Dr. Schor and the staff are always great! Very friendly and accommodating. They truly have your pets best interest in mind, and not their bank account. Moved to Anthem over a year ago, yet still continue coming here. The 25 minute drive is worth it for the care I know we're getting.

A receptionist implied we were abusing our very old cat because we wanted to reschedule the visit. However, the actual veterinarian there reached out over the phone about my previous review. She profusely apologized about that incident. And I appreciated it. So, give them a chance. They seem sincere.

Expensive $80.00 to walk in the door for a full exam. It's 100% curb service. They were timely and the Dr seemed very thorough. I have a follow up visit. Hope they don't charge me.

It was so fast and easy! I knew they cuddled my dogs even though I couldn't go in with them because of COVID. They smelled like someone's perfume and I'm ok with that. It means they were loved and handled well. They treated my dogs allergies as needed.

I used to bring a friend's here back in 2009. These docs are the best... they are very sweet to your furry friends and very compassionate towards the worried owner. I have pups of my own and had forgotten this clinic was around the corner from where I live. Needless to say, we have been through a couple of vets and coming back here was a great experience, so much so that once again we are moving our kids records over here.

Changing my review. Dr Edens seems to forget to note pertinent information during visits and fails to fully read the history of records. She waited almost a year, pushing us into a spay, to remove a mass that turned out to be a mast cell tumor even though it was easily seen to have enlarged over a six month period. She also failed to note that we didn't want Acepromazine used as anesthesia due to the issue Boxers have historically had with it. To to this off, she argued with us that she wanted to remove the tumor 4 weeks after seeing her in May for the first...uh she's been seeing her for the last year since Dr Schure has been pushing his case load off to her. And let's add tonight just to prove the point. Edens had prescribed our dog Apoquel after she was off the Carprofen yet didn't remember doing so and it was just 4 weeks ago..SERIOUSLY? Not to mention asking if she was on Apoquel and Cytopoint at the same time..um, that should be in her records or is that too hard of a task to do. Just don't, this place will bleed you dry while ignoring major health issues. They're only out for your wallet.. at least Edens is. $4000K in two months time and a dying dog due to negligence.

I am so incredibly greatful for the staff here at LMVC! Each visit, wether it’s just a regular check up, or an emergent matter, everyone has pulled together to not only take care of my little fur babies, but help support me along the way. I have had wonderful interaction with each of the Drs and always feel comfortable with the care and service they provide. Last year when both my senior cats were stricken with a sudden, devastating illness, Dr Edens performed life saving surgery on one, and helped diagnose and treat the rare virus to help save the life of the other. I was an absolute wreck during this, and while Dr Edens was working in my pets, the rest of the staff was patient, kind, and supportive with me. I will be forever grateful for those moments. Thank you all for what you do - and for your time and energy that you each put in to every visit With gratitude - Amy M

I have been meaning to write this for a long time now. I would just like to thank this wonderful veterinary clinic because for over a year i have been taking my baby here and I love how they all work together as a team they are absolutely the best people that I have found to take care of my baby Oddie I specifically want to say thank you to Dr. Edens for always taking care of him so well I look up to her as a veterinarian because she is one of my biggest inspirations to me on becoming a veterinarian myself she is honestly an amazing person to have as a doctor she explains thing so well and makes me feel so much more calmer as a dog mommy, she treats my baby like if it were to be me holding him when he cries its soo cute I love her and thank you to all staff who has helped and care for him as well just amazing people thank you.

We are so thankful that Lookout Mountain Veterinary Clinic is in our neighborhood! Our little gray and white canine, the apple of our eye, Sheldon was in distress one morning. We called Lookout Mountain at 7:45 am. They told us to bring him over. Since it was Covid, it was curbside. Dr. Edens and her staff came out to the car, gathered him so gently and took him into the clinic. Dr. Edens called us as soon as she had examined him and started treating him. She explained what she suspected was happening and that she would update us when results came back. A couple hours later she called to tell us that the tests came back confirming her diagnoses and that he was stabilizing. She prescribed medications and diet for him. She was very kind in telling us all the options and expected life course for him. He is still with us and we know that Dr. Edens will be with us when the time comes for Sheldon. Thank you Dr. Edens for being so knowledgeable and kind

So we have been taking our animals here for a very long time and we love how quickly they can always get a sin especially with emergency. We love that. They have the grooming services available and they can usually get us in when we want to get in for. Date and time. It's always just amazing. They're always very friendly and when we had animals that have had been put down there always very compassionate and very helpful and they are in a pretty awesome location. There's multiple ways in and out of the complex at their in and the prices aren't half-bad. So thank you Lookout Mountain Veterinary. You guys are awesome, and we love you.

Just this week we asked Lookout Mountain Vet. Clinic to help with our suffering 9-yr. old miniature dachshund which had ingested a sharp piece of wire. From the very start Dr. Edens was very understanding and compassionate during the discovery and determining the extent and seriousness of the issue. She and the LMVC staff performed with a high level of professionalism and sensitivity clearly communicating conditions, options, procedures, positives, negatives, timelines and associated possible expenses. They actually mapped the process to provide the best service at a very reasonable price. Our dog is now home comfortably speeding his way through recovery. What could very easily have been a heart breaking event in our family's life has been turned in to an extended life of our little dog and added years of his wonderful companionship and friendship. We owe this all to the AMAZING PEOPLE at Lookout Mountain Veterinary Clinic who bring their smiles and hearts to work with them every day. Thank you LMVC!

We have been blessed to be fortunate enough to rely upon Lookout Mountain Veterinary (all three doctors and their staff). We would not entrust our beloved pets with any other veterinary practice in the valley. We have had the opportunity to get to know each doctor and each one has been there at a time that was critical with the lives of our pets in the balance. Each time they have provided our fur babies with the ultimate care and counseled us along the way. Including kindness and options, allowing us the time and support needed. It was very touching to receive a card that Dr. Schure had made a donation to honor the life of our loved one. If you are a cat lover/enthusiast you will want to seek Dr. Edens as she is a cat whisperer!! She has such a connection with each of our precious cats! She is committed to the all animals living their best lives! She always takes time to ensure you have time to ask all questions. She often follows up by calling to walk thru test results and is deeply invested in each and every animal. She has provided us with optimum care during our dog’s aging and congestive heart failure, including making arrangements with a cardiologist to take him on as a patient. She continues to work tirelessly in her collaboration to ensure we have seamless care between the two practices. Due to her care our dog’s life has been extended without sacrificing his quality of life. She is selfless is her commitment and has touched our hearts many times over with her love of each of our beloved pets! We are so thankful for their practice and staff! Their care, commitment, compassion and convenience and safety offered throughout Covid to not have interruptions in our animal care is priceless!

Everyone here is so genuine and very helpful. Honestly, they are the best vet clinic I've ever been to. I've never been to another clinic even half as awesome as this one! Do yourself and your pet a favor and switch. You'll be happy you did.
