The staff is very friendly and took good care of my older dog, especially with her being in such distress. They took the time with me to answer all questions so I understood exactly what was going on and I did not feel rushed. I will gladly recommend Dove Valley Animal Hospital to everyone. We were able to get our puppy seen the same day we called . Dr K was Very thorough in his exam and recommendations for treatment. Answered our questions and prescribed medications appropriately and did not order costly tests he felt were not needed. I would recommend their services to any pet owner and lover. We love Dove Valley! We bring both our dogs here and they always provide exceptional service. All the doctors are great and will not try to sell you on all kinds of expensive stuff (unless necessary for your pups health!)

The vet we saw was very knowledgeable and yet not condescending, and made sure the animals were comfortable as much as possible. Additionally the front desk staff was pleasant, the building was very clean and it was clear that they were prepared with multiple solutions for each step if needed. Finding an exotics vet that can talk to both my reptiles and also to me is always a feat, but the hour drive is entirely worth it.

The whole staff, from the front desk to the practitioners, is awesome. They are super kind and upbeat, even though they work crazy hours. Their care is top notch and they explain everything down to the little details. Vet costs can get expensive without insurance, but the value at DV is phenomenal.

Would not go anywhere else.

My little dog needed immediate care, and I was scheduled the same day. I appreciate how they took care of my dog, and followed up with a call the next day.

Been there for years and they would not see my dog for a emergency due to being to busy. They don’t reserve spots like other Vets do for emergencies. My Dog would have died and very good vet took him right away. I’m very very disappointed that they turned him away to see other dogs for just checkups and not get mine in ASAP. I will no longer ever go there. So sad.

We had a great experience! We were new to Dove and they welcomed us and helped figure out what medicine our Margarita needed and made a quick tech Appt for the next day once it was determined. Tristan was so nice and calming for our pup. Great experience!!

I love this vets office! Everyone is always so kind and knowledgeable and take such great care of me and Waffles! Waffles actually loves coming here because everyone loves seeing him so much and showers him with treats and attention.

Excellent customer service! The front office staff were very kind and courteous. And Dr K patiently answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I am very confident in the care they provided and I will definitely be returning, and recommending Dove Valley to friends and family!

I've been taking 4 pets here for years and spent God only knows how much money and the moment I had a pet emergency they turned us away citing they were too busy. I pointed out they are advertising emergency services and was told by one person they are advertising for a different emergency clinic and then told by another person that they only scheduled so many emergencies a day and that I should call back the next day to see if there were any emergence spots available....right because I can schedule when my emergencies happen. It's the worst customer service I could imagine to be left in the dust with an emergency by the same vet I've trusted the care of so many pets too.

I usually am a client at the Happy Valley location but I needed a last minute appointment for my lil pup and I was able to get one in at this location, I was hesitant because I haven’t done a curbside appointment before BUT THEY WERE AMAZING!! Timely, communicative, and kind!!!! Convenient payment plans!! This curbside appointment was honestly one of the best vet experiences I have ever had!! Thanks for making me feel taken care of!!

We had to euthanize our beloved dog on Sunday 2/21/21. Not only is this clinic open on Sundays, but they were extremely kind and respectful of our needs and situation. They met us at the curb, helped carry our dog into the clinic, and were extremely caring and kind throughout the whole process, making a very difficult day so much better! Thank you Dove Valley Animal Hospital for going way above and beyond in making an awful situation the best it could have possibly been.

They were very good with my guinea pigs. I appreciate them fitting me in so quickly when I was worried even thought they had a full schedule. They are very understanding towards pet owners and seem compassionate to the pets.

Everyone was helpful and friendly and Courtney was great, kind and extremely knowledgeable! She helped figure out with hat was wrong with our dog. She is a lifesaver!

I was just in again during covid19. The curbside check in isn’t ideal but I understand the purpose. The doctor called me on the phone and was very patient, Dr. Whitty carefully explained her findings and made recommendations, then without prompting she advised me the cost of the options. She was very kind. I look forward to meeting her in person. Check out was also very easy. I just paid over the phone w a credit card. The young woman, Christine who came for my dog (& returned him) was lovely and confident and complimentary. I do love this office. The front office staff/vet assistants are marvelous. Scheduling is convenient. The office is clean. I have twice asked to be shown how to express the glands and they accommodated without hesitation. Dr. K is a straight shooter, I like that. Dr. Likewise and assistant Savannah are lovely to work with.

I am so impressed with the entire staff at Dove Valley Animal Hospital. The vets, the techs and front office are professional, efficient and very pleasant to work with. The follow up calls and timely response by the staff are exceptional. Also the Covid precautions are some of the best I have encountered anywhere. My dog has received excellent care and I can strongly recommend this practice. Thank you, Dove Valley for the excellent care.

Dr. K is quite possibly the kindest and most thoughtful Veterinarian EVER. He called me the night before surgery to discuss the procedure and kept me informed all day as he repaired my Golden Retriever's ACL He was so personal in his care and follwed up on recovery and progress throughout the day's following surgery. Some people have such a heart for animal big and small and are just made to be veterinarians...Dr. K is truly one of these people.

I was so glad that they didn't hesitate to muzzle Loki. I've brought him to vets before that act like it's abuse instead of a safety precaution. We'll definitely be coming back here for all future care. They did a great job
