This staff is so helpful and kind! We have been going here for at least 6 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Mind you we live west valley to make the drive

We have had a positive experience with Dr. Klein and the vet techs at this establishment. This negative review is specifically for the front desk staff. My pup was midway through her antibiotic treatment when we suddenly ran out of her medication (they were eyedrops). I called on a Sunday to see if we could get a refill, as I’m assuming it’s not safe or healthy to stop antibiotics halfway through the duration of her treatment. I explained this to the woman at the front desk, and expressed my urgency behind the situation only to be brushed off, being told that “they were busy but she would see what the DR in the office could do” …never heard back. Fine. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was a Sunday. Monday rolls around and I was given the same GUILT from a DIFFERENT front desk worker, being told that they weren’t sure if they could fill the prescription in such a short notice and that they were busy. Why am I being guilted for trying to take care of my dog? I don’t like that. Separately, when we were in for an appointment I heard another front desk worker guilting someone on the phone for needing an appointment when the schedule was full. What happened to customer service? I know they’re likely super booked and short staffed but dang….at least pretend to care? We’ll be taking our pups elsewhere from here on out. A shame since we really like the actual DR herself.

My doggie is very shy and can be a talker. They did amazing with her. Was able to check her out quick and easy with no need for a mussel. Which I normally put on her cause like I mentioned she's shy and hasn't bit anyone but I don't like runing the chances either. They were about to assess her with little to no growls. They didn't try and shove all sorts of tests at me. Even told me she looks great and we can do test if I wanted to but they see no issue at the moment that needs one. Which is amazing. They handled her with love and care. Will definitely be coming back and referring to anyone that's looking for a honest vets office.

Amazing staff and quality service. As a new customer, I was not sure if I would be able to take my dog as soon as I wanted. I made an appointment on a Monday and my dog was seen on Tuesday! Thank you for the wonderful service. I will take my 2 dogs to this facility from now on.

The staff and Veterinarian were kind and compassionate. I liked everything from plenty of seating in lobby and rooms, open space everywhere and ease of parking including location. I went to Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic and was very unhappy. Also, Ingleside Animal Hospital are reasonable with their cost. A real winner especially with Euthanasia. They didn't try to make a bunch of money on our dying fur baby. Ingleside Animal Hospital made it all way easier in a very hard time.

Very caring and attentive staff. The doctor takes time to listen to concerns about our pets and explains his recommendations in detail. We've taken a feral cat that we are adopting and a very high strung large dog, and both have received exemplary care. Other vets don't want difficult animals... the staff at Ingleside embraces them.

I don't post negative about businesses as I just don't return. But you need to be aware of this clinic. STAY AWAY! Took my son's dog to the vet for a nail clipping ($20). Walked out paying $192.35. We told the staff that my son's dog didn't like women in general because she had a troubled past. We adopted her. They brought out a male to take my son's dog back and you could see she was scared. 10mn later we have a tech coming out to tell us that while clipping the nails the dog got "skittish" and ripped her dew claw out. Now I'm being charged for the vet looking at the dog and all the prescriptions. I then called back because they couldn't print me off an invoice at the office so I had to look at my email when I got home. I called to dispute the $65 vet visit because the dog was in there care. I was told by the CONDESCEDNDING lady that I was lucky they only charged me for a Level 1 nail clipping because my dog was misbehaving and should have been charged a Level 3 which would have been more. Let's also not forget my 13yr son was with me crying and NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON asked if he was ok. It's all about the money with this clinic and nothing else. No customer service, no sympathy and obviously no common sense on clipping nails on animals. You couldn't pay me to bring any animal back to this clinic. Do your research and ask people in the Arcadia area about this place because I'm just now learning I should have done my research.

We have used Engleside Animal Hospital for several years. They are really excellent—totally animal focused, which I appreciate, and very gentle and caring with both animal clients and their owners. Very highly recommended.

We've taken our dogs to Ingleside for more than 10 years and have always had a positive experience. The doctors, techs and office team are responsive and caring.

Ingleside is an absolutely wonderful hospital! Everyone is very friendly and caring. I've brought my two cats here. One of which is a rescue kitten who is extremely underweight. They helped us find out what is wrong with him so that we can work on getting him healthy. The vet called us back after a few days to see how he was doing. Everyone at the front desk always asks about him by name (Purrito). You can tell that everyone working there really cares about animals and wants to make sure yours are as happy and healthy as theirs.

Used to come here for 5 dogs who have passed away already. Now I come for 3 dogs. Was getting one of my babies checked and the doctor literally asked me if Im having money problems because I didn’t want to jump to the most expensive option. Not appropriate.

My FIRST experience with Ingleside, was calling in a state of panic because my newly adopted dog was incredibly sick. Dr. Serbin saw her the same day without an appointment or prior patient history. Throughout the visit, he was incredibly understanding that we didn't have all the answers to his questions (as we had the dog fewer than 48 hours). We left with our pills but the care didn't stop. Dr. Serbin called daily to check on her and when her conditioned changed, he was able to diagnose over the phone. Following the treatment plan we were given, our dog's conditioned improved in short order. I say this without hyperbole --- Dr. Serbin provided better care for my dog than I receive when I visit my doctor. I would recommend Ingleside to anyone.

They are courteous and consistent and routinely will follow up after appointments to ensure my pets are doing well. They don't waste my money or my time and for that I'm very thankful.

so far so good - we saw Dr. Jordan and she alleviated all of our concerns, and helped us put together a plan for our severely allergic dog - hoping the quality continues! Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure all of questions were answered and got the records from our old vet sent over

The front staff were helpful for being the last appointment of the night. The vet technician was outstanding and very helpful throughout the entire process. Finally the Vet was thorough and accommodating to express her expertise.

Best Vet in the Valley, very professional and they know their stuff. I love that I can send an email for medication refills. I'm new to AZ and had a lot of anxiety worrying about finding a vet for my 2 cats, both with serious medical conditions. They made it very easy to transition. Thank you to the staff!!

Very nice facility with friendly and caring staff. Like any medical office, sometimes the wait is impacted by the vet being involved in a procedure that takes longer than expected. Lobby is now open (mask required) in addition to the curbside waiting started for COVID protocols.

The vet was friendly and upfront about pricing. I was told by office staff that they offer a 10% veteran's discount on anything other than the office visit. The tech didn't know what she was doing, because she claimed the cost she gave me included the military discount but it was the same quote the vet gave me.

From my first visit, Ingleside was a step up in terms of treatment, customer service, and availability. The staff were very friendly and Dr. Serbin seems to possess not only a great deal of knowledge but a clinical wisdom from his years in practice. He helped my rabbit Ace, who had developed a strange infection that caused his scalp to fall off, and he frequently called me himself to follow up on Ace's condition. I felt like Ace was in good hands at Ingleside Animal Hospital, and I would highly recommend them!
