Dr Ishak was able to come out the same day we call and helped my baby pass peacefully.

Dr. Ishak helped us with our little guy Rico today. He helped us allow him to be free of pain and everything that comes with being a 14 year old blind and deaf dog. He was professional and explained things really well. He was very compassionate and kind in dealing with our little friend. I would hope you would never have to say good bye to a member of the family, but if you do, he will make the experience a little less painful.

It was a very hard decision to make for us to let our Golden 'Hero' go over rainbow bridge. But it was the right decision.... The Vet was kind and understanding, Thank you !

You all were very comforting and kind. Cali was with us a few weeks short of 12 yrs. She was our baby. We would recommend you. We miss our girl so much but having her ashes keeps her close to us. Thank you for helping us keeping her close to us.

I set euthanasia appointment online and paid for it at the same time. The vet called me the day of the appointment and said the time I selected from his available appointments is considered after hours and tried to charge me another $50! Stay clear this man clearly has no compassion for any animals

Extremely kind and caring during a very difficult time. We decided that it was time to let our beautiful boy go and we were able to be squeezed into their tight schedule and they had a great response time and couldn’t have been kinder.

We said goodbye to our Murphy boy today, after 14 years. It was certainly not easy and I was extremely anxious awaiting the arrival of Dr. Ishak and I really didn’t know what to expect, I’ve never lost a pet before. Dr Ishak and his associate were very understanding and very professional. The process was quick and painless. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience.

I had Valley Vet Care's Dr. Ishak come to my home to send my 13 year old dog Coco over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Ishak handled everything as I hoped he would. Everything was explained prior to starting and carried out in a loving way. I was able to lay with my dog and talk to her until the end. If you have the means to send your dog off this way, I highly recommend it.

Was very respectful of our wishes and very polite, professional as well compassionate on putting my terminal pet down the cremation services I couldn't complain one bit they had my Joey back to me less than a week with a beautiful urn very delicately handled. Thank you ❤️

I knew at about 7am that it was time. My dog was 11 years old and was ill. I got online and set the appointment for them to come out at 930. He was on time and was super respectful. He explained what he was doing and gave me time to say good bye. I'm very impressed with this service and this company. I picked up my baby's ashes and paw print today... what a great job they did! I originally gave a good review, but then I started reading the other reviews and found a terrible pattern. The animals do not get the full sedation injection the first time. This happened with our dog as well. That was difficult because I did not want her in any pain or scared. Of course I understand that animals are unpredictable and can be uncooperative, but quite a few reviews had our same experience where Dr. Ishak had to go back to give the other half of the sedation. I did Google the name Dr. Ishak and found previous disciplinary action by the veterinarian review board, but I can not confirm if it is the same person. To be fair, I am leaving my original review below as I initially intended before I understood that other pet parents had similar experiences. ORIGINAL REVIEW Having to make the difficult decision to put our dog down after 15 years was heartbreaking. Dr. Ishak was professional and kind. He made sure our sweet dog did not suffer in any way. There is never an easy way to do lose a family member, but this was peaceful.

I would definitely like to share my experience with Valley Vet Care. My mother's beloved dog Coco just couldn't go on anymore. Her quality of life had passed before she did. As humans, we feel like we're betraying our beloved pet's when we are faced with the unbearable heart breaking decision of ending their pain and suffering. We want with everything in us to hold on to them just a little longer but we know how that can't be anymore. Dr. lshka was so amazing. It was an urgent request we needed in a hurry. He was so kind to accommodate our request on such short notice. Dr. Ishka's compassion and patient way of being with my mom as she was letting go of Coco made our departure so much more bearable knowing Coco is finally resting peacefully . This was an awful experience. He arrived earlier than the appt than added on extra fees saying it was a trip charge. Website says over 30 miles from 101 & Shea, no exact address so they can always charge that no matter the location. I was 28.5 miles from that cross street, so based on the website I was charged the trip charge unfairly. He rushed into it not asking me if I was ready or waited for my husband to walk in the door. He was not there anywhere near the 30 mins appt that I paid for. There was no sensitivity to what we were going through losing our pet of 18yrs. Then the paw print ordeal. He tells me in the moment that it costs extra to have it brought to you or you have to pick it up. Nothing was explained well and their website price packages are false advertisement. They will nickle and dime you while you are grieving and upset. I wish I would have taken her to the vet office, I would have had a better experience and saved a ton of money.

Vet was kind and professional. I was able to schedule same day which was very helpful since my large pup wasn’t able to get up and there was no way to get him to a vet.

If you’re going to have a mobile service learn how to drive the vehicle you’re using. Whoever was driving today was terrifying to be around on the road. Stopped on a road where no one was supposed to stop and almost caused an accident. Also constantly drove in the middle of two lanes.

It was horrible to put my favorite down, I had to do it. The doctor was so on time and very professional. I’m still having a hard time of course but I’m really happy that I used Valley vet.

Easy process for a horrible situation especially being able to schedule online and pay with PayPal. Communication was very good regarding running a tad late and regarding getting the ashes. I appreciate this service and being able to let my animal pass at home. Thank you!
