Human healthcare should be like this! We just got a new rescue dog and the folks at IBAH made his transition into our family smooth. As first timers, we had lots of questions and they had all the answers. When our pup had a weird cough, they were on the phone quickly with helpful info. They offered advice and help with no strings attached and never focused on $$$$.

I was fortunate because someone canceled and they were able to see me the same day for my new puppy check up. I was greeted with very friendly and helpful staff. This was my first visit and I definitely will be returning. In addition to my vet office appointment experience; when I was leaving, my car battery was dead. Nick and Tyrin helped locate my battery and jumped my car. I would have been lost without them. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this practice. 5 stars ????

We have been taking our dog here for about 6 years. I put up with the dirty and cramped waiting area, but no longer. Today a asked for 2 Metacam tablets for our dog. We are trying to go on vacation for a week and have run out. They refused. I wanted 2 dog aspirin and they demanded that the dog be seen first. Wow, just wow.

My family has used this vet for years and now that I'm an adult with fur babies of my own I went here. They were very friendly. My poor cat urinated on herself and they CLEANED the kennel out for us while we had an appointment. The appointment went well and she took her time listening to everything. She even showed me photos of things that were going on with my cat. I had a good experience and would recommend them. The price was reasonable and doable. Thank you!

I really love Indian Bend Animal Hospital, we take all of our dogs and cats here! They are a smaller clinic, but you wouldn't know it with how many patients they see. All of the staff are friendly and caring. Dr. Gulinson answers all of my (many) questions about my pet's condition and treatment. Dr. Gulinson always seems up to date on new studies and information that comes out. Some of our pets have had unusual cases, and so she will consult other vets or specialists and get their opinions on what is best for my pet. I was lucky to have gotten a few more years with my beloved senior dog and cats because of the care she has given them. They are very transparent and I never feel pressured here; everything on invoices are gone over with me, and they explain what is a priority and what can wait--should money be a concern. I've said goodbye to some of my pets here, yet it is still a happy place for me, because I know my animals are always in good hands here.

Friendly staff who aren't afraid to offer realistic treatment options for your pet. Sometimes it's not about how much you love them, but what you can afford. They always offer all the different ways they can help your loved ones.

I have had Dr. Gulinson taking care of all of my pets for probably over 20 years at this location and at her former clinic in Scottsdale. The entire team of her people are all animal lovers who show it and who really care about both my pets needs and my needs as their caregiver. Dr. Gulinson always takes the time to answer all of my questions without my feeling that she is rushing me. She is so very thorough in her examinations of both of my dogs. The facility while older is always neat, clean and tidy. I have no hesistancy of any kind in giving a 5 Star rating to Indian Bend Hospital, the entire team and the clinic owner Dr. Gulinson.

The veterinarian and the staff are awesome they are very caring about the animals that they see. They give you options and do not pressure you of getting something that is not needed. Can’t go wrong with having this Vet and Office care for your four-legged family members

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Gulinson for well over 10 years, at another practice and now at her practice, Indian Bend Animal Hospital. The staff are friendly, competent and show so much compassion for my pet. The medical decisions made and treatment plans are explained very well and the staff allows me all the time I need to understand what is proposed. Having gone to other places I find this practice to be very reasonably priced without compromising quality care. I highly recommend this practice!
