They were very nice, helpful. Very good with your pet. Very patient, loving and caring. They texted me after a few days to see how things were going which was appreciated. Would recommend for your pets

I've been using this office for many years. My pets get EXCELLENT care from the staff and doctors. Everyone is always happy to see my pets and make them feel comfortable as soon as we get there. They are extremely patient and understanding of the "fear factor" and go slow to help your pet gain confidence. I love this office and would highly recommend it.

I had an appt with this Vet but the night before my appt. I had to take my cat to another Vet cause her condition got worse. The other Vet was who my family and myself have always used. They made me feel like all they wanted was money on the low end they gave me an estimate of $500.00 but I didn't trust what they were saying I asked them to give her an antibiotic and took her home to clean her wound I called here the next morning and spoke with Betsy. Explained what happened still keep my appointment to make sure my cat was ok. Audrey assessed her and the Dr. sorry don't remember her name. Looked over Kitty cleaned her wound. And assured me she was ok.

Very sweet here and knowledgeable! I finally took in a stray that's been hanging around downstairs for a little over a month and wanted to make sure she's healthy and happy. She passed all her tests and seems like she did well. Also love the have designated dog/cat areas. Makes it super safe for everyone!

Everyone at the vet was terrific! We had an emergency and they got us in immediately and made us feel at ease knowing Truffle was getting the attention and care needed.

The staff is fast acting. One of the women at the front desk told me that the urgent care would cost about 175 and after I said yes a nurse came out and got my cat to get him checked. I started to answer the regular questions and the doctor sent out a nurse to ask me questions about my cat. once the doctor know what was wrong she came out and told me. the doctor was calm but direct. She told me that my cat needed more intense care then what they could offer and she told me where to go. after checking on my cat and helping me get directions to a different location she didn't charge anything and expressed how urgent it was to get him to the other animal hospital.

If I could give 10 or 20 stars, I would. I am grateful to have found this vet for our cats and dogs. They provide superior service and they are quick about it. They communicate effectively via phone\text and email and even 1-1 if needed. The staff I worked with are beyond awesome. They are not a part of a corporate medical conglomerate and you and your pets will get the face-face empathetic treatment. I could make this review thousands of words however I won't as their service will speak volumes. The pricing is beyond reasonable and far less than the typical conglomerate vets. For the service its a steal.

I am a first time puppy owner and took my little guy in for his first check up/vaccinations. We were seen by Rachael and Dr Striyle. The care was exceptional, the entire staff even knew who he was when we walked in. Rachael was SO patient with my 6 year old and I. My pup LOVED her, and she just went above and beyond. Dr. Striyle has a magic touch. My dog didn't even flinch when the vaccinations were administered, and my son has a new hero. You can just feel the love they have for the pets. On top of all of that, their puppy plan is amazing. Just today alone we saved over 300$. I am so happy I chose this vet office . Highly recommend.

I had just adopted a dog from the shelter and took him (Duke) to see 43rd Ave Animal Hospital for his wellness check. I have never been so pleased with a vet before! They were amazing from start to finish! They were very clear with all instructions, communication was awesome, their patience with me asking so many questions was great as well!!! I do not have CareCredit and they also did an amazing job with working with me to get Duke the scripts he needed!! Not to mention, Duke came home wearing a bandana he was most proud of, a tote bag with info galore, a new Kong toy, etc. I would recommend these guys to ANYBODY!!

*Update since their response...I did receive the final refund that was due and am appreciative. I would be more appreciative if there response to me wasn't generic and actually addressed the issues at hand. I guess that's par for the course considering the owner of the practice continues to hide behind her computer and not have any verbal discussion to hear my side of the story. That's the bad part about the times now with computers is that people don't have people skills anymore and are able to hide and little resolution is done. It's unfortunate that I feel the need to write a negative review on this vet. After over 22 years of a relationship I have recently experienced some negative experiences with the staff and, most unfortunately, the owner of the practice, Dr. Striyle. Not only has she unfriended me personally on Facebook, she hides behind the computer to sever our long-term relationship when all I wanted was to speak with her on the phone. While I'm happy there is still management who supports their staff I am appalled that she refused, at my request, to speak with me about the situation with her staff. She refused to hear the other side of the issues. I've never had an experience where a business owner would not physically discuss the issues with their client especially one who has been so loyal to them and even referred at least a half dozen people to her practice. They overcharged me on my last bill and have not fully refunded the overpayment - perhaps this will be rectified. My dog is on an allergy medication. The extensive research I've done shows blood work is needed once a year to monitor yet they require 6-mo blood work to monitor or no refills. This means I'm (and other people) required to pay an additional $200 for blood work every year that's not needed (as this is the charge for their blood work for a younger dog). Let's talk about pricing....this has been an issue of mine for years and confirmed by the many people I've referred and ALSO confirmed by her own staff...they are EXTREMELY expensive. After all, they charge $6.50 for a biohazard fee. Yes, to throw away ONE needle they charge 2 small coffees at Starbucks. While everything in this review is 100% true, I am with heavy heart that I have to write this message - if Dr Striyle would have only had the guts to physically speak with me and heard my side of the story (as I couldn't say everything in my email to her), I think things could have been resolved differently. Oh, and another suggestion, should you choose to use, or keep using this vet....I HIGHLY recommend that you record EVERY call and conversation with the staff as they WILL document your chart with inaccurate information to make you look like a bad person. Protect yourself if you choose to use this vet.

Caring , thoughtful and thorough I am impressed. You couldn't have my experience any better, short of a magic wand. This hospital has been a god send. Courteous, friendly, intelligent staff ! I am impressed. And this coming from a former vet tech/groomer.Thankyou Dr. Striyle and staff! You are all on the ball organized and it shows.

I liked them at first... But I was told my dog Lulu had a possible heart problem by these people... Had me scared half to death... But funny enough after I paid almost $500 they told me she had a clean bill of health... Anyone be else find that a lil funny... Well I didn't find it funny at all ... They had worried sick that my lil baby girl was sick... Only so they could make some more money off me... Not cool!!! But on the bright side they have lovely waiting rooms... All kinds of snacks and drinks for the humans while we just sit and wait and wait and wait ....
