What an amazing team! I brought my 11yr old lab in because she wasn't eating. I was referred to Copper Mountain by a local pet shop in my area. I called, they were SO helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. It was well worth the drive. I will definitely be switching veterinarian's!! Can't wait to bring in my other lab for a visit!!

New to the area and so happy to find this vet clinic. great staff at the front office. When you walk in, it is clean and smells clean. The tech Hailey and Dr Ashley Kerns checked Bella out throughly in front of us in a clean exam room, took time talking with us, They were gentle and compassionate. We knew Our prior vet Dr Jennifer Anderson in Wilsonville OR was going to be hard to replace but we feel that Dr Ashley will be our next "Dr Anderson"...I highly recommend Copper Mountain Animal Hospital

A very expensive ($320.00) way to confirm that my dog really was sick. Could not afford the $700.00 plus start up fee to maybe make him better. So . . . A very sad day. No option was given when I told the doc I didn't have alot of money. I got my dog back. Took him to a different vet 2 days later and he had to be put down. May he rest in peace ????

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Have been to other pet vets and was poorly advised for dog allergies. Copper Mountain was able to get our dogs allergies under control with just one visit. We take all our animals here now and won't go anywhere else.

The only vet I trust my animals with! They will love your fur-babies as if your baby was theirs. Dr. Olson, Dr. Sarah and all of the staff are skilled and compassionate. They have always made time for my animals when an emergency arose. They are affordable while providing the best care. I couldn't dream of more.

I truly cannot rave enough about Copper Mountain. We’ve been with this team for years and would follow them anywhere. We’ve seen all 3 doctors, Dr. Olson, Dr. Kerns, and Dr. Sarah between our 3 dogs. The vet techs like Sabrina and front office staff like Karen help make this office even better! Last year Dr. Olson and Dr. Kerns saved one of our dogs lives when everyone else seemed they couldn’t. They are not only amazing at handling our kiddos, but I am a very anxious dog momma, and they are good at helping me cope too, and are amazing at explaining everything going on. Our dogs also love them, which says a lot! This office is beautiful and clean, and your kiddos truly couldn’t be in better hands! There’s no way to go wrong with this office from the staff upfront, to the staff in back.

Want that family veterinarian feel where the Vet knows your pet? Gives them love and kindness? Then this is the place. Dr. Olson and his staff are caring and amazing individuals. His judgement is prudent and logical in stressful situations and he CARES. We have been to many vets over the years in the Valley and on the East Coast - we have only come across one other Vet like Dr Olson. Furthermore, we trust his medical diagnosis and treatment plans. We drive 30 minutes to see Dr. Olson because it’s worth the peace of mind we are seeing a professional who cares.

They always have great customer service and I love Dr Sarah. She is an awesome vet.

Monday we had to make the decision that no pet owner ever wants to make. Our little Norm has gone to Copper Mountain over the past year and received excellent care since switching from another vet. We have been seen by Dr. Sarah a few times but Dr. Olson typically saw our little frenchie Norm. After multiple health issues including old age caused him to deteriorate quickly over the weekend we had to make the hardest decision we ever had to make. Monday night we made the decision to stop the suffering and allow our little peanut to cross over that rainbow bridge. I cannot describe how hard this decision was to us but Dr. Sarah and the vet tech Haley were with us throughout the whole thing. I have never experienced the compassion Dr. Sarah gave to us in one of the worst moments of our life. Dr. Olson who wasn’t even involved with the end of life care came in and gave norm a big hug and reassured us that we were making the right decision. You could see the pain on his face and know that he truly cared for our little guy. Where Norm is now no longer with us he will live in our hearts forever. Once we heal, we will definitely be bringing our next little guy to Copper Mountain for the excellent care and compassion that they provided.

I don’t usually write reviews but this facility deserves one for how amazing they are. This is the best vet I have ever been to! All of the staff is so kind and helpful. They take such good care of my pup and he always leaves there happier than ever! I cannot recommend this vet enough!

They took care of my dog with good compassion at a good price. I have taken my dog to the vet many times but Dr. Sarah is the single best vet our dog has ever gone to. Thank you so much to the whole staff for taking care of our furry friend!!

I recently moved to Chandler and needed a new vet for my cats. I brought my kitten in first for the rest of his vaccines. A week later, my kitten jumped out of the cat tree and hurt his hind legs. The whole staff was so kind, saw him immediately and Dr. Olson took the time to explain it all to me. I am so grateful to have found them!

I have followed Dr. Olson around the east valley for the last 20 years. He is the most compassionate vet and cares about the dogs as he would his own. He cared for my previous three dogs and now I'm on my fourth puppy with Dr. Olson and couldn't trust anyone more with the care of my furry family members!

Cant express how continuously grateful I am to everyone at this practice and Dr. Olsen. They are the most caring and helpful group, I’ve never felt more heard by a vet and my dog loves Dr. Olsen. 100% recommend.

Highly Recommended! We had a sick 4 month old puppy. We were seen the day we called, we’re able to be in the room with the Dr. and his Tech. Our puppy Henry was examined and put on a liquid nutrition supplement, after a through exam, history of his problem, and x-ray. We went back two days later for a follow up x-ray. Henry made a complete recovery thanks to Dr. Olson and staff. Dr. Sarah gave us very good information on vaccines also. I highly recommend this Vet, staff and office.

The entire staff of Copper Mountain Animal Hospital is excellent. Dr. Olson has been our Vet. for over 5 Years. He is outstanding and is also a very fine surgeon. His abilities and manner are exceptional and has our trust when treating our Lhasa Apso. The new location is very impressive.

This IS...the BEST place ever! Everyone that I spoke with or listened to was absolutely the friendliest, kindest, most considerate staff I think that I have ever had to be helped by! I mean it! In my book, they ARE the perfect model of animal care service! Hands down! Jay

My dog Bean got hit by a car and her back leg was completely skinned to the bone and no other vets would take us because she required daily bandage changes. We took her here and instantly fell in love with the staff and the service. They are kind and quick and are always helpful and thorough. I appreciate all of their help! The best part is they never update you like most vets do and they are always good at explaining pricing and breaking down treatment plans. We live 45 min away and will forever choose this vet even with the distance because they’re amazing!

This place is great! We adopted a puppy a few months back and she has already had to be seen a couple times, unfortunately. She is now on the mend we hope. We have seen both Dr. Sarah and Dr. Olson and the entire staff from vet techs to front desk are always on their A game. They are usually able to get us in quickly, extremely helpful over the phone, and all so great. So glad I discovered this place, highly recommend for a great vet in Chandler!

What an amazing place. For sure deserves 5 stars plus some. We had to take are kitty in and unfourtney had had stage 4 kidney disease and was in to much pain for any kind of treatment. The doctor and the assistant were so caring and compasionate about the whole situation. We felt no judgment crying are eyes out for are beautiful boy Merlin. They explained everything as the process went on. They let us take are time and grief. This vet clinic is about 30 miles from are house and it was worth the drive. I will be taking my other two kitty's to them as well for any needs. Thank you to the whole staff for making the sad experience just a bit better with there kindness.

We could not have asked for a more friendly and understanding approach to our pets situation. We have tried so many things and finally we have a solution. A+ recommended!
