exam), it might have been less upsetting. Yes, these things are expensive but this was their mistake, not mine. They should have made more of an effort to get in touch or they should have mentioned it well before the appointment which I had made 2 weeks ago. I spoke with one of the doctors between the original exam and today so obviously they were able to reach me before. We also did not receive an appointment reminder which could have come via text or email and included the information I needed to know ahead of time.

The staff and doctor were very supportive, caring and compassionate. They showed only kindness throughout the process. I've been there several times over several years and they were always just as great.

Dr Olsen is amazing and so is Dr Brady..all of their staff are so caring and amazing...they listen to your concerns and go way above and beyond to help their FurPatients and families..they are definitely part of our family

Yesterday we had to let go of our beautiful pitbull and the ladies at Best Friends animal hospital are amazing!! I HIGHLY recommend them! Very compassionate, caring, and helpful. Thank you for all you do!!

Reasonably priced, friendly and professional.

Covid-19 protocol is In place meaning only pet patients are allowed in. Park in front of office and call them when you arrive. A tech will come out and take them inside to be seen while waiting in your car. I am happy with my dog's vet My dog loves her too and the techs who trim her nails in a regular schedule for me are all really nice and helpful. They treat my pet with love and kindness every time they care for her.

I recently had to say goodbye to my best friend, Dozer. Dr. Brady and the staff were very caring and kind as I was an emotional mess the whole time. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to be there at that moment. The memorial decoration is beautiful. Thank you for taking care of Dozer and I.

I recently had to take my sweet cat for another visit, and again Best Friends took the best care of both my cat and ME!!! My cat had stomach issues and diet issues and I was LOST on what to do, the staff, yet again, resolved all of our issues. MY cat is on the best diet ever!!! Best food he's ever had and I am so grateful To BEST FRIENDS!!! I can't say enough good things about them. The BEST!!!!....Absolutely lovely staff. Reasonably priced. Dr. Olsen (and Dr. Brady) guided me through the end days of my beloved pet, somehow comforting me in a way I will never forget. The most painful time was not as painful as it could have been and that counts for a lot!

The staff was great with our new dog Daisy! She was actually excited to go back!

The staff was amazing! I have a pit bull that was having the worst anxiety and they treated her with such care! Definitely would recommend going here if your animal has anxiety. They treat your pets like they would their own.
