Dr. Krumins and her staff are phenomenal. Would highly highly recommend to anyone who wants exceptional care of their pet.

Not only do I like their staff, but more importantly, my Chihuahua seems very comfortable and pleased as well. I highly recommend Palo Verde for anybody looking for great pet care.

Palo Verde helped with my dog who had hurt his back leg. They were able to see him in a short time instead of 2 weeks out like other vets. They did what was necessary to treat him and did not try add extra procedures that were not necessary. They also kept dogs from passing in the hallway etc. which means they really care about the animals the animals territory. They will be our new veterinarian.

Just recently went to Palo Verde for the first time with my pup Bear and Dr. Krumins and all of the staff were great. They made Bear and I feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Palo Verde!

My cat was having issues with walking (ataxia in the hind legs) so I took her in to get checked out. Dr. Krumins did a quick but thorough exam and recommended solutions that fell within my budget. I felt welcome at the practice and like my kitty was in good hands the whole time.

Fantastic place. Very loving to my little girl(My German shepherd). Sympathetic to my pup's pain as well as the financial needs. The whole staff treated my girl well and did what they could to accommodate the situation. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to go back because my love my dog and want her to get the best of care.

I have been going to Palo Verde Animal Hospital for a few years now. I have had good news visits and bad news visits. Even though the outcomes of the visits are different one thing never changes, the staff. Everyone that works there is a special person. From the vets, the techs, front desk and the new addition of the groomers, everyone is a pleasure to work with. As far as costs, vet offices are expensive no matter where you go. But this is what they do for a living, and it's even harder to do because A) animals don't tell you what is wrong, and B) they have to also deal with the owners who aren't always the best. I will pay the fees. The care credit card is a great option and makes it easier to say yes to treatment. Everyone there treats the animals with respect, dignity and love. Never have I felt like we were in bad hands while at this vet, even when we received the news you don't want. So show your appreciation and tell them that you care, because I know that they care for our pets!

My family and I attempted to resolve our issues with the Vet in charge of our dog’s care. We were left unsatisfied so we will leave it up to the Arizona Veterinarian Medical Exam Board. Also if you are interested in trying to resolve the issue before I file my claim with the board, I would be happy to do so. I am not interested in dinging someone’s license but I can’t let this kind of care or lack there of go unacknowledged.

Dont trust these people. Paid 25$ for nail clipping, they forgot all toes then lied. Lol....better vets nearby

Well seeing as they said they'd call me and never bothered to. I'd say their advertisement for compassion wasn't very true!

My dog is older and needed a dental badly but he has medical issues and i was really worried about putting him under. They were awesome and explained everything and reassured me all would be fine and it was my dog is doing great. Feeling a whole lot better.

Dr Sayrah and Millie were so down to earth and made my Boston's 1st visit wonderful. Boston is a pit, bulldog, chow and shepherd female 8-9 mo brindle mix. I've had her for about 4 mos now after my son found her running the streets. Smart and playful and the sweetest puppy ive ever had... she has terrible seperation anxiety. Something I'll be asking Dr Sayrah's advice on. SOON! However this visit was for puppy bronchitis. Hacking coughing and gagging like a child does, she caught it from a family members dog. Cough Suppressants prescribed. Bosty was happy and excited bout her new humans.100% behind this office and its staff.

They are so kind and patient here. They treat every customer and animal as family.

I have been with my dog Sushi to a lot of vet before, definitely they are the best -First they welcome you and they mean it, very warmly. -secondly the staff is very friendly and gentle with the dog(and the master) -third the doctor is knowledgeable, using critical thinking and do not pressure you for any exam, you can exchange your point of view -Fourth:they give right there the med you need -fifth:the price is right, not outrageous

I have taken all of my cats to Dr Babcock and his team for over 20 years and I have never received anything but the most professional and compassionate care for my “fur babies”. The staff have consistently gone out of their way to accommodate to my schedule and my need to make daily contact with my cat if it needed several days inpatient care. When I’ve needed to have one of my kitties euthanized when further treatment wouldn’t have either improved or maintained a reasonable quality of life, they’ve been there emotionally for me as well. I give them my highest recommendation, at least 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Excellent care always. Yesterday we had our dog groomed by Brittney and she did a GREAT job. We have also seen more than one Vet. for check-ups, end of life visit or emergencies in the last few years. Highly recommended.

Great Care for all of our pets

We have two pitbulls that need constant vet care, anyways we were tired of our old vet Place due to the lack of care and knowledge. We live down the street from palo verde and decided to give them a try. I AM GLAD WE DID! They are awesome, very caring for your furr baby and know what they are doing! Our vet Dr.Krumins is an angel from heaven! She really cares and knows how to break things down for us. As long as she's there and her wonderful staff we are there for life!!!!

My son and I have been to several vets over the last year and we didn't like any of them. They all seemed to only care about money. Palo Verde seemed to actually care about our pet. This is definitely our permanent vet. They are fantastic and Dr K is the best!!!
