My precious dog had a tragic accident happen to him ???? someone paid for my dog to be cremated but they said take him here instead of the vet he was already at, because this place has very good pricing. So we picked him up and brought him here. From the second I walked in the door we felt comfortable and the people working were so very compassionate. The lady doing our paperwork even called our precious pup “your baby” which means the world to us since the vet we took him to before hand were so horrible. They gave us lots of time to say our goodbyes and they were just so kind and compassionate to us and I’m forever thankful.

When I worked for a veterinarian office we used this company. They were always very respectful. Sadly my parents dog passed away recently at home. He was a big boy and my parents needed assistance. I called Pals and found out that they will come to your home and pick up your pet. Through tears we called and made arrangements. When the man arrived, he did not rush us to say goodbye to our dog. That meant a lot. We had Benny cremated and paw prints ordered. The cremations came in a beautiful cedar box with a heart tag that has Our pets name engraved on it. The paw prints are in a very nice case that opens and has a picture insert. The paw prints are also pressed in clay. I greatly appreciate everything this company has done for our family.

Courteous and empathetic, great turn around. There was a mixup with what the lady put on our receipt and what we were charged versus what was in the computer. Though, I ended up receiving what I initially paid for without any issues. When I lose another animal family member, I will return here without a doubt.

We lost our senior, deaf rescue tragically on Wednesday afternoon. I called a friend, Polly, who volunteered with rescues. She told me to call PALS. Through tears, I told Brittany(sp?) what had transpired. She told me to come down or they would pick up. We got there at 5pm, carried him inside and ushered us into a quiet, softly lit room - my husband said there was music, I don't remember. She gave us time, then sat and let us tell her about our sweet, loving, fur-child. So much to tell for such a short time. Brittany did all this while coping with 3 other grieving groups simultaneously! She was an angel in a very dark hour that night. It wasn't an inexpensive option for two retirees, but her attention was priceless and if we need the services again, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Judy, at Pet and Animal Lovers, made the sad task of final arrangements for my beloved dog Bella as uncomplicated as possible today. Appreciated her compassion and understanding. Extremely grateful for the service they provide.

While the reason for my visit was painful. They were polite, professional, and very compassionate as we said our final goodbyes to our furbaby. I highly recommend this company for anyone else who is needing their services.

Comforting, caring, sympathetic and understanding are just some of the words to describe PALS and the people who work there. The urn is beautiful and they guarantee it was my dogs ashes and only my dogs ashes. I was nervous to leave my 16yo best friend with a new company, but you should not be when you choose PALS.

I was babysitting my friend's 80 lb dog while they were on vacation when he suddenly passed away in my living room. There was no way I would be able to carry him to my car to take him somewhere, so they had Pals come and get him later on that same day. They handled him with care and dignity. I would highly recommend them.

The owners are very caring and compassionate -- I highly recommend them if your beloved pet has passed away. Once I was there and spoke with them, I had no concerns about the process; I felt very much at ease. Thank you for your services!

This place is AMAZING. We lost our baby last week and we were grieving all day and when we finally decided we would like to have him cremated, we contacted Pals and they were very helpful over the phone. We arrived just a few moments before closing but Jackie did not hesitate to help us. At no point did we feel rushed or like a burden. She explained the process to us and was so sympathetic and helpful. Everything about the experience was way better than anything we could’ve imagined. When we told friends we decided to have him cremated they even asked if we went to Pals bc that’s where they took their babies. Also, for anyone that is worried about cost and all, this place is definitely affordable compared to other places we saw. Highly recommend! This is the best place to trust with your baby.

Judy was great . Not pushy didn’t try to upsell or take advantage of our grief or love . Best thing was a message that she left saying my sweet little Mia was ready to come home with the pickup information . Would highly recommend .

I am extremely grateful for the folks at PALS. They give me peace of mind in knowing my Roxy will be treated with dignity and it will be her remains I receive in a special urn. Dan Heuerman responded to my cremation inquiry within minutes in a kind, respectful email. Judy was wonderful in helping me once I arrived at the office. I was introduced to PALS many years ago through the veterinary offices at which I worked and I continue to choose them for the aftercare of my beloved fur-babies. Roxy will be our third dog we have entrusted with PALS and I know we will have the same great experience.

I wanted to make sure to leave the review this small company deserves. They have been such a light since unexpectedly losing our beloved family cat of 13 years. Prices were very reasonable, we paid $260 for a private cremation which includes a cedar chest to store the ashes in and we added on the clay paw print with photo frame. They were very warm and respectful, and courteous of our needs and emotions. They never referred to our cat as "your pet" or "your animal" it was always "your baby." Which she truly was our baby. I felt that she was in the best of care during her time there. I highly recommend PALS although I do pray I will not need their services for at least another 20 years.

PALS is an exceptional organization. Daniel Khan, Joe and entire team were sympathetic to our needs. Even though this was a tragic experience for us, they made us feel comfort throughout the entire process. They provided prompt services and fulfilled our special requests. They took great care of our furr-baby and I highly recommend their services. Thank you PALS for all you do in the time of need.

We suddenly lost our beloved dog Frankie while traveling in Arizona and are so grateful that the animal hospital recommended PALS. The compassion and care shown to Frankie by the entire PALS staff, and especially Madison, made the pain of losing our first dog easier to navigate. Madison kindly communicated with us throughout the process - taking a beautiful paw print and lock of hair for us to remember Frankie. The entire process we felt like Frankie was treated with respect and love - there’s nothing more you could ask for under the circumstances.

Not sure if they changed owners but the first time I took one of my babies there, for cremation, they were amazingly kind and I received a note and postcard afterwards with their condolences and a picture of the location my kitties ashes …

I cannot say enough about PALS. Our sweet Parker passed away at home. When we contacted PALS they were respectful, compassionate and helpful. When we arrived with Parker, Daniel came out with a cart. He asked if we would like him to get our baby out of the car. He explained that he would take us into a sitting room. Again, he asked us if we would like Parker with us in the room to say our final goodbyes. We responded that we would. He asked us to follow him. I noticed when we walked in that the admin staff bowed their heads down— respecting our grief. We were taken in to a very comfortable room and given a few minutes alone. Daniel came back to get all the necessary information, asked if we had questions and even gave us information when we were too out of it to ask about. It was everything and more than we could have asked for. We are so thankful for PALS providing a needed service with such love and understanding.

I have shared my life with many rescued animals over my many years. And, unfortunately that means I have lost many pets to death. This is my go-to place when their lives are over. These people have always been very kind to me. I have never felt the need to try a different company. They have been at this location for many years and I recommend them highly.

One star because I can not give negative stars! My baby was picked up and I was told that delivery of her ashes was included. They called the next morning for me to pick her up. I explained that I was told delivery was included. They then said they would deliver her I waited and nothing the next day I waited till closing and they said she was in the van with the delivery guy but will not be delivered. This whole time she was in a hot van with multiple other dead dogs. The gentlemen on the phone said they had 40 pick ups and that's why she couldn't get delivered. Apparently our pet was not a priority. Our children have been devastated and heart broken . Today Friday they said she cant be delivered till Monday or I can go pick her up my self. Please find service else were for you furry friends. They showed no sympathy or respect. I will be contacting BBB with this issue and. Make sure word of mouth is my priority.

What an amazing place. They are so professional and really are there to mourn your pet. The process is easy and extremely affordable. We loved how our dog was cremated alone and not in a group. Included was her ashes in a cedar box with a lock and key and her name engraved on a heart. A nice sympathy card also. We bought her paw print plaster framed.

This place is pretty cool. I worked here for 11 weeks. The pay starts at $13/hr and can go up to 14 after 3 months if you do a good job. Unfortunately i was fired due to a mistake with a paw print 1 week before the raise. Now i work in a factory. If i had money and needed this type of service i would go to pals. Update: on june 17 it looks like they changed their minimum wage on their craigslist ad from 13 to $14/hr.
