Good prices , but poor service by the vet nurse / administration staff. Prescription request are always delayed or never done. Any for of records/communication is poor, you literally have to micro manage them over the phone to get anything done. If the intake is too high and they are short staffed they have plenty of time to fix this issue as it has been going on over a year. Have my dog on 3 medications which is too harsh and too difficult to get them to do adequate testing to get her on another single medication. We were forced to go to another vet clinic today.

I would put good value but that is the least of my concern when it comes to my Kk I have used Palm Glen for over 20 years we are not frequent fliers but when we need them they are always there . They do an excellent job each and every time

I love Dr. Johnson & Dr. Mangione. It seems like my last few visits an emergency has come up or they needed to reschedule but the staff there does their best to communicate with you & not inconvenience you.

They are always amazing and really great with all my pets. Prices are are extremely reasonable. We love Dr. Dan you can tell she really loves her job and her fur patients.

My family has been using these amazing people for 15 years. They are responsive and friendly. They take great care of my pets and never push anything that they don’t feel is necessary. They feel like a family friend. I will always take my loved pets where I know they are taken care of.

I have been with Palmglen animal hospital for over 15 years and love the care my dogs have received.

We took our daughter’s rats for neutering, which is a relatively complex procedure for a small animal. The staff have always been very kind and caring in treating their respiratory infections. The Ratties are now home and recovering. We really like the staff at Palm Glen, they’re knowledgeable and caring.

The office staff was so nice, the place is clean and the vet we saw took excellent care of my dog!!!! Their prices are excellent. I will definitely make this our permanent vet. Dr. Johnson is wonderful and knows her stuff. My dog can be a handful and they treated him so well.

I love this animal hospital! My dog had an ear infection and they were able to get her all taken care of and even updated her shots! They are super great with animals and I felt peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands. The vet tech Lexus is very knowledgeable and was an abundance of help!

My first visit and I like that there was a vet knowledges about iguanas. She helped me to feel a lot more confident. 12/28/2021 UPDATE: I see Dr. Mangone for my two snakes and it is always a pleasure. He knows so much and he always educates me about my snakes and other snake species.

The doctors and staff are great, whether it is a made appointment or emergency!

I took my dwarf hamster in to be seen because she was in of medical care. The lovely lady with purple and blue hair was so sweet and caring. And they all took my pets health seriously! The vet was very informed and so sweet! I will happily bring all my pets for years to come!!

They're very good with my fur baby, very professional and always so caring and pleasant! The ladies that work here are all so wonderful. I miss seeing them, but have the pleasure of at least speaking to them via the phone.

The whole staff is caring, understanding and patient. They provide comfort and affordable options, without judgement or pressure, to the human who is upset about a sick pet. I felt like they took excellent care of my dog, and also cared for me! THANK YOU Palm Glen staff!!!!

Very grateful for great dental cleaning done by doctor Johnson. Seven teeth removed, no extra charge. My Yozhik ( mini poodle) recovered very quickly even he is 10 years old. He is happy and jumps as he was a puppy. I am very grateful for amazing service. Highly recommended.

Check in was kind of slow but the rest of the experience was very nice. First time here. Thought it was strange that puppies were given exam and given shots in separate room but I guess that's because of Covid. Doctor met with us after and went over everything and answered all our questions without us being rushed. Will continue to use Palm Glen in the future.

Prices are little high, but I was able to get my cat in fairly quickly and schedule his teeth cleaning within a few days. I appreciate the Covid precautions. The staff are very nice, helpful and patient.

First time taking my pet here. Dr. Mangone was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got right to the heart of the matter with my cat and zeroed in on the problem. He explained everything clearly. I would totally recommend this animal hospital!

Exceptional place! We feel very fortunate and appreciative to have found this vet. They were the only ones in town able to help with a particular problem with our dog where about 15 others could not.

Due to covid they were short staffed and backed up. I waited and hour past my appointment time because of this but I was grateful they had a time available to fit my dog in that same week. Worth checking out if you're unsure. Semi-affordable and great personable staff. Three stars for the price and future expectation for the wait for other patients' appointments.

The vet and tech came to my and cut the claws of all 3 in no time. They’re quick, yet gentle. Excellent!

I am so upset. I took my puppy here for all of her shots. Then my poor puppy gets cherry eye in both eyes where the vet pushes a surgery for her where me and husband agreed to do it. To find out nothing has even changed and it’s just getting worse and I spoke with the manager and the manager goes to tell me no one pushed for the surgery and could not guarantee this surgery would work and to try again when puppy is a year and to pay all over again. Why tell us to do a surgery if she shouldn’t of had surgery when she was so little in the beginning. At the end the manager didn’t even want to respond to my email. Never will I come here again and or recommend this place.

The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and no help at all. I would not recommend this vet. My dog injured her hind leg and I was kept waiting in my car.

Wonderful, caring staff and Dr. Mangone is wonderful with pets and their people. Takes time to meet all needs and answer all questions.

Always a great friendly service and they always go above and beyond with my bearded dragon feel like my animals are always in good hands with them. Highly recommended and they never overcharge you for vet visits. Thank you for always taking good care of my pets.

Took my lovebirds and Vet Dr. was very knowledgeable and treated for infection. I would recommend this place to anyone with birds.

I have been taking my dogs to this office for years. Although things have changed due to the pandemic, the staff is always friendly and helpful and they take great care of my babies, even with as busy as they are. You feel like your pet matters to them just as much as your pet matters to you. Lately my dogs have been seeing Dr. Johnson, and she is great!
