We brought our new cat in for her first checkup and could not be happier with Orangewood! Dr. Marschel and the tech (I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name - I was super nervous!) were WONDERFUL - very kind to Kat the cat, and very thorough with their explanations. I'm so, SO relieved to have found this practice!!

What vet refuses new clients? Even if I am willing to book way in advance. It is not like I needed an appointment this week. Very poor response. Why answer your phone?

Dr Marshall is awesome and her staff is extraordinary.

Our little doggies love this place. They go out of their way to comfort our pets when they aren't comfortable.

So apparently this vet office has certain time frame for new patient. I've never known a vet to turn away a client because they aren't currently accepting new patients.. This is the only place that had an appointment the next day instead of 3 weeks out literally like everywhere else, I get excited just to be told they aren't accepting new patients at this time... Dr. Marschel is great. She really loves the animals and it shows. I have been bringing my dogs to Orangewood since the early 90s. Your pets will thank you.

Needed to schedule an appointment for our dog that has a UTI, and the Vet tech stated on the phone that they don't handle UTI's there, and they were all booked with surgeries. She told us to take our dog to the Vet ER instead. Even after we explained the home remedies we had been doing and it seemed like his UTI had cleared up, we just wanted a follow up with his home Vet. Dissapointed, finding a new place to take our Dog, this is not the first time this place has dissapointed us. Tried giving them another chance, but I had to rate them low now.

Easy in, easy out. Vet staff took the time to obtain records from an emergency room visit and review them.

LOVE THIS PLACE ! Every one of these doctors are so caring. They handle my pets with tenderness. They know I have a limited income and do not recommend tests I can't afford. It's lets see what we can rule out. Unfortunately I have had 2 pets put to sleep, one for Dementia and one for Cancer. They give an opiate making my dogs very relaxed and happy before they administer the poison. They pass peacefully. They even make this awful happening into a kind and gentle thing for my pets and my heart. You cannot find a better, kinder place to take your loved ones to be treated.

The staff are all extremely friendly and super accommodating. The veterinarian is genuinely concerned about the well-being of the pets she sees. It's very clear she puts a ton of effort into caring for pets. Even in covid times they've provided excellent care and have taken obvious precautions to keep the community safe!

Orangewood Animal Hospital continues to operate with highest and most professional level of care and compassion. Dr Marschel is the most outstanding, caring, and thorough veterinarian we have been to. She is a fantastic listener and explains in detail everything she finds and needs to do to give our precious little girl the best care imaginable. Her staff is wonderful and a true compliment to Dr Marschel. We feel very at home when we need to take our dog there and we’re extremely confident in the care she receives. Would never thinking of going to another vet. Orangewood is the best. Highly recommend this vet.

Orangewood Animal Hospital continues to be a top quality top notch veterinary service. No matter the circumstance with our priceless dog they provide the most devoted , compassionate, and quality care. They truly do care about the well being of their pets. We love the doctors their, led by the amazing and caring, Dr Marschel. They are all superior vets and are so wonderfully complicated by a fantastic front and back office staff. They too are always so friendly and willing to help in any way possible. Hands down this is the only place we would ever bring our dog. You will love this group of professionals.

It was an expensive visit but they do a great job and they did allow me to pick and choose the treatment options I did not want to do. I love my dog but I can only afford so much. Luckily we were able to get her better with minimum treatment option presented.

This place is great! Our dog hates the vets, but they make it so easy and they run on time! They seem to be always be able to squeeze you when you need to and are so loving and gentle with your animal. They never rush you out the door and are so patient with you am d most importantly, your furry kid! Love the docs and the staff!

Top notch veterinary care! I was dog sitting for my cousin and they knew my cousins dog by name. Very personal and yet professional.

I highly recommend Orangewood Animal Hospital. My sweet Oliver suffers from horrible allergies. The vets were able to see him right away and get him on the perfect combination of meds to get him feeling relief that evening. He is doing great now thanks to Dr. Stastny.

Very kind doctor and staff.

We have taken our pets here for years. They are thorough and caring. We recently lost our beloved dog, Reagan. Dr. Marschal and staff were kind and compassionate during the process, and a few days after his passing, I received a card from the Phoenix Zoo Pet Memorial Program that a donation had been made by them in Reagan's name! Very classy.

The best! Caring staff, I wouldn't take my 4 legged family members anyplace else!
